They are great! It is a husband and wife team. Kelley does this pretty much full time, doing portraits of family's and babies, and Dustin will join her for the bridal's, engagements, and of course the wedding day! They came highly recommended and I extent that high recommendation!

What primary photographic style do you identify with?

What do your packages include?

Albums, Custom Graphic Design, Digital Files, Flush Mount, High Resolution Images, Prints, Video Montage

Do you have liability insurance?

Yes

Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?

Every location presents different challenges and we have the equipment and experience to work in any lighting conditions.

Is your media preference film or digital?

We are 100% digital.

How many photographers do you work with?

We're a husband and wife team, you'll always have the two of us photographing your wedding.

Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?

Absolutely, it's our name on our business and we stand behind our name by being the only ones photographing our events.

Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?

No, we only accept one wedding per weekend.

Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?

Yes, we have connections in the industry and are able to get additional/replacement coverage if necessary.

What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?

We use Canon bodies, lenses and flashes. We have at least one backup of each piece of equipment should we experience an equipment failure. We have a large rolling case that houses all of our gear and backup gear.

Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?

Absolutely!

Do you charge hourly or full day?

We have a base collection that includes 6 hours of coverage and additional hours of coverage can be added.

Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?

Additional hours are dependent upon availability.

• additional hours of wedding day coverage with 7 days notice | $200 per hour
• additional hours of wedding day coverage with less than 7 days notice | $300 per hour *

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?

We work as a team and will seamlessly cover your wedding and you'll likely never notice that we're taking a break (but we will). We do ask that you provide a meal, but it can be a simple sandwich vendor meal. Most facilities provide vendor meals at a fraction of the cost of a guest meal.

Do you charge for travel?

Travel fees depend upon the distance traveled and other services. If you're having a destination wedding please contact us for customized pricing.

How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?

6-8 weeks

In what format are the initial proofs offered?

In a private online gallery.

How long can the client keep the proofs?

The final images are provided on DVD for every client.

Do you retain the copyright for the photos?

We retain the copyright, but have an agreement with our couples which allows them to print for personal use.

Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?

The copyright licensing agreement grants you the right to reproduce the images for personal use including prints, blogging, Facebook and other social networking sites. If the images are to be published online or in print we require permission and credit when published.

Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?

The final images are provided on DVD for every client.

Will images be available for viewing online?

Yes, all images are displayed in a private online gallery.

What kind of albums do you offer?

Custom flush-mounted albums

When will the client get the final album?

The album process is custom and receipt is dependent upon how quickly we receive approval during the design process.
