Keene Country Club

KCC did a great job making our wedding day spectacular. Sheanna and her staff were wonderful. Attention to detail was given from day one. Food was fabulous and location couldn't have been better. It was nice being the only wedding at the venue.

I really felt like the Keene Country Club worked hard to make my wedding exactly how I wanted it. They were extremely willing to cater to my needs and to help me with the choices I needed to make. The only thing was that it took them a little longer than I preferred to get back to us, but it really wasn't a big deal. Overall, I thought they were excellent, from the food to the service, to the decor.

Awesome we were happy with everything and Sheana was a God sent!

We booked KCC for our reception only - ceremony was at a different location. Worked with Sheana Rodriguez, and she was FANTASTIC. Very helpful and responded quickly to any inquiries either myself or my mom had for her. Sheana suggested things other brides had done, but was not pushy - if I liked the idea, great, but if not, I didn't have to use it. She was also terrific working with the vendors, making sure they all had enough time to set up, and she stayed until the very end of our event even though it meant a 16 hour day for her!

I appreciated how flexible they were with the appetizer choices. I wanted an antipasto platter, which was not one of their normal options, but Sheana worked with the chef to create one for our wedding and everyone loved it. One downside was that their reception package included dessert, but they don't bake wedding cakes, and we couldn't swap out the dessert for something else or eliminate it altogether. So we ended up having to pay for 2 desserts: one from the country club, and the wedding cake from an outside vendor.

The other element of the reception package that was different from other places we looked at is that they charged you for the most expensive of your entree choices regardless of what someone ordered. So (for example only, their prices may change) if the prime rib was $28.95/person, Fish was $25.95 and chicken was $23.95, we paid for all the guests at the $28.95 rate even if 90% of them ordered chicken.

The Keene area did not have a lot of choices for reception locations that would fit our 100 guests but I am very glad we ended up with the Country Club as they did a great job.

Country Club was great! They were so helpful and did such a great job at arranging things! THey took everything off my hands and really took off some stress! Great job!
