Keith was incredibly accommodating to our needs. He was professional and flexible at the wedding, going with the flow of our schedule and our photographer as well. He gave us a beautiful memory of our wedding!

I hired Keith as a videographer for my sister's wedding as a wedding gift to her and her husband and I could not be happier! Keith's professionalism and easy going style made him a pleasure to work with. He captured all the wonderful moments (and then some!) of my sister's big day and no one even noticed his presence! We were all so excited when we revived the DVDs and overjoyed while watching the day unfold in such a beautiful way. I really cannot thank him enough for the amazing job he did! His services are reasonably priced for the quality of work that he produces. I would highly recommend Keith Michael Productions to anyone.

I would highly recommend Keith as a videographer for your wedding! I only wanted our wedding ceremony recorded, wanted something simple, and cost conscious. Keith was very accommodating and was able to give me exactly what we wanted. He was very professional to work with and our video was provided to us within 2 months of our wedding. The quality of the video was great!

Loved the video we received. It captured every moment we wanted. Keith stayed the entire wedding and was extremely attentive to all the details.

I felt the video took a bit longer than I excepted to arrive and when it did I felt there was a lot of footage of only the dance floor and none of my guests. I thought the reception could have been captured a little better.

About Keith Michael Productions, LLC

I record your wedding day in what I call a classic/documentary style. I want to keep the video simple. I am there to capture your day as it happens and presenting it to you for you to enjoy for years to come.

All packages include 3(three) edited DVDs or your wedding, along with a copy of all the unedited video.

I offer options for both one and two camera shoots, and I have a varitey of packages to meet any budget.

Photography packages are also available.

Yes, I apply special color treatments to a select group of photos from your wedding day.

Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?

Yes.

Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?

No, I never book more than one wedding in a day. I will book more than one in a weekend.

Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?

Yes.

What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?

Two camera bodies, a couple of flashes, and various lenses.

Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?

Yes.

Do you charge hourly or full day?

I make custom packages for each client.

Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?

Yes.

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?

I require a meal at the reception. I am working all day, and want to be at my highest energy level. Taking a break and eating a meal is crucial to make sure that I am at the top of my game for the whole day.

Do you charge for travel?

Only for locations that are a significant distance away from my office. I do not charge extra for most places within CT, and some parts of NY.

How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?

Proofs are ready 2-4 weeks after the event.

In what format are the initial proofs offered?

They are posted in an online photo gallery with password protection.

How long can the client keep the proofs?

The proofs will remain online for at least a year.

Do you retain the copyright for the photos?

No. Once I hand the final photos over to the client, they belong to the client. I do retain the right to use them in promotion of the business.

Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?

Yes.

Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?

I provide digital copies.

Will images be available for viewing online?

Yes

Yes, during their first meeting I have several DVDs they can look at.

What types, such as unedited footage or special effects, of videography do you offer?

Fully edited video with all packages, along with unedited video included. Both single camera and two camera packages available.

Do you have lighting equipment to accommodate a more dimly-lit event?

I use a small on camera light. It is not over powering and I use it only when needed.

How many videographers do you work with?

I have a couple different videographers that I use. All are trusted friends and skilled videographers.

Does the client get to meet the videographers before the event?

I prefer to meet with all Brides and Grooms before the wedding.

Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?

Unless I am ill, I personally record all of my events.

Do you book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?

Never more than one a day. I will book more than one a weekend as long as there is enough time between them so that I can give my full attention each wedding when I am there.

Do you have a replacement videographer in case you become unavailable on the event day?

Yes

What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?

I always bring two cameras. My main camera is a Panasonic HMC-150. I also bring Wireless Microphone System, and camera lighting.

Do you bring backup equipment to the event in case of malfunction?

Yes.

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?

Dinner is my only true break and I do require that a meal is provided.

Do you charge overtime?

Yes.

Do you give access to your raw footage?

Yes, video clients receive unedited copies of their video.
