These people are dishonest crooks. My mother ordered a dress from Kelly and paid several hundred dollars for a downpayment. Soon after she was paid, Kelly called to say she could not get the dress as ordered. One would think returning the money we paid would be a simple task. Think again. It's been several weeks now and numerous calls made. Each time we get a new BS story about her accountant mailing the check which we have yet to see come in the mail. She has now begun screening her calls and avoiding when we call to get information on OUR own money. Some customer service huh!!! She is the most blatantly dishonest scumbag I have ever dealt with and I would advise any person out there looking for a dress to avoid the place like the plague. Please heed this

I got my dress at Kelly's Kreations Bridal in brooklyn. I chose Kelly's over all other boutiques because the moment I walked into the salon, Kelly herself made me feel like I was family, and took such great care of me, before I even bought anything. She didn't care whether I was going to purchase a dress from her, she cared that I would purchase the right dress for me. Whether I got it from her or elsewhere was not her concern, she wanted to make sure that I was in my perfect gown for my day. I picked a Maggie Sottero gown, and Kelly ordered it. The dress came in on time, and the fitting process, and alterations were done exceptionally. Kelly's team (who are all family) took amazing care of me, and I felt like they gave me such individual attention. Kelly's team also did alterations for my sister's and mom's dress, and they all looked stunning. Kelly's Kreations is the best salon if you want to feel like a true bride and not just a sale.

Kelly is a liar! She takes your money and and never orders the dress till about a week before your wedding. She will give u the run around about y it isn't in and will never give u a tracking number because there is none bc she never ordered the dress!!! After reading the reviews two months before my wedding and experiencing the run around with Kelly i decided to call the designer of my dress and speak to the coustmer service department. They couldn't find my name is computer bc the dress wasnt ordered. They called Kelly and the next day my dress was in. My advice for anyone who ordered already from her is to call the designer urself and make sure that dress was ordered!!!!'

I was shopping for my wedding dress for a whole week with no luck! I must have tried on 30 dresses in a week and nothing! I went EVERYWHERE! So, one day I walked into Kelly's Kreations and Kelly, the owner, greeted me very professionally and cordially. From the minute we exchanged words, I knew we had a connection and I felt that this would be the place I would buy my dress from. There were so many gorgeous dresses to choose from and Kelly really worked with me! She wasn't just a business woman trying to make a sale. She gave me her honest opinion and I ended up with a gorgeous gown that fit my body like it was made just for me! Not only was Kelly a sweetheart, but so were here employees. I cannot imagine any bride going any other place but here for her gown. I HIGHLY recommend this bridal store!

By far one of my favorite vendors throughout the planning process! Kelly and the ladies of Kelly's Kreations are super nice and very experienced. She has a great selection of dresses and the prices aren't bad at all! I got my wedding gown here. It felt like I was visiting an old friend each time I went in...very helpful with very little pressure....I highly recommend this for first time brides like myself (They know what will work best). I waited too long and it was too late for me to order a veil from her so I had to buy it elsewhere, but there was no hesitation when I asked for them to help me press it. As an added surprise, Kelly replaced the hair comb for the veil so that it wouldn't fall out the day of the day of the wedding. It's nice to work with someone that cares about my wedding as much as I do. :)

The people at Kelly's Kreations were incredibly helpful in finding my dress. They were able to use my body type and guided me towards dresses that would fit my body type and frame. They worked with me at every point of the way. My dress and the alterations were done beautifully.

In the end it all worked out and we received our dresses.

Finding the perfect dress was easy because I knew I could go to Kelly's Kreations and it would be there. After my sisters wedding last year, it was a no brainer that I would also go visit Kelly and find my perfect dress. After seven dresses I found the one. Kelly and her staff Angela and Anna are more like family to me. I couldn't imagine sharing the most important purchase with anyone other than this bridal store. No detail is overlooked and when you are there you are family. I would recommend Kelly's Kreations to anyone looking for a personalized experience to find their perfect dress.

I had a wonderful experience with Kelly and the family ... while looking for THE dress other places made me feel anxious and awful. When I walked into Kelly's shop - I felt that I would be taken care of and I was! She made me feel comfortable and she helped me picked the right dress for me. Kelly worked with my budget and my time restrains. Thank you again and it was a success :))))) I'd recommended Kelly to my friends any time ...

I had the BEST experience at Kelly's Kreations. I ordered my bridal gown, headpiece and entire bridal party dresses there and my wedding was perfect. All of the dresses came in months before my wedding and the alterations were unbelievably perfect!! She even had seamstress add a panel for one of my bridesmaids because she became pregnant after the dresses were ordered. My sister just placed her order for her gown with Kelly and we're going to be choosing our bridesmaids gowns soon. Can't wait to see her again. Kelly ROCKS!!!! Allison Arroyo

Kelly's Kreations in Brooklyn is a total headache! She promises a delivery date and NEVER delivers on time or at all!!!

We ordered 9 bridesmaid dresses from what appeared to be a friendly, helpful and honest business owner. Its been hell since. The dresses were supposed to arrive on April 22nd and they never did. The event was on May 8th. I called her the week of April 19th, 26th, May 3rd and we got the same old story " the dresses are on their way." Other times, she didnt pick up my telephone calls. I feel so disilusioned with this woman's services. Why couldnt she be honest with us and not take the order?

Please do not give Kell'y Kreations your business she will NOT deliver your goods on time. Don't let her friendly attitude trap you. In fact, she'll even kiss you when you walk into the store, and once she has your money and your order, she shuts the doors on you. And worse of all, doesnt have the decency to face her clients and say the dress(es) will not arrive on time.

My bridsmaids and I had to rush to David's Bridal (thank goodness for this store) and order dresses from there. They were shipped from various states in the nation, and 2 of them ended being different, but the same color.

Google Kelly's Kreations and you will see similar stories to mine. Dont do business with her inspite of what other ratings may say, its not worth at at all!

I got my dress from Kelly's Kreations. I received it about 2 weeks before the wedding. I went there numerous times to find out where my dress was and I was constantly given the run around. I would not go there again if someone paid me to.

I absolutely agree with the other reviewers--I had the same experience and I would never go there again for anything.

This place is amazing. It is a small boutique filled with most up-to-date styles on wedding, bridal party, and mother of the bride dresses. If you cant find what you are looking for but know what it is, they will order it from the catalog for you. they have a seamstress on premises so you dont have to go far to get your dress to fit you perfectly. They have more then 50 gorgeous styles of wedding dresses at any given time and always have samples of the newest styles. I bought a dress from them for about $1000, and everyone thought my dress must be well over $5000!!! Kelly is great, and the rest of the family working there are also wonderful. They will try to do anything possible and impossible to make sure you have the dress of your dreams in time for the wedding.

Highly recommend this place if you still haven't purchased your dress. They also carry a line of jewelry for the bride.
The only thing I would suggest is going there at least 6 months before your wedding in order to make sure that your dress will come well in time for your wedding and can also be altered to make you fit perfect.

This bridal store was able to accommodate my schedule for appointments. My bridesmaids also go their dresses here and didn't have much of a problem. I ordered a custom made dress and it came out great, amazing quality. Make sure you have enough time before your wedding because they may make you feel rushed, especially if you aren't ordering a dress just like it is out of the catalogue.

I would not recommend to pratronize Kelly's Kreations. The owner Michelle Kelly Sessa, is highly dishonest, extremely unorganized, and does not work well with customers. We ordered bridesmaid dresses, they never came in at the scheduled time of arrival, she gave us a run around. Truly made what should have been a happy experience miserable.
