Wow. I was extremely suprise of the professionalism of the employees not to mention Ciria. My wedding was planned in 2 weeks, after looking at several places in Houston with out any luck, I decided to call Kemah Gardens, right away Ciria was able to book me, even thought she had 2 other weddings later on that day. I was extremely suprise not to mention a little hesitant knowing she was going to handle 3 weddings that day. The ceremony was so smooth, no rush at all, you could not even tell there was going to be 2 more wedding that day. I simply gave her an idea of what how I wanted the decor and she handled it from there. My 1st impresion was stunning. If was beautiful, just like I dreamed of. She even choose this amazing flower in which I feel in love with. She made my dream a reality. Ceremony was great. A simple but beautiful wedding. The house and brides room was just amazing. I felt like a queen. I felt like I new Ciria for years, that is how amazing this lady is. She will make you feel right at home. DEFINITELY AMAZING PLACE & STAFF.

My daughter was married at Kemah Gardens on March 16, 2013. The event was amazing and there were no glitches at all. Ciria and her staff did a most wonderful job and the ceremony site and pavilion were beautifully decorated. The bride and groom's rooms to dress were outstanding and had so much room to move around and have family and friends in there to help. This whole experience was wonderful and I would highly recommend Kemah Gardens to anyone who is in the planning stages of getting married or having a special event coming up. Ciria was always ready to answer any questions we had leading up to the big day. She and her staff were wonderful. Thanks, Ciria!

My husband and I were so pleased at how beautiful our 3:00pm, Sunday afternoon wedding was. The week and day leading up to our ceremony was rainy & wet. Ceria and Kemah Garden's were completely prepared to compensate for the unpredictable Texas winter weather. The ceremony was going to be held under the pavilion where we were to have our reception but just at the last minuite the sun began to shine and Ciria and her crew rushed to redecorate the original ceremony site under the arch. Their personal care and hard work gave my husband and I the most amazing day and experience ever. Our wedding was absolutely gorgeous! Ciria took such great care of our wants and wishes and presented us with so many choices & ideas that we never felt like we had to settle. Her proven experience and good taste guided us through the wedding process with ease. The grounds and dressing areas were exceptional, offering wonderful backgrounds for pictures. Our overall experience was terrific and we would highly recommend Kemah Garden's.

Felicia my daughter was married to Erick Lallemand at Kemah Gardens and they worked wonderfully with us. Her new husband is in the Marines and we had to move there wedding date up with only 3 weeks to arrange the wedding. Ciria the wedding planner rescued us and made everything wonderful, she found a way to solve every issue including little ones that popped up during the morning of the ceremony. The perfect scores directly reflect the type of service and professionalism Kemah Gardens gave my daughter and now, proud son in law. My daughters wedding was a long awaited stepping stone after a life filled with life threatening issues. Needless to say as the mother of the bride, I was beside myself that day, one in which we never knew if it would come or not. It was a beautiful sunset wedding with 50 in attendance (just perfect for a small, quaint gathering). Cidia took care of most of the details and what was not included in the package we chose, she provided good choices of companies that would. We had fireworks after the I DOs, a dove release upon the introduction of the new couple in memory of the brides grandmother, the first dance and tears at the daddy/daughter dance from everyone in attendance. A full meal was served, the cake cut and toasts from the best man. And to end the night, a sparkler send off.
The outside pergola was draped in white with clear lights, the chandelier was lit and crystals hung ever so perfect from the cross beams of the pergola. The interior of the home was decorated for the reception very sophisticated and glamorous which was helped by the beautiful setting of the home. Our photographer was given a heavenly backdrop, perfect for those once in a lifetime shots. The waitstaff were very helpful and accommodating to our every need. We had many compliments on the wedding but mostly how courteous our guests were treated by the staff, and just how absolutely perfect the wedding had turned out! Thank you Kemah Gardens and Cidia, you have a God given talent. Bless you and thank you for making my little girls dreams of her fairy tale wedding come true.

Our Wedding was an evening ceremony and reception, Ciria and her staff were fantastic. From the moment we visited the venue Ciria was great to work with, she respond quickly, always made herself available to us, she went above and beyond to make our Wedding beautiful from the smallest to biggest details. Again she and her staff worked in the most professional manner and did it with a smile and respect. The venue itself is beautiful, well maintained. I even did my Bridal pictures there, and they are just beautiful, the grounds offer such a variety of settings. Our guests just loved Kemah Gardens, we were told many times thru the evening they couldn't remember when they had been to wedding and had so much fun and had room to move around and a place for the their children to also have fun. If you are looking for a venue that offers, professionalism, beauty, attention to detail, family matters, and passion for making your special day very memorable then Kemah Gardens is your place to be. What a great Venue. We had such a memorable wedding. We did an evening wedding and it turned out perfect - with the fading sun and the lights coming on. Very intimate for all of us and we couldn't ask for more. Ciria is very considerate of your needs and helps in every aspect. Highly recommended!

I was so blessed to have been led and chose to have my special day with Ciria at Kemah Gardens! She always went the extra mile with help/ideas and just making all involved comfortable with our wedding day! We chose to have a small ceremony at her location at 9 AM and we were very pleased and have no regrets at all. If the evening would have been available, we would have continued with the reception. But it all worked out in the end. We also chose to upgrade the pergola with some additional twine - of which I was happy to find out that the attempt to split the cost with another bride after our ceremony agreed to. We were the first of three weddings on this day and she does amazing work!!! We both love to fish, so we even got pics as if we were fish'n in her beautiful pond stocked full of fish! We have memorable moments and plenty of beautiful pictures. Ciria truly has a passion for what she does and it is revealed in her work. We can not even thank you enough Ciria for the experience we had with your guidance. Your hand of God's spirit will always be remembered.

Me and my husband really enjoyed this venue. We looked many places and this place just felt perfect. We loved how our guest had the option of indoors and outdoors. The scenery was beautiful. The owner/ wedding day coordinater Ceria was wonderful. She's so nice and helpful. The food and decorations were really good. The only complaint I had was that DJ was not good, kind of annoying half the time. He went against what I told him I did not want at my reception. He did not play much of the music I requested. Besides him, the wedding and reception was exactly how I imagined it.

We chose Kemah Gardens after viewing several venues in the area. Ciria the owner, was very helpful and went above and beyond expectations. The entire planning process was so much easier than I had first imagined. She helped with every step along the way. We ended up with a fairy tale wedding and an amazing reception after. I would definitely recommend Kemah Gardens.

We looked at many venues for weddings including a beautiful venue up in New Waverly but the cost at that venue was prohibitively expensive for us. We found Kemah Gardens and were delighted to find a venue that had all the amenities that the other venues offered at a great value. We were able to work closely with the owner who wanted our wedding to be exactly as we asked for including allowing us to use in stock centerpieces they had for free as well as adding our garland around the pergola on the dockside. We did pay for the upgrade to the pavilion decor but were able to split the cost with another bride which was all arranged by Kemah Gardens.

On the day of the wedding we found the site exquisitely decorated exactly as we asked. Kemah Gardens had had 4 other weddings that weekend but one would not be able to tell as it was totally clean and immaculate for us.

The bride and grooms' room were wonderful addition to their services. The groom had the entire upstairs of the house for the guys to hang out and get ready while the bride had the master suite for preparation. Both areas were delightful and made the preparation time for the wedding easy and relaxing.

The owner, Ciria, was so very accommodating. She had noticed the grandmother of the groom did not have a corsage and quickly made one from the leftover flowers from the bouquets. She also helped to coordinated the processional for the groomsman/bridesmaids and bride/father of bride. I cannot express how easy Ciria was to work with and how much she makes one feels their wedding is the most important wedding to her.

If you are looking for a outdoor venue with all the charm of a Victoria house with outdoor pond with fountain, lovely pavilion and the price that will not break the bank account, look no further. You have found...

I GOT MARRIED ON VALENTINES DAY AROUND NOON. CIRIA PUT MY WEDDING TOGETHER WITH A WEEKS NOTICE. EVERYTHING WAS BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS!!!! EVERYONE WAS SO SWEET AMAZING AND VERY HELPFUL!! ALL I HAD TO DO WAS SHOW UP! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND KEMAH GARDENS. EVERYONE LOVED THE CEREMONY!!! THE PASTOR (PASTOR BRAD) WAS ALSO EXCELLENT AND VERY COMFORTABLE TO BE AROUND. THE PHOTOGRAPHER (ELIZABETH FRY) WAS AWESOME TOO!! MY PICTURES CAME OUT BEAUTIFUL!! SHES VERY PATIENT FOR US BRIDES I COULDNT HAVE ASKED FOR A MORE PERFECT WEDDING!! I WOULD DO IT ALL OVER IF I COULD :)

We had our wedding here in October 2011, and it was a wonderful experience. We chose to go with the all-inclusive package, so we did not have to worry about finding our own vendors. Kemah Gardens provided almost everything that we needed for the day. We only had to find a florist and photographer, and we found them at an open house event. It made planning much easier and less stressful for me and my husband.

The location is only a few minutes from the boardwalk and worth a visit if you are interested in having your ceremony or reception outdoors. I loved the outdoor setting and had the ceremony at sunset. Ciria is very helpful with the planning process, and her and her staff go above and beyond to make sure everything is done to make your wedding day perfect. We would recommend Kemah Gardens because our wedding was beautiful and fun, and we had an amazing day.

Overall we had a great time at Kemah Gardens. The staff helped my husband and me a lot to the wedding colors, sashes, flowers, decorations, ceremony order, catering service suggestions and cake designers. Ciria was very attentive to us and she thoughtfully filled all of our needs. On the day of the wedding, it is predictable that not everything is going to go according to plan, but Ciria was flexible and helped us make the day flow seamlessly and everything worked out just fine. We really enjoyed our experience at Kemah Gardens. It is a beautiful outdoor venue with a lot of greenery that survived even the worst year of a Texas drought. All of our guests complimented the venue and felt very relaxed and at home. We had planned for 100 people and actually had 75 but the venue was just the perfect size for our families.

For those planning future weddings, our "lesson learned" or bit of advice would be to warn you if you choose the all-inclusive package, be aware that the DJ in that package is the bottom of the barrel. Her name is Shawna. She was overcommitted to other jobs and apparently lacked any organizational abilities. Consequently, she irresponsibly delegated her work to be done by inadequate people and if it wasn't for my husband bringing all of our wedding songs on a USB drive, we would not have even had our own ceremony music or first dance music. Otherwise, as long as you communicate your needs to Kemah Gardens and pay a little more for the DJ, you should be covered. All you have to do is take a look at the sample pictures on the website and you'll be convinced that each wedding comes out picture perfect for the wedding album. We highly recommend this venue to you.

Kemah Gardens was a beautiful venue for our wedding. At the reception, everyone was coming up to me saying this was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to. Very pleased with Ciria. Great wedding spot I would recommend it to all!

I have just booked my wedding venue at Kemah Gardens. Kemah Gardens is a beautiful wedding venue. I looked at many wedding venues for options for my wedding ceremony and reception, Kemah Gardens was the prettiest and the best value for the cost. You have different options to choose from and it is a very reasonable price. The Bridal suite and groom suite are great additions to get ready in. The owner, Ciria, has been very helpful and has made this process hassle free. She took plenty of time to show us around, explain our options and answer any questions we had. She also has many great recommendations for different vendors. I look forward to Kemah Gardens making this a very special day!

Beautiful place to have a wedding! Ciria, the owner, is very helping with planning and suggestions. We had a few issues throughout the planning process in regards to the proposal/contract, where I felt there needed to be more clarity and flexibility, although in all honesty, we were given the option to purchase an all-inclusive package or individualize, which we chose to individualize. It would have been better to go with the all-inclusive option. The Bridal suite and the Grooms Suite are excellent amenities--it gives you privacy to get ready, and a place to hang out, have snacks/drinks, and have fun!, making beautiful memories! And we were allowed to have our own hairdresser, Kristin for Kemah, come to do hair in the bridal Suite. The inside living/kitchen area is a great place to have the cake/punch reception indoors, and allows for people to have a place to come in to get out of the heat, on a hot August day! And the outdoor grounds and back deck, with pagoda and pond with fountain in the background, and beautiful sunset make for a beautiful ceremony site! The new covered pavillion is a wonderful idea in case of rain or to have a dinner/reception--much cooler under there! Also makes for a perfect place for dancing!, nicely decorated with lights and greenery! We had a caterer provide BBQ, a D.J, and a bar! We had a blast! Thanks Ciria!

I got married this past June at Kemah Gardens. The wedding was amazing and I loved the scenery, especially since we had an evening wedding we got to use lights on the trees which were really pretty and elegant looking. Ciria, the owner, was very helpful with anything we needed. One thing I loved about Kemah Gardens was the fact that we could pick and choose what other venders we wanted as far as the music, catering, flowers, etc. and that can be very helpful when you are on a budget. I wanted a simple wedding and that is exactly what we got at the price we wanted and it was still gorgeous! We also used the house to get ready that afternoon, the girls were down in the bridal suite, which is plenty big, and the guys stayed upstairs enjoying their alcohol! Not once did we have an issue of seeing each other before it started. We also used the valet service they offer and that was apparently a big hit. Everyone commented on how easy and helpful they were. Overall, I rate my wedding at Kemah Gardens a 10, I couldn’t have had a better day, except maybe if it weren’t so hot but that’s what I get for picking a mid June wedding!

I was married at Kemah Gardens in February, 2010. My daughter-in-law and I planned and catered the event ourself, we invited 50 people and had the ceremony outside. Our family took the pictures and they turned out so beautiful because of the backgrounds. There is a spray of water behind the gazebo that made the pictures look heavenly. There was a Cardinal singing during the ceremony. Ciria, the owner of Kemah Gardens, was so helpful. We spent the night with 8 other family members after the ceremony. This house is beautiful and the price is great. My family and friends were very pleased, with Kemah Gardens and it was the happiest experience of my life.

Kemah Gardens is a great place to have both your Wedding Ceremony and Reception. From the small intimate wedding to the large full scale reception, they can handle your needs. The place is set back in an area that makes you feel like you have escaped the big city. They have a beautiful facility, with a gazebo on the water's edge, giving your guests a beautiful view during the ceremony (not to mention great photos). For the larger events, their covered pavilion is perfect with great architectural wood beams and utilities for the caterer and bartender all in one convenient location. Again, a great view of the woods and pond makes it feel like a true country experience. I really enjoy playing at this location whenever I can and fully endorse Kemah Gardens.
