Kendall Plantation

What can I say! I fell in LOVE with this venue when it was just a vision and on paper. The blueprints and uncleared piece of land were all that we got to tour but it paid off. Kristin and Jeremy are about the most down to earth and caring people I met in the wedding business. Not only did they pull through and get the structure built in time for my wedding, they exceeded our expections with EVERYTHING!

The meetings with Kristin were great. She asked questions about preferences that didn't even think to ask. It's very refreshing to know that as a bride, there is a sweet and caring venue owner/manager that truly wants your day to be special. I didn't feel "nickel and dimed" while signing with Kendall Plantation and felt at ease on the day-of.

Our wedding day was magical. If something was not going as planned, I had no idea. Everyone kept it running smooth and perfect. The bridal suite was spacious, clean, and set up with a little something for me. It was a nice touch. Kristin, Jeremy, and other staff were on site all afternoon getting things in order for our ceremony and reception. The chairs and tables were set up perfect and we didn't need to scramble for anything. We are SO grateful to have gone with our gut and sign with KP. My daughter selected the Kendall Plantation when it was just blueprints! We had actually tried to line up a few churches in San Antonio for the wedding since we were from out of town, but they either had no availability or restrictions involved. After meeting Kristin Voss and seeing her vision for this incredible Hill Country Wedding locale, my daughter just knew this was where she was going to be married! Kristin worked so hard for us - she was an excellent communicator which was great since we seemed to have an endless amount of questions! She recommended that we work with Lisa Morales of Haute Weddings and that was another total blessing! But, back to the Kendall Plantation -- the location is just gorgeous! The attention to detail in the construction from the beautiful muted, warm colors inside to the black window shutters and wrought iron lights outside - it truly evokes Southern charm and warmth. The design is very thoughtful with private rooms for the wedding party to get ready - we loved the lighting, furnishings and entertainment that was available. The caterers, DJ, Photo Booth, and musicians were set up with ease the day of, too. When we met with Kristin - she was just so genuine and so flexible - she really worked with all of our requests and made some great suggestions in regards to the wedding/reception set up and more! She was always available by email and phone to assist us as needed! The Plantation has beautiful linens and furnishings to set the mood for any occasion! Another reason we chose the Kendall Plantation was the opportunity to let guests be indoors or out. The family and friends at the wedding remarked about how beautiful and how fun the wedding and reception were at the Kendall Plantation! Guests were free to sit and relax at a table indoors, to dance the night away or sit a spell outside in a rocker or down by the gazebo. You would never get that at a hotel! We had an outdoor wedding at the gazebo by the pond which was such a gorgeous backdrop for the big day! It is surrounded by gorgeous live oak trees, a barn, an old truck, and fencing that makes you feel like you are on a real southern plantation! Kristin and her team~Jeremy Voss and Jonathan May helped before, during and after the wedding with even the most minute details. They went WAY above and beyond our expectations! Where we could have been just a number to someone ~ we became a "someone" to Kristin and the Kendall Plantation! My daughter said her wedding was a dream come true! Remember when you select a venue - it represents you and your family...when it comes to one of the most special days in your life or your child's life - please take my advice and select the Kendall Plantation to be THE place where you will make precious memories to last a lifetime!

I cannot emphasize enough how pleased I was with Kendall Plantation as our wedding ceremony/reception venue! First of all, it's a stunningly beautiful location/venue and both my husband and I fell in love with it at first sight. Kristin worked with us from start to finish to meet our specific needs. On the wedding day they were able to flip the site from ceremony to reception seamlessly and met every last request that I had. They were so kind and worked so hard to make sure that our day was perfect! Couldn't have found a more perfect place to be married!

The staff at Kendall Planation made every dream I ever had for my wedding come true. I had the best experience and they were very flexible and willing to work with our every need. I would recommend this venue to anyone wanting the wedding of their dreams because Kendall Planataion help develop it into reality.

I have had the honor or working with Kristen on several events. She had a vision of the perfect wedding venue... and I believe she got it right! The Kendall Plantation is a beautiful location to host your wedding or event. Kristen is very friendly and personal and loves what she does. She will treat you great and truly be interested in making your dream wedding come true.

Love, Love, Love, working at the Kendall Plantation. It is such a unique facility with lots of space and natural lighting, just a great ambiance about it. And although it is grand and elegant, it has enough Southern charm to make it feel like home. Any couple looking for a venue should definitely call for a private tour. Tell them Lisa sent you : )

Amazing!!!!! Kendall Plantation is the #1 Venue to get married at ! The venue is breathe taking! It has everything a Bride can ask for. KP is also very vendor friendly. I just love this place.
