We originally worked with Bernadette at the Brookfield location. She is the one who sold my engagment ring to my husband. He felt that she was not very infomative and never showed him my diamond under the microscope prior to purchase. Now my husband, being a guy, never thought about this so didn't ask. It wasn't until we went in to purchase our bands that we found out that Bernadette and been let go and we have been working Monica from that day forward. Monica was extremely helpful and very informative on the diamond buying process. The diamonds at Kesslers are very beautiful and decently priced. Make sure you ask lots of questions so you know what you are purchasing. Great overall service and awesome warrenty!

We purchased both our wedding bands and the engagement ring at Kesslers Diamonds in Wisconsin. They were nice, but they tried to sell us other things that we weren’t looking for. My engagement ring has a non-traditional shape and they were willing to design a custom wedding band to fit the ring, but it was a bit too expensive. We opted for something they had in stock.

Great experience. They didn’t pressure us into anything but were willing to show us anything that interested us. They left us alone to discuss what we had wanted rather than sit there and listen to our every word. Definitely would go there again. Actually, my wedding gift from my husband was a necklace that matched my ring. So they did business with us on 3 separate occasions!
