Amable and his team did an exceptional job! They had the whole crowd moving the entire night! So many people have come to me to saying how great the music was and what a great job Amable did to get everyone reved up! Young and old were dancing and enjoying themselves. The day of the wedding, I found him dressed in a (still) stylish sweater and bright blue pants.. questionable wedding attire?..BY RECEPTION time..he transformed into a SUAVE SEXY SLICKED BACK HAIRDO DONNED IN A SHINING TUXEDO!! He kept our wedding party entertained the WHOLE night. I have never gotten so many compliments about, first and foremost.. my dress.. SECOND, how SPECTACULAR our DJ was.

We couldn't wait to work with KMG after attending our friends weddings. They MADE the party - the dance floor was packed! All of our guests said they've never been to a better party. Amable and his team were professional and energetic. They had this classy; step above any other DJ vibe that can't really be duplicated. I hired KMG for DJ and lighting. He had meetings with us to go over every little detail of our night - the vibe, the music, the timeline, the look and feel. The lighting just brought the room to another level and tied in all the colors of our wedding. It really set the mood for that night. I heard about Amable through a friend who said that he was by far the best DJ he'd ever seen at a wedding and that he didn't stop dancing all night. When it came time to find a DJ, my main concern was that they not be cheesy and to keep people on the dance floor all night long. We got that wish granted and so much more with Amable. He is not just a DJ, but an amazing event designer with a real eye for design and an amazing ability to read a crowd and keep them partying. He provided draping for our ceremony space and also ceremony music. He had an awesome suggestion to use a song that was less traditional for our recessional from the ceremony so we surprised everyone when "Eye of the Tiger" started playing after we were pronounced husband and wife (we're big Rocky fans!). It was a perfect way to include a little bit more of "us" in our ceremony. He was an awesome host all night and made sure everything went smoothly. When we were able to dance and didn't have bride/groom duties to attend to, we didn't leave the dance floor and danced the night away with the rest of our guests. We also opted to include video walls with our package which were awesome screens to show our SDE video, slideshow, and the candids that were taken by Amable's wife throughout the night. We chose uplighting for our room as well which completed our vision for our wedding and added the perfect finished touch to our reception room. So many guests were commenting on how awesome the DJ was and several have said that they want his info when it's their turn to get married! Can't get any bigger of a compliment than that! Ok first of all these guys are insane. I mean awesome insane! I was glued to the dance floor and I didn't care if I looked like a hot mess, I was having the time of my life. Funny thing is, before we met with Amable, I had a whole line up of specific songs for certain parts of the wedding. YUP, OUT THE WINDOW. Their vision and suggestions supersedes mine and it was WAAAAAYYYYY BETTER. Genius I say, Genius. We were having goosebumps when they played songs they could do for our event. SO, fast forward to the wedding day, they've already wowed everyone with the uplighting and the ambiance at the reception. They've set the tone of what the night will turn out to be. Oh ofcourse, we had to get the most awesome live percussionist Crystal Vargas!! whhaaaaatttt!!!! Our friends and family had the time of their lives as well, that's what we aimed to do, and Key Music Group made it happen. These guys KNOW what they're doing. You can come in with a plan, but they can top it with an even better one. With that being said, we give them 5 swaaaaaaggg stars woooo!

Amable was an excellent wedding host along with his DJ at our wedding at The Palace. He has a vibrant personality when you first meet him. It totally shows while he hosted our wedding reception. He has spectacular taste in his own style and brings that into life at a wedding. My husband and I decided to go with white dance floors and wide movie theater screens to show some engagement photos and to use for our Same Day Edit video (from MPW). We also had "dancing on clouds" for our first dance! All night, our guests were on the sexy white dance floors!!!! All our guests were impressed by KMG and the set up we had for our reception. Worth every penny and you won't be disappointed!

Wow, wow, wow! Key Music Group was nothing short of amazing at our wedding. By far the most fun wedding I have ever been to. Our guests did not want to leave our wedding because they wanted more of the music and the dancing. KMG created such an inviting atmosphere for all our guests of all ages that young and old were on the dance floor all night. My sister, who was wearing a knee braise at the wedding didn’t even sit down because she was having such an awesome time dancing that she endured through the pain. KMG is truly the best at what they do. There are no words to describe how amazing their work is. It wasn’t just the music that set the mood for our wedding, but it was everything (lighting, the décor, Amable’s swag hehe). We had such a great time working with Amable through our planning process. My husband and I made a new friend in the process. I highly recommend KMG for all types of events because you cannot find better. I don't have enough words or stars to rate this AMAZING team! My husband and I first saw and heard of this amazingness at my best friends wedding and we were blown away that we knew they would be doing our wedding!! From the initial meeting over the phone (bc we live in California) Amablé (the Host/MC) exuded great professionalism and warm personable qualities. He responded promptly at all times and even let me vent my wedding stresses as a Bride over the phone! He makes you feel like family and only wants what's best for us! He goes by our time and availability and is always on time! (Love that!) After our last meeting before the big day he makes sure to let you know this will be the best night of your lives! And surely he was RIGHT! When my husband and I walked into our wedding venue for the first time that night I almost cried! He made our ballroom SO beautiful with all the uplighting and wall designs! He made our first dance one everyone is still talking about with the dry ice effect! And can I just say, the DJ played every favorite song of ours and our guests all night long! My bridesmaids and I had to use the restroom at one point but held out for an hour bc the music was on point !!!! Our family and friends are still amazed on the look and feel of our wedding! What's amazing is how Amablé has this force of nature to be present and heard by everyone in the room without forcefully being seen !!! He's like a ninja! Ha! Ahh we want to do it all over again!!! He truly brought out our personalities into that one room ! AMAZING !!

We got married the Saturday after Hurricane Sandy & no words can describe how amazed/thankful we are for the job that Amable & KMG did. Trying to get last minute preparations done the week before a wedding is usually stressful enough, but doing it with no electricity, internet, cell service, or gas made it a nightmare. However, Amable was the 1st vendor to get in touch w/me after the storm to see how we were & confirm that everything was going forward as planned before I had even begun to reach out to any of our vendors. I can’t thank him enough for his professionalism & dependability. It wasn’t a matter of just scrambling to get the job done; he was going for perfection.
Amable was recommended by our photographer as 1 of the BEST in the industry & he exceeded all expectations. We wanted a fun time, but were unsure how to express exactly what we wanted. With KMG, there was no need to worry–it’s like he just KNOWS. He knew our venue well & suggested which maitre d to request, what size dancefloor we needed for # of guests, etc. He was so helpful w/ the planning of the layout & party flow. His timeline allowed us to enjoy ourselves all night long. As far as the music & setup–we basically requested the works (dramatic uplighting, large expanded screens for same day edit video/photos, custom monogram, fog machine, live percussion). What we paid was BEYOND reasonable for what we got. No lie or exaggeration–dancefloor was literally packed to the brim all night from the 1st song to the very last when they started turning the lights on, w/ every age group you can imagine. The choice & mix of music was THAT good, not to mention Amable is the BEST HOST EVER. He reads the crowd easily, knows what people want & gives them what they need.
Overall, we got a professional event planner, DJ & MC all rolled into one. And they don’t just offer crazy knowledge, spectacular service & great value–they are GUARANTEED to give you the MOST AMAZING EXPERIENCE OF YOUR LIFE. EVER.

All I can say is that the service and result of the whole process with Key Music Group was amazing. Amable was not only very professional, he was personable too. He made us feel like we were part of the family and took the time to really get to know what we wanted our evening to reflect. That in itself was very important to us. He knew how to really listen to our ideas and when to recommend his own insight on what would make sense. Another quality about his service is he never made us feel like we had to have certain parts of his service and only recommended what would make sense. One our favorite recommendations by him was the dry ice/smoke. It really made us feel like we were dancing on the clouds for our first dance.

The result of all the great planning was an evening filled with stylish/elegant presentation and I was approached with an overwhelming amount of compliments on the music, MCing, and the night just having the perfect vibe. Thank you to the amazing DJ Ed Swift. I used to play his mix tapes in my car years ago and I'm happy he did our wedding.

You can really tell when someone has a passion for what he does and Amable and his team definitely has that. If you want someone to really listen to you and deeply get to know what you are trying to accomplish for that one special night, then Key Music Group can take on that task.

We met Amable and KMG by chance at an open house at our wedding venue. He made an almost empty room make the couple guests at the open house want to party! We talked to him briefly and I knew right then that he would be the host of our wedding!
Amable was very responsive with e-mails and phone calls made after booking to discuss other options for our wedding. I liked that he would text or call instead of e-mail because it made it more personal communication. The night we met to go over the details of the reception was a late night for us but during that meeting he got us all hyped up and we couldn’t sleep thinking about how much fun it was going to be! He did a phenomenal job helping us decide our song choices for the night and asked a lot of questions to be able to understand our wedding guest crowd a little better. Our reception was proof that he knows what he is doing!
I’m not sure if KMG expected our wedding to get as crazy as it did as quick as it did. We all spent the ENTIRE night on the dance floor. All of our pictures with guests are on the dance floor! We wouldn’t have had it any other way. I LOVED that Amable had our guests #hash tag our wedding on twitter/instagram. They loved tagging our wedding and I was SO happy to be able to see all those pictures the next day of moments I missed (because I was on the dance floor..) and just seeing how much fun everyone had. It was such a great idea! We also got the up lighting through Amable and when we saw the room, I was thrilled with it. With the up lighting, Amable, DJ EdSwift & the rest of KMG our reception felt more like a club on a Saturday night!
We found out later that it was by chance that he was at that open house because he normally does not do them but we couldn’t be more thankful that we met him because he was amazing and made sure we had the best night of our lives! Where to begin...shortly after meeting Key Music Group I was immediately impressed ( which is not an easy thing to do). With a short conversation between the three of us, Amable was already making our wedding day a reality with his endless creative thoughts he expressed through our conversation. I feel as though in this day and age everyone is a "DJ" but Key Music Group sets themselves MILES apart from the competition... In fact there is no competition!!!!! They set the bar and everyone try's to imitate what comes so naturally to them. One of the most important things for me and my husband when looking for vendors and planning our wedding was that we were true to ourselves and that we picked people we loved and trusted! We always knew our wedding was going to be amazing but what Amable and his crew did has made us unable to put our night into words!,,,, Not only did they rock the party and keep the crowd going but they made us and our evening feel so special ..., it wasn't "another" wedding. In fact, to me it was as if it was an amazing honor for them and me and my husband will never forget or be able to express or gratitude . Their creativity kept us on our toes with numerous surprises and special moments throughout the night. The night was beyond amazing and people could not stop telling us what a great time they had and that ...And I quote " I have been to a million weddings but at was the best wedding I have every been too" or " I would not want my kids wedding to have to follow up yours...wow"!!!!!! It is 3 months later and people are still talking about our wedding as if it was this past Saturday. In short, we are so grateful not only because they created an amazing wedding for us but also that we gain another dear friend!!! My husband and I are so glad our relationship didn't end at the wedding and can't wait to work with them again. Heck, we might have our kids sooner than planned so we can have another party!!!! Key Music Group is were its at!!!!

KEY MUSIC GROUP, hands down, was the best choice as a DJ company for me. I'm a DJ myself so picking someone who will handle my own wedding and showcase the best in lighting, sound and entertainment was tedious. But as soon as my Wife and I sat with Amable', it was clear. His vision, business ethic and Luxe style was exactly what we were looking for. We got married in October and to this day, I have friends and family tell me when will I have another party again so they can come. Hands down, the best! No one wanted to stop dancing. Everyone almost went through the dinner service because of all the fun they were having. I couldn't say thank you enough to them (KMG) that night and the day after. We decided last minute to go with the photo-booth package and it was the highlight of the Wedding. Though this review is a bit late, it doesn’t reflect the overflowing gratitude and affection we have for Ble and his crew! For someone who is clueless like me, and has a not-so-clear vision of what I wanted, Ble was very patient and very helpful all throughout the wedding planning and prep. Did I mention really patient?! Yes I am one of those people who choose to deal with almost everything the last minute, and Ble was very kind enough to adjust his schedule to accommodate us. My husband and I are so blessed to have known Ble. The vision I had and the planning went by so much easier and smoother and really painless because of him. He listens to your ideas without any judgment and at the same time guide you through everything without having pushing his ideas. I knew my reception was in good hands when I saw how much fun everyone had in his previous works.
I just did not realize how amazing that night would be not until he sent us the first picture he took after finishing up everything (uplighting, dance floor, couches and the whole stylish vibe!) We were sooo touched by all the hard work and love he had put into our reception. The dance floor was never empty thanks to him and we were able to stick with the schedule while everybody was having fun. We have everything we asked for and even way more, that’s how amazing Ble and Key Music Group is!

Our planning process was made very easy with KMG's ability to share their vision with us. The quality of service for our day was incredible - lighting, music, and overall look were exactly what we had hoped for. With KMG you get the full package and I doubt that there are any other entertainment companies that you can find that will do what they do. Amable even helped us negotiate a bigger space for our reception.

All our guests were raving (even weeks after the wedding) about how great the music was, and how their feet hurt from all the dancing they weren't planning on doing - LOL.

Get used to hearing "best wedding I've been to, hands down," because this is the type of wedding that KMG will provide. I was, let's just say... a "whatever" bride, because unfortunately I was too busy and not really into the whole "wedding" thing. It was Amable (owner and MC) who finally got me excited and ready to party. I literally did not do anything except sit down for about an hr or so with Amable to discuss specifics songs that I wanted to use during key events during reception. The rest was Amable and his team, and they definitely did not disappoint. KMG ROCKS!

I am so happy that we entrusted you with our wedding. You are a "Maestro" at what you do. I'm so glad we chose to go with your lighting. The ambiance of our wedding room looked beautiful and elegant with YOUR lighting. It made the room look more luxurious and have a more contemporary feel.

A huge thank you to Amable and Key Music Group!!! We hired them for our September wedding and the package we chose came with emcee, music / deejay, lighting, video screens and streaming party photos. The result? An amazing wedding where our guests could not stop talking about how much fun they had, from the young to the old!!! We wanted to keep the energy up and keep people dancing and that is exactly what KMG did.

Amable's knowledge of how to craft the flow of an event is impeccable, right from the entrance through to the very end. As emcee with class and lead entertainer, he knew exactly what to say and what to do to direct the night. Details count. Reasons why Amable is amazing. He was able to work with the following:
1. Bridezilla with too many agendas-

2. Big Fat Filipino Wedding - Amable was able to get over 50 people lined up and introduced at the reception. He remained calm and prevented chaos from ensuing.

3. Power Issues- the power kept tripping. Amable & his team were able to get the show running despite the power tripping.

4. Crazy guests rushing them- I had some family members who were rushing Amable to get the ceremony started at 5:30 instead of 6. Amable somehow got the music started despite the power trips and had my ceremony starting the time I wanted.

5. Professionalism & Fun- when I met Amable 2 years ago at Joanne and Martin’s wedding I was not even engaged, but I knew I wanted to hire them because that wedding was the best wedding I’ve ever been to. Years later, people still talk about how EPIC that night was.

Our wedding celebration was epic, with our 250+ guests dancing and singing the night away! We entrusted in Amable and his crew to make our special night memorable and they did just that! What can I say about KMG & Amable that has not already been said?! It's been almost 2 weeks since my wedding and I remember how much fun my husband and I had. My guest have not stopped talking about how amazing my wedding was and how great the music was! I had guest that never left the dance floor.

I found KMG through my wedding planner's vendors list and from the minute I saw their website I knew we had to hire them for our wedding! We met with Amable for 2 1/2 hrs (which did not feel that long) and his professionalism/creativity & swag sealed the deal. I knew that I could trust him and his team with my special day!!

husband and I have no background or experience in entertainment. So, hiring a DJ was difficult for us. We didn't know where to start, what to expect and how much it would cost. All our worries were set aside when we met Amable. He made the process so much easier for us. Everything flowed seamlessly without ever having a dull moment. He is talented, experienced in entertainment and weddings, paired with his sense for detail and style; it’s no wonder he's the best! He gives his whole heart and dedication to each person he meets. He is honest, interactive but never over bearing. We never felt pressured during the booking process, every detail of the contract was explained and adjusted to our needs. He was patient and took the time to listen to our questions and concerns. We put our trust in him, and he worked with our vision and created a night better than we could have ever imagined!
Amable met us at the Season’s and suggested the amber lighting to accentuate the decor. It made the reception glowing and beautiful! When we wanted a monogram, again, he was honest enough to give his opinion, instead of selling a service that would not have complemented the venue. Seeing we were disappointed, he suggested dry ice for our first dance. It was like dancing in heaven! We were speechless, not to mention, it made for incredible pictures. There is no doubt that Amable & DJ Edswift know how to work the crowd and keep the party going. The drums added the perfect touch and having his team take pictures of guests during cocktail hour and playing them on the flat screen, was again another remarkable addition. It was truly a night to remember! Seeing our family and friends dancing and singing along beside us on the dance floor until the last song is a moment we will never forget. They created a perfect wedding reception, nothing overly done and nothing left undone. Amable & DJ Edswift provided the perfect soundtrack to our wedding day and we are so grateful to have met them.

It's been 3 weeks since the wedding but we can still remember so vividly the fun and excitement of that night. We continue to get comments like "I never left the dance floor!" and "Everyone was dancing and jumping, the floor was literally shaking and I thought it was gonna collapse!" and even "Best wedding I've ever been to!" We owe a big part of that to the very talented Amable and his team at Key Music Group.

From the beginning, he treated us like family. Friendly, courteous, and easy to talk to and work with. Amable was great at understanding our vision for how we wanted the evening to go, both in music and in style. He was always open to our suggestions, and very truthful when it came to the breakdown of the service he was providing. We never felt like we were being pushed or pressured into choosing something that we didn't want. It was always a collaborative effort.

And come the wedding the day, our vision was executed to perfection. From the start of the reception, Amable and his team knew how to get the party started, and how to keep it going. In simple terms, they knew how to feel out the crowd, and give them what they wanted. There was never, ever a dull moment. Even through the obligatory parts of the reception, like the cake cutting, garter toss, etc… the transitions were seamless, and always entertaining. And not to brag, but ALL of our guests stayed until the music literally stopped and they were kicking us out!

While Key Music Group (KMG) was personable and styled the venue PERFECTLY (the lights and ambiance were exactly in line with our vision), KMG failed to play my wife's correct song as she walked down the aisle, forever damaging the memory of that singular event. Also, specific songs we requested were missing at the reception. These issues seemed to be the result of the owner and our primary contact, Amable, being at another KMG event and our requests getting lost in the shuffle. Certainly, Amable not being present was a letdown, but the remaining KMG team played a rousing set, including fun introductions of the bridal party that WERE accompanied by the correct music.

Overall, because of KMG, we had a great time and danced all night. Unfortunately, as the groom, I now have to hear for a lifetime that my bride didn't get her perfect magical moment.

Amable and the boys of KMG are NOT your normal DJ’s. They are virtuosos on the turntables, creating an atmosphere that rivals the club scenes of NYC or Las Vegas.

In our recent wedding, my new wife and I walked into the reception hall at the Palace in Somerset and were FLOORED. The purple uplighting created a lush ambiance and really set the mood for the entire night. Lighting was one of the most important aspects for me and these guys pulled out all the stops! The high ceilings and bare walls were filled with light and designs creating a lounge-type feel to the party. Even the DJ booth and intelligent lighting was set off in such a way that made people think to themselves, “This isn’t going to be any ordinary party.”

And the music! At many points during the night I looked around the room to see absolutely NO ONE sitting down. The dance floor was PACKED throughout the whole night, conjuring up the classics to the music of today. KMG really KNEW what this crowd wanted and needed. To this day, countless people are still asking me who my DJ was, even those who weren’t even at the party!
One thing I really appreciated was the attitude that Amable conveyed. As the night’s MC, he knew where to direct the audience’s attention, keeping it professional with a fun and cool vibe. What I notice from other MC’s is that many of them get too involved when trying to hype up a crowd, which inadvertently puts the spotlight on themselves instead of the celebrated couple. Not Amable. He keeps all focus on the celebrants, always lets the party flow organically.
Early on in the night, I knew the party was more than a wedding, but an experience. This elite group of individuals has a talent for keeping the intensity of the night flowing from start to finish. Choosing KMG should be anyone’s easiest decision when trying to find a DJ.

I LOVE mixed dance music. So when it was time for our civil union, it was important for my partner and I to hire someone who will mix music well so that our guests will keep on dancing. Even though reviews for Key Music Group mostly claimed that they are an excellent DJ and Emcee, we still wondered how they will be at our party. And we had only those reviews to go by. How true can it be that guests will dance almost non-stop?

Well, those reviews lived up to the hype! All our expectations surpassed !!! From someone who loves to listen to mixed dance music, R&B, Hip-Hop, 80's, 70's, Pop music - trust me when I say, this DJ can mix and we literally danced all night long, only stopping to steal a bite from our 4-course meal at The Chart House. Our guests literally did not completely stuff themselves with food because they kept getting up to dance.

Amable and his crew presented themselves professionally; they definitely had 'swag'. The up-lighting made the room look elegant and added to the beauty of pictures taken during our event. The intelligent lighting made it look like a real club dance floor. Two great additions.

But if you have only one thing you can really spend on, make sure it is the music entertainment - the DJ. That is what people will remember. I read all of KMG's reviews and one common feedback was that guests kept talking about the great music provided by KMG days after the party. Well, now I know this is not just hype, exaggerated or biased reviews. This is ABSOLUTELY TRUE. Almost a week later, this is what people in our party kept talking about. Wow! We're blown away! We wish the night went longer than 4 hours.

Amable and his "crew" did an amazing job truly entertaining people. My then fiance, now husband and I knew we didn't want any of that "old school" "cheesy" "disc jockey" stuff.. Well we signed up with the right people!!

Amable didn't become our "hired service" for the night, he became someone whom I spoke with in detail about the wedding with. Our conversations started with music, then jumped to lighting and somewhere after a while ended with fashion and colors and all kinds of details.

When you hire KMG you will not be disappointed!! Our wedding of 200 people danced the night away (we even extended it). They played all genres of music that entertained all of the guest. (and we loved the percussion they brought along with them!)

Amable also did the uplighting for our venue. We trusted in him to decide on the colors and monogram...and seeing it that day blew us away!! It was beautiful.. we couldn't ask for more!!

We wish there was a six star option for reviewing Key Music Group - there is no doubt in our mind that they were one of the key factors to the success of our day. Everything was perfect- from the lighting, to the music selection, announcing and crowd management.

From day one, Amable makes such an effort to get to know us - multiple meetings, emails, texts, etc. He is very attentive, and it showed in his team's performance the night of the wedding.

We were floored at how he transformed the room into the perfect celebration room reflecting us and how we wanted to party with our friends and family. The reception was at Chelsea Piers, Pier 60 - and it's a very big space. His touches on lighting, spacing, sound, etc. were perfect. He also brought in a live percussionist - Crystal Vargas - she added an element that kept the party going all night. Their inclusion of the entire crowd in their performance will forever redefine what we consider "audience participation" at a wedding.

His MC skills and management of events throughout the evening defied all our expectations - and considering we had over 300 guests, made up of boisterous family and friends, we couldn't believe how he was able to keep everything on schedule with through effortless control of the microphone.

We also held an after-party in the adjacent space, and they kept the party going till the wee hours of the morning. The entire playlist was perfect all night and early morning, blending the groom's love of West Coast hip-hop/rap with the bride's love for dance and pop music - hard to do well, and they did it better than well - it was incredible.

To this day, our guests are still beaming about the incredible time they had - and much of the credit belongs with Amable and Key Music Group.

When we first started looking out for DJ services, it was a big challenge for us since we represent Eastern (Indian/Filipino) cultures and we wanted to find someone who was able to provide that background and strong understanding in addition to playing Western music.

From the very beginning...starting with the explanation of the process, the input required, the helpful tips, the professionalism, the personal involvement, the follow-up and to the superb and almost flawless execution of the services, DJs Amable and Manish are quite simply the BEST in the business ! Amable also gave us a good price deal appropriate to our budget and you never get any hard sell from him. He works out all the options and lets you make the final decision.

The age groups were of a diverse range from 8 to 80 and some of them even remarked that this was the best wedding they had ever attended !

It was after the reception was over that we realized how important the selection of a DJ is to a wedding event. That is the one important glue that can bring everyone together and let your guests have a great time at the reception/banquet. An incorrect choice and you can never go back to revisit this because this is what guests may also remember a lot from that event, so please think carefully before making a choice.

Key Music Group was absolutely fantastic from initial consultation to execution. Very accommodating and organized. Our venue was very pleased with their presentation and our guest spent most of their night out on the dance floor. My wife and I were very happy to see that they lived up to the expectations set forth during our initial visit. With so many aspects of the wedding to worry about, it was refreshing to know that the musical entertainment was not one of them.

DJ Amable and crew made our wedding reception the party of the year. Their experience and professionalism as well as how they prepared for this with our involvement resulted in such an awesome experience. The questions he asked us got us to think of details we previously missed, and his suggestions were very helpful and unique. Their experience really shined in this regard, as everything they said that would happen based on their suggestions and on our input did happen the way he said it would. Amable ran the party from top to bottom, masterfully worked the crowd, and the songs that were played made our guests go crazy on the dance floor and not a single song that we would not have wanted was played. Every request that did not deviate from how we would've wanted the party to go was granted. Their time management was perfect, and even though we ran 40 minutes late, everything we wanted was done with more than adequate time to party. The up-lighting they provided gave the room a beautiful hue, and their DJ booth was amazing. My then fiance now husband and I were actually in a DJ dilemma prior to meeting Amable Yalong in late 2010. At the time we were considering 3 other major DJ companies in the Essex and Middlesex Counties, but they were either nonresponsive to our requests and inquiries or just did not offer that "luxe service with swag" that we were looking for. On our very first meeting, we were both impressed with Amable's services and style. We were sold! We actually booked him 15 months prior to our actual wedding date on June 9, 2012. Amable was very professional and listened to our ideas during our meetings. DJ Amable was such a pleasure to work with. We basically gave him an idea of who we are, individually and collectively as a couple, we explained our vision and what we expect on the day of our wedding and he MADE THINGS HAPPEN. We didn't have to worry about anything, all we had to worry about was to have fun and spend time with our guests. He led everything and cued us in on what's going to happen next.

The place looked amazing too, with his custom monogram for us projected on the wall and the uplighting. It really added to the overall feel and ambience of the evening. He was very professional and was very much willing to work with us to achieve whatever it is we wanted. It never felt like we were being forced on his service, he was there to cater to our needs and to make US happy with his personalized service.

They are also very flexible and able to roll with the punches. They do not play music just for the heck of it, they get a feel of the crowd and would play music based on what they feel the guests are asking for. We had a great experience using Amable and KMG for our April 22 wedding. We had a Korean/Latin wedding with 300 guests and everyone, from young to old, commented on how great the music was. Amable is very good at what he does! Highly recommended to anyone. Music, lighting, and MCing was flawless!

Key Music Group hosted my sister's wedding two years ago and I remember how much fun it was! The dance floor was packed, the energy was undeniable, the choice of music played were great and there was no denying everyone had a blast. And that's exactly what I wanted for my own wedding.

Hiring Amable and his crew was one of the best decisions we made. Amable did a great job hosting. He was very professional and went above and beyond, respected our wishes, and catered to our requests. Our main goal for the night is not to have a traditional, your-typical wedding reception, but to have an unforgettable, fun, get lose, kind of party and Key music group did just that. Not only did he provide an amazing night full of non stop dancing, but he accented the beautiful room with his uplighting & kept our guest entertained with his unique photo booth....Our night could not have been as successful as it was without him! Amable and the KMG crew are amazing! Our guests had such a great time they were upset it was over and asked if we could do it again the following weekend. :) Everything that was delivered to us on our day was awesome and it showed that Amable took great pride in his work and delivery. Amable made us feel so comfortable and we felt we were visiting our friend instead of another vendor. He took the time to visit our venue and give us suggestions as to how we should layout our floor plan. Amable was able to give us some options that made it rather easy for us to pick the songs we needed. Amable made us feel as if we were his only client and that feeling of comfort is priceless.

We were blown away by everything Amable arranged starting from his display, the wallpaper used on our large screens (created using photos from our MPW eshoot), candid shots taken by Amables wife, the background designed for our photo booth, our through the years photo montage, the timing and intro of our belly dancers and just the management of our entire night. We were worry free the entire night knowing our night was in Amables hands and that he was handling everything. You honestly can't put a price on that type relief and carefree feeling knowing you can enjoy your night and not worry about a thing.

Amable/KMG definitely hit a homerun with the choice of all of the music played throughout the entire evening. They pleased all of my guests both young and old. He got to know us and was able to capture in the music our personal style, our ethnicity (Italian and Hondurian), and even our requests (no J-Lo...lol). KMG rocked our wedding from the minute we walked in til the very last minute. Amable added little touches of detail to our night that we didn't even think of!

Will we refer KMG to everyone we know? Of course, but quite honestly we don't have to do much referring! The people that have been lucky to experience Amable/KMG for themselves are asking us for their contact information. The true testament of the great time everyone had was when they asked us if we could do it again the following weekend. Amable gave us such a great night that I am definitely already planning on renewing our vows so we can do it all over again! KMG gave us a celebrity status wedding and we will definitely have them (along with MPW) entertain and capture all of the special moments to come in our lives!

We already have a wedding in 2013 that we will be attending with KMG as the entertainment and we can't wait! That is only the first of my friends that is getting married that has already booked KMG. That is not to mention all of my other friends that are not already married and know their entertainment will be KMG! HOT! HOT! HOT! KMG is the hottest & freshest DJ co. on the east coast and I'm happy to say, they rocked the sh*t out of our wedding party! Amable, DJ EdSwift and the entire KMG crew turned our venue (The Venetian) into thee event of 2012. From the LED lighting, the custom event rentals all the way to their fresh DJ setup, they delivered the ultimate in LUXE DJ services! We actually dropped our original DJ to go with KMG, and KMG still saved us a ton of money even after losing our $500 deposit with another big name in the DJ biz. WE are so glad we went with KMG versus one of the cookie cutter "factory" DJ's that pump out carbon copy MC's that all tend to look and sound the same. With KMG, you get Amable and DJ EdSwift everytime! KMG had a pulse on the crowd from the second they stepped on the floor until the very last minute; our dance floor was packed from corner to corner to the very last song. Amable is a master MC and controlled our crowd like a magician, he maintained order during speeches, had the crowd roaring on our entrance and made our first dance like something out of a movie with his Dry Ice machine. KMG really took our vision to a place even we couldn't imagine it, and he did for us at a price that beat out the best of the best in the business. Really wish we could have booked the "After Party" live band, and some of the other amazing new options he has to offer. "It was the best wedding I have ever been too" was the phrase from all of my guests. Everyone loved the music Amable played from the introduction as Mr. and Mrs. Ouano til the last three dances, everyone couldnt get enough. The only complaint I had was that the wedding was too short (even though it was 5 hours long) because they loved Key Music Group. Although it was a Sunday wedding, everyone forgot about work the next day and danced the night away. Also, the drums were a perfect touch. People who were already married wished they had drums at their wedding.

Amable is very profesional. Everything we discussed at the meeting was played and far exceeded our expectations. He was a wonderful host and knew how to keep the party going. Everyone had such a good time that the floor started to shake from all the guests jumping up and down. It was the most memorable night of my life! Thanks Key Music Group!

Amable kept everyone dancing at our wedding! At one point, we requested some softer music as we went around toasting each table (as is traditional for a Chinese wedding) which he did, but we were told some of the guests were asking when they could get back on the dance floor again! We had plenty of people requesting his information. He was both our DJ and MC and helped us make a grand entrance. He is talented and professional. Although we didn't end up using him for lighting, you can tell he really has an eye for designing a space. I highly recommend Key Music Group.

Amable offer a lot of great idea and suggestions. He's a great seller, but horrible at following up. Luxe service? To start off, the contract is fill in the blank. He promised us a few things that we would have the day of the wedding, which were not delivered. We did not have the monogram we promised because when he visited the site, he did not follow the set up we wanted and said where we decided to have our sweetheart table facing our guests was better for the DJ booth so everyone can see the DJ as they enter the room. Another thing he promised that I definitely wanted was the simulcast photo during the reception. That was no where to be seen. I decided not to confront the staff the night of, because who wants to be bothered with this stuff! When we returned from our honeymoon, we contacted the team and brought up these issues. He basically took no responsibility for anything. It was either the reception hall's fault, or the mistake never happened. He promised to give me a link to prove that they had photos from the night for the simulcast. At this point, I really don't care if the simulcast was there or not. We decided to treat it as giving away $300.00. I've followed up with him 4 additional emails, and still no link to the photos. I am truly disappointed since he advertises luxe service. We received luxe service from all our venders except him. Again, he was the only vendor that did not deliver our expectations.

Pros: high quality uplighting, decorated the DJ booth real nice, kept the party going
Cons: he's a nice guy if get a hold of him, but luxe service shouldn't have fill in the blank contracts, we were promised things that didn't happen which we even paid for, minimal-to-none follow up, especially after the wedding is voer

"That was the best wedding I've ever been to" is what we keep hearing from our guests. It's not very often you see a dance floor full for an entire night, but Amable and his crew had it going all night long. Everything was absolutely perfect and the room looked spectacular, too. The DJ booth looked like something out of a Vegas lounge and the lighting was fantastic. The photographs that rotated on the plasma screens were a nice touch (totally worth the money).

Amable's wife was also saved the night. Right before my dance with my mother, the entire sole of my shoe came off! His wife took my shoe and did a quick MacGuyver fix with some black tape. You couldn't even notice!

I would highly recommend Key Music Group to anyone looking for an event with some swag (and this is coming from a guy who has none!).

There is not much more to say about Amable and his work, but AMAZING. From the moment we met Amable, we hit off. After just one conversation with him, he knew exactly what we wanted. From the type of music to our style. Not only did he provide the music, but also the lighting for our special day along with accommodating all of our special requests leading up to our wedding day. Everything was perfect. Everyone was dancing from the beginning of our reception until the end. I have a tough crowd of friends when it comes to music, and they are all still saying "man, that DJ was awesome". Amable, thanks for making our wedding day special. Amable is incredible. He is a jack of all trades. Not only did he do our reception music and MC, he also decorated our ceremony. Throughout the 5 month planning period, Amable gave us good advice on venues, music ideas, and lighting. Everything we came up with was even more than I could imagine and even better than I have dreamt of. Our Ceremony was beautifully lit with candles and amber uplighting. It gave my ceremony a special glow and brought a warmness to the room which could be felt by our guests.

Amable is a hard worker, onetime and very talented. His team is also amazing. They were so polite with us, made sure we were having a blast and we were. Our guests danced so much girls had to take off their shoes towards the end. I must admit, I did too! We had such an amazing party! Great Energy and Music. Our guests list was mixed with American and Latin. They did a great job mixing up the music throughout the night. A special highlight was Tony Bravo signing Live salsa. It was a HIT!! Top of the line performer! People thought they were in a concert.

If your thinking about the uplighting, yes, its worth it! It warms the room and makes it look more elegant. I loved the purple lighting we choose. Everything matched with our purple/Demask theme. I am so happy we booked Amable it was the best decision we made. All of our guests could not stop praising how awesome Amable and his team were.

Amable worked with our venue to design our room, the lighting and even the flow of the wedding. He suggested key musical selections, room designs, and checked with us before making any and all adjustments. Furthermore he and Glenn provided insight on things that we weren’t even thinking about.

Oh KMG. One month after my wedding my guests (and friends of my guests that did not attend my wedding) are inquiring about my infamous DJ. When we first met with Amable, we said we wanted a party, period. He said no problem. And that he gave us!! My dance floor was full from 7pm - 11pm. Many people did not eat dinner because they did not want to sit out their favorite songs. At the end, my guests did not want to leave at all and chanted, "One more song" because they were enjoying themselves way too much =) KMG was awesome enough to give them what THEY wanted. The high and energy we felt during our wedding was so incredible. We had the perfect formula of guests added to the skill of Amable and his Key Music-Group team. Amable definitely knows his craft. He was always so professional and yet you could feel how excited he was about his business. He not only met our requests for the reception, he and his team definitely surpassed them. Hiring Ble (Amable Yalong) made our wedding reception a total blast.  Every music he played was just perfect for us and our guest. There was no downtime during the whole event. The chairs were rarely used coz almost everyone was dancing! Wow, we don't even know where to begin with this review. Amable and his crew did amazing work at our wedding. It's so bittersweet for us to look back at it now because we really can't believe our big day has come and gone, but we are more than glad that we chose Amable and his crew to be part of it.

From the first meeting that we had with Amable, we knew right off the bat that we wanted to book him. He was so calm, relaxed, and laid back and it eased our minds knowing that he would take care of us without us getting stressed out about anything. Being that we are such a young couple, we appreciated the fact that he took time to guide us and really help us figure out what we wanted and how we could incorporate what was important to us as well. He really listened to us and figured out ways to showcase our personalities within our reception. We felt that he genuinely cared for us and we really liked that about him as well.

When it came time for our reception, he and his crew really delivered. Amable went wayyy beyond what we asked him to do and for that, we could never thank him enough. We are SO glad we were introduced to Amable Yalong (Ble) by our videographger (MPW Media). Ble didn’t just provide us a service he truly helped to make our wedding better than ever! As an example, one thing that Ble provided us was the accent lighting for our reception. I was ready to just pick the color off pictures on his website. Ble highly recommended that we meet him at the venue so he could test out all the different colors we could choose from to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. And we did! Everyone says the DJ makes the wedding and it’s totally true! Amable deserve a lot of credit for making our wedding the success that it was. Everything was exceptionally great in all aspects of his service. We had a Sunday daytime wedding but our guest partied like it was a Friday night concert! And his uplighting created such a classy and elegant ambiance to our room, it felt like we had a night reception! My first impression of Amable was that he is not your average DJ/Emcee. If you are looking for a DJ who not only knows wedding, but at the same time knows how to create the mood of an elegant, intimate event with a little edge and glam, you need to look no further. I was so lucky to be able to book Amable for my wedding. With all the wedding details that a bride has to worry about, the DJ/Emcee part was the easiest part and the least of my worries. I just had to tell Amable what I wanted, and let him work the magic. From ceremony musics, uplighting, dance musics to the final flow of the event, everything was impeccable. I love the instrumental musics he played at my ceremony, and he selected just the perfect recession song for me. All my guests were blown away by the intimate, elegant mood created by the uplighting. The plasma TVs and photobooth were awesome! Amable showed just the right energy to work the crowd and get people on the dance floor, even people who normally don’t dance came out to dance! Everyone, from kids to grandparents, had a great time. Even days after the wedding, my guests were still telling me how much fun they had at my wedding.

Every single element of service that KMG provided for our wedding was absolutely spectacular! From the emcee, to the music, to the uplighting…and everything in between. Amable was such a brilliant and artistic person work with. Throughout the entire process, he was very easy to reach and flexible with our requests. It almost feels wrong to simply check "DJ" for the category of this review, because Amable was so much more than that for our wedding. Amable mixed style, class, professionalism, and an understanding of our diverse demographic of our guests to keep our wedding guests glued to the dance floor all night and cheering for more when the lights finally came on. The older guests were impressed that Amable and his group played their own percussion, the younger guests enjoyed the latest hip hop, and he truly struck a chord with the bridal party when he blazed through a set of songs that were hits during our undergrad years. KMG/ Amable made my Sweet16 absolutely fantastic. I couldn't have asked for anyone better. The room my parents booked was transformed into perfection. The drapes and uplighting definitely made the scene and once i walked in, i couldn't stop smiling. The photobooth was also a plus. Everyone of my guests was entertained the whole night, not a dull moment. The plasma screens he brought in showed pictures of all my guests throughout the night having the best time. Also, the speakers and music was incredible. He was easy to work and compromise with. I must say it was one of the best nights of my life and i owe it all to Amable. When I booked this venue for my daughter's sweet 16, I knew I needed to do something to transform the place to something like a WOW factor. Amable made all this all possible. My friends couldn't believe this was the same room. The party was the talk of the town. The uplighting was amazing, the whole room looked so elegant, everyone of my guests enjoyed the photobooth. They played all the music I liked, yet they also evenly mixed some music my parents would enjoy. Not to mention the setup they have is incredible! When it comes to price, it is without a doubt worth every penny. With all the kids my age that don't really like to dance I thought it was mainly going to be just my girl friends out on the dance floor but with their great music, amazing lights and just wonderful energy they get everyone out on the dance floor having the best time. I am so happy I picked KeyMusicGroup they couldn't have made my night any better. They are so professional while still being very relaxed and cool! I would definitely recommend them to anyone that wants to have a great party.

Exceptional Service and Professionalism! From the first day we met to the day of the big event, we received first-class treatment. Key Music Group well exceeded our expectations. Top of the line equipment filled the hall with heart pounding music and the impression lighting created a beautiful ambiance in the ballroom. We also opted to get the screens for the photo montage and videos which definitely enhanced the look and feel of the hall.

We could not have asked for a better DJ to keep our guests entertained and dancing the entire evening. Amable is so experienced and knowledgeable; he knew exactly how to keep the party going without any uncertainty. He was organized from our meetings and took the time to get to know us before the wedding to ensure a personal touch. I have been to many weddings in the past and have seen many DJs fail to get anyone on the dance floor. This is certainly not a problem for Key Music Group due to their expertise in the business. I’ll never forget looking out at the ballroom floor and seeing everyone on their feet dancing and having a great time. To this day, we still receive raving compliments from our guests!

This was the most memorable day of my life and I will never forget how much fun we had. After a year of planning and preparation, Key Music Group took the lead and made the night special. They went above and beyond to make our day perfect and I will never book another DJ again. Hats off to you AMABLE YALONG/ KEY MUSIC GROUP!!! My daughter's eighteenth birthday celebration was like a seismic activity with numerous aftershocks. Guests hardly sat. The ladies didn't want to leave the dance floor to powder their noses. No wonder the powder room was empty every time I passed by on my way to the bridal room. Guests from the other function rooms peeked thru our door and gushed, "How did you change the lighting?" I said, "You have to hire the services of KMG to find out."

That night I really had the time of my life. At 53, I was surprised that I could dance/rock for a solid one hour- nonstop. My calves started to stiffen but the music was soooo good I just couldn't stop. Solution: I took off my evening shoes and put on my flipflops. With my billowy skirt, no one knew. So from 9:30p to midnight I happily danced in my flipflops.

An eighteenth birthday celebration is a real-time event with no room for re-takes. Every detail has to be perfect from start to finish. I knew that the key to the success of this event was the DJ. And what LUCK!!! KMG was available on January 29, 2011.

Little did I know that I was about to experience ENTERTAINMENT PAR EXCELLENCE!!!
Not only did KMG set the dance floor on fire, with expert lighting techniques and the monogram on the wall, KMG set the tone/mood for the different parts of the program, i.e. father-daughter dance, rose ceremony, candle ceremony and the dance sequences by the celebrant and her court.

One important quality that makes KMG unique is the rapport between KMG and the client. After 5 months of interaction/ communication I was well-assured that my daughter's party would be a success. So, on the evening of the 29th, a looming snow storm notwithstanding, I shrugged off my anxiety and muttered, " KMG will turn this event into an unforgettable experience."

And so it happened. One cousin even made a video album of some snaphots, posted it on FB with the title, " THE MOST AWESOME MTV WORTHY SUPER 18TH BIRTHDAY PARTY." I,myself, couldn't resist. I changed my profile photo with me playing on Amable's drums. What a novel experience!

As I write this piece I'm STILL exhilarated, with music from the party playing in my mind. To exclaim it was a BLAST is an understatement!!!!!

So what's in my wish list? For KMG to transform the ordinary to extraordinary at my son's college graduation and my 25th wedding anniversary.
