Kim and Company

Kim was just wonderful to work with and my flower bouquets and arrangements honestly took my breath away when I saw them. I live in Chicago, so planning a wedding in Colorado was a little stressfull, but Kim and I talked over the phone and I emailed her pictures and flowers that I liked, and she took my vision and created exactly what I wanted and more. I highly reccommend Kim to any bride looking for a florist - she really is amazing at what she does!

Kim was the first person I spoke to regarding the design of my wedding. She was on top of everything from start to finish.The flowers and centerpieces were better than perfect. Although I might not have had a clue as to what I wanted - Kim provided enough expertise and guidance to make the floral arrangments beautiful.

Kim was amazing to work with. Planning a wedding long distance was stressful, but the flowers were easy with Kim. With a few phone calls and lots of emails we worked everything out, and had no issues the day of of the wedding. Everything was just like we talked about or better!

Kim was a great joy to have design our flowers! She was creative, affordable, professional, organized and fun!I would reccomend her to everyone who reads this--she is very knowledgable and so talented!It was a perfect experience with her for our wedding:)our flowers were stunning and she was so helpful on our wedding day!

I used Kim for my wedding. Before I even got to my venue, the flowers were aleady there. They were the freshest and most beautiful flowers I have every seen! The center pieces were exactally what I asked for and my bouquet was perfect. My hubby and I took all of the flowers to our cabin and a week later, the flowers aree still as beautiful as ever! Thanks guys for decorating the best day of my life!

Kim was wonderful. She really new her flowers and had some great ideas how to incorporate all the types and colors of flowers we wanted. I was only able to meet with her once and the next time we saw each other on our wedding day. When she dropped our flowers off it was as if she was a part of our family because she was so warm and happy for us. She is a sweetheart.

Kim is creative, artistic, and isn't afraid to think outside the box. I wanted to incorporate artichokes in my bouquet ad she said,"no problem."My destination wedding in Colorado was beautiful and I was happy with all services she provided.

Kim was so easy to work with. Her work is gorgeous! My flowers were everything I wanted and then more. She was always more than willing to meet with me to discuss ideas and options. Her prices are great, and work is amazing. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for quality flowers and quality work for a wedding or any event. We even ended up breaking one of her vases, but it was no big deal. Kim is so nice and professional. We got so many compliments on everything, our arbor piece, fireplace flowers, centerpieces and the bouquets. I am so happy I chose her to do my flowers for my wedding :)

The flowers were beautiful! She was very knowledgable about flowers and the colors that go really well together. We picked the flowers and she took care of the rest including delivery and set up! Fabulous all around.

Kim is awesome! The consultaion was great and she made my mom and I feel really special and very excited about my wedding! The flowers that she did were absolutly amazing! My favorite thing she did was made this living garland that was draped over the cross at the ceramony and then got moved to the head table for the reception. She delivered the flowers on time and did great with the set up. She even surprised me by bringing extra flowers for my hair! She is the best and I would recommend her to everyone!!

Kim was amazingly helpful, genuine, and professional. Her flower arrangements were exactly like I wanted them to be. They were exceptional and beautiful. We received a ton of compliments. She also has connections to the community and local vendors which makes her an invaluable asset when coordinating the specifics of the wedding day. I would recommend her strongly to anyone who is planning a wedding in the Northern Colorado area.

Kim did a great job, and my flowers and cake showed it. I told her what I wanted, and she definitely followed through. I could not have asked for a more perfect bouquet. Our cake was delicious...and look amazing to boot.

Really should be a 2.5 star... I'll give her a little credit in case someone wishes to consult with her. Her cake samples at the tasting we set up were tasty, but not overly special for the price of a wedding cake.

She also shot down the design ideas we came in with and tried to impose her own sense of design on our cake. If I'm paying you $600 for a cake, it *will* be the cake *I* want it to be. In an attempt to try to get out of there, my fiance and I said "well, what about the Scottish Celebration cake on your website?" And got this response... "Oh! I made that for a BLIND WOMAN. It was really garish but her sister in law described it to her and she loved it..." So we just made something up to please her and bailed.

Thanks. Way to insult our taste! She also got snippy when I told her we no longer needed a floral consult as I had originally requested. Not super professional... it is no business of yours if I have decided to consult with and subsequently chosen another florist. A real professional would have buttoned it up until after I left.

If you like white tower cakes and like being told how your cake will look, go for it. Her floral pictures are fabulous.. I have a feeling that floral is more of her forte, which is why I'm not totally discounting her services for brides in the Estes/Northern Colorado area.

I never dreamed cake that looked that spectacular could taste so divine. She''s a genius and an artist, and also with perfect customer service. I'd recommend the Makery to anyone in a heartbeat.

Kim is fantastic, if you are getting married in the Estes Park area you want Kim to do your flowers and your cake. First of all, her cake is amazing! Everyone at the wedding raved about it. My Dad doesn't like cake and he ate 3 pieces, GREAT JOB KIM! The flowers could not have been more beautiful. I was one of those brides that had no idea what I wanted and Kim sat on the phone with me (I live in Illinois) and went over her website with me until I found something that I loved, and wow they were so much prettier then I could have imagined.

The cake tasted good, I got lots of compliments. Kim wasn't the nicest person to deal with, but I thought the value was great. She didn't offer much selection for design, but overall I had a cake that worked out.

We couldn't have been in more trusting, creative and talented hands in planning our out-of-state wedding with Kim and Company. I was able to dream and plan (and laugh) with Kim and ended up with gorgeous Mountain flowers and a modern and elegant cake that we are still raving about for how delicious it was. I wish I could get married again just to use Kim's services. She also provided all of this and came in under budget. Kim was so helpful in planning the flowers AND cake for the wedding. We got married in Estes Park but are from Omaha, NE. This was a big obsticle in planning a wedding but she got everything RIGHT. The boquets and other flowers were fantastic! The cake was delicious and beautiful!!!! I couldn't have picked anyone better.

My flowers were beautiful - even better than I'd imagined. I gave Kim some photos and told her what I was looking for in general, and she was able to put together wonderful bouquets and arrangements! She was also great to work with - we changed our order many times in the months (and even days) leading up to our wedding, and each time she accepted our changes without an issue. When she arrived onsite with the flowers, I cried at how beautiful they were. My girls and guys loved them! And the price could not be beat!

The cake was delicious and exactly what we wanted. We loved it so much that during our official cake cutting, DH and I cut a 2nd piece to eat! We also took a bunch home and have been nibbling on it whenever the craving strikes. Not only did it taste great, but it looked really nice as well.

I cried when I saw my bouquet. The flowers were so amazingly beautiful and they lasted for DAYS afterwords. She was great to work with and her prices were great. I also learned later that she helped with some stuff around our wedding venue because they were having issues- completely above and beyond what I would expect the florist to do. The cake was so gorgeous- I let her design it and surprise me. Phenomenal vendor!!!

We planned our wedding in Estes Park from out of state and she was so accommodating! We had lots of contact with her in emails prior to our visit to taste the cakes and talk about our flower decisions. She was always quick to respond and we sent some pictures back and forth. I loved the "Wildflower" ideas she came up with and everyone loved how natural it looked. The best and freshest flowers ever. Service is great, always takes our photography requests by bringing us the Brides bouquet early so we can film it. Nicest person to work with
