Lorraine is a seamstress who works out of her home in North Park. She was a fabulous seamstress with lots of ideas to make my dress from scratch. I gave her a few parameters and then trusted her expertise. I purchased the materials she needed and she did the rest. I had a beautiful custom made gown for about $250.
