The venue is very nice however they are very slow to return phone calls and did not follow directions for the day of the event. The biggest issue was them taking away food before people had a chance to eat. I also attempted to contact the venue after our event about any additional charges and have never heard back from them.

Holly was a wonderful coordinator who made my life so easy before the wedding during the planning process. She also help take away most of my stress for the day of by doing lots of lilttle things to get the ceremony and reception rooms ready.

Holly was great; she was really patient, she helped me with all the planning and during the wedding she did a great job. The golf club grounds are really pretty and that makes a big difference for your ceremony, your pictures and the whole experience
I strongly recommend this club to get married

This is a great location if you are having a Kingwood wedding, and on the day of, the staff takes care of EVERYTHING - I was able to completely relax. The wedding coordinator there was a pleasure to work with, and very accommodating.

My only word of caution is that the food prices are misleading. On paper, it seemed like their cheapest buffet option would still be lovely, and well within our budget. When we went to the tasting, however, we were very unimpressed. Upgrading the menu, along with the 20% service charge, set us $5,000 above what we wanted to spend. I ended up feeling tricked, and this alone brought my rating down to three stars.

Kingwood Clubhouse offers a variety of services to suit the demands of your business. Whether you are interested in an all day meeting room, a dinner seminar, a client appreciation corporate golf outing, or the wedding of a limetime, Kingwood Clubhouse will accommodate your every need.

Kingwood Clubhouse has been serving the community since 1974 with a reputation for excellent food, gracious service and a pleasing atmosphere. As your Wedding Coordinator, I will be happy to meet with you to plan every detail for your wedding reception, rehearsal dinner or bridesmaid’s luncheon from menu options through decorations and entertainment.

Kingwood Clubhouse, located just minutes north of Bush Intercontinental Airport is a full service facility able to accommodate intimate luncheons or dinners for 10 to large receptions for 300 guests. Hailed as one of the “Worlds largest private Country Clubs” we offer six ½ championship golf courses, twenty-six tennis courts, six swimming pools and a lighted driving range, all of which may be accessed upon special request.

The Pavilion, a short walk from the Main Clubhouse, is often our most chosen site for ceremonies and receptions. Glass enclosed with windows floor to ceiling providing your guests a golf course view surrounded by Pine trees; the Pavilion offers an intimate setting for your special event.

The Deerwood Clubhouse is located approximately three miles east of the Main Clubhouse on the banks of Lake Houston and is ideal for rehearsal dinners and intimate receptions. The Deerwood Clubhouse boasts a pillar lined Verandah overlooking Lake Houston and is one of Houston’s best kept secrets.

Yes, if you book your reception and rehearsal dinner with us, the rehearsal dinner will include a complimentary Champagne Toast.

Do you offer additional items for the ceremony?

Our ceremony package inlcudes a unity candle table and white folding chairs.

Do you rent other items such as linens, tables, or flatware?

Yes, we do own some of the items needed, but we have relationships with companies for other items.

What is your staff-to-guest ratio?

The ratio depends on the type of service.

Do you require clients to use a specific list of vendors?

No, you are welcome to use any vendor you choose.

Do you require the client to use your musicians? If you do not require this, is that an additional fee to bring in one's own musicians?

You are welceom to bring in all your own vendors, that includes musicians.

Do you have any special side rooms that can be rented out for the occasion?

Sure, we have 3 different properties that have combined total of 10 private rooms.

NO.
