Kirkbrae Country Club

I can't say enough good things about the Kirkbrae Country Club and their staff! I worked with Tiffany Marsocci- AMAZING! Tiffany was very responsive to all of my emails, calls and requests and walked me through the whole process. She was available to me to answer all sorts of questions- including asking her thoughts on planning ideas. My guests hae been raving about the reception ever since! The food was amazing, hors d'vores were hot and everything I asked for was there. A bride couldn't ask for a more attentive staff to work with or a better planner to walk her through it.

Kirkbrae Country Club was the perfect location for my wedding. Looking at different venues, what sold me on Kirkbrae (other than its beautiful setting and delicious food) was having Tiffany Marsocci as my "wedding planner" and the affordability in the total package. Tiffany was wonderful and she made the planning bearable. I felt so taken care of and she was able to guide me through the process and keep me organized with things needing to be done. The fact that Kirkbrae provides her services IN the total cost is incredible I basically had my own personal wedding planner! You will not find a better deal! The food was outstanding and we loved taking pictures on the golf course!
Overall, a great place for a wedding and I would highly recommend Kirkbrae and Tiffany to anyone!

My daughter and son in law just celebrted a beatufiul Winter Wonderland Wedding at Kirkbrae Country Club. Everything ran perfectly with the help of our event planner Tiffany Marsocci. She and the rest of the Kirkbrae staff were so professional and made sure we had a perfect night. The food was fantastic and all of the wonderful vendors that Tiffany recommended. Kirkbrae is a lovely country club situated on a pretty golf course. WE had our daughter's reeption here. Our event planner, Nichole Soucy was sweet and extremely helpful. The entire staff helped to make our daughter's wedding one of the most fun and yet elegant ones that friends and family have attended. These are comments from them! I would use Kirkbrae again and hope that I have an event of any sort requiring their services in the future.

Kirkbrae was absolutely wonderful to work with! I worked with Tiffany Marsocci and she was very attentive and helpful during the whole process. My guests are still telling me how wonderful everything at Kirkbrae was, especially the food! The next morning when we went back to pick up all of the decorations we left the night before, everything was already packed up and organized for us. They even put the used tea lights back in their packaging. I highly recommend Kirkbrae for anyone looking!

With the help of our event planner, Jessica Lima, we were able to coordinate a Winter Wonderland/Christmas themed wedding in less than four months! Everything was perfect that day and it was all thanks to Jessica! She was very accommodating and helpful; anytime I had questions, she was always available to answer them - and believe me, I had a TON! Not only was she willing to help me any way she could, she did it all with such a warm and friendly smile. I was actually able to enjoy my wedding day with any stress, which I thought was impossible.

Of course the holiday decorations provided by Kirkbrae were absolutely gorgeous; the food was amazing, and the waitstaff was excellent! If I have the chance to work with Jessica and Kirkbrae again, I would do it in a heartbeat! Thank you Jessica and everyone at Kirkbrae for the amazing experience and wonderful memories! We worked with Nichole Soucy to plan our wedding reception - she was professional, very helpful, quick to respond to e-mails or phone calls, provided good advice and suggestions, and put together a beautiful party! Kirkbrae Country club is a beautiful venue. The room was gorgeous and the decor was perfect. The food is outstanding and the waitstaff was excellent. If you are looking for a beautiful reception venue and a highly professional staff, Kirkbrae Country Club is the perfect choice. I got married in November of 2011 and the wedding was fabulous. The food was delicious and served in a timely manner, the room was lit up beautifully, and the atmosphere was full of love and happiness. The larger room at Kirkbrae has balconies if you need to get fresh air, the bridal suite is very private, and everything is set up perfectly. Thank you Jessica Lima for all of your hard work!

My husband and I searched high and low for the ideal spot for our wedding - from Western Mass, to Boston, CT and RI. From the moment we walked into Kirkbrae Country Club and met event sales manager, Tiffany Marsocci, we knew we had found our perfect venue and wedding planner! We were married on 11.11.11 and our day was nothing less than a fairytale come true!

With only 6 months to plan our wedding and hearing many a story of the stress that comes along with all the decisions to be made, I can honestly say that the entire planning process was nothing but enjoyable & completely stress-free! We feel so fortunate! Tiffany's expert advice and suggestions helped make our wedding an event our families will remember always! Tiffany was in constant contact with us through the months leading up to our big day, always available to answer even my silliest of questions, which made all the difference!

We opted to have both our ceremony and reception at Kirkbrae. With two gorgeous ballrooms, an elegant lounge area, classy décor, balcony overlooking the exquisite grounds and a private bridal suite, choosing Kirkbrae was a no-brainer! Not only was the atmosphere remarkable, but our compliments must also go to the chef! The hors d'oeuvres and dinners were absolutely amazing! Kirkbrae was the most amazing place for me and my wedding. Jessica was my planner and was always ready to help answer any questions or concerns that I may have had throughout my year long planning. And when it came time for my actual wedding day!? Well things went down without a hitch I didnt have to worry about a thing and was able to thoroughly enjoy my special day. The food was amazing and the service cannot be beat.....I have heard nothing but compliments about the entire night at Kirkbrae and about how it was the best wedding they had ever been to. My wedding took place on October 29, 2011 the day of the unexpected snow storm. I was truly a DIY bride and thought that I could to it all by myself. . Due to the weather conditions we were running late and, if it wasn’t for our coordinator Tiffany and her staff the wedding would’ve been a disaster. Tiffany and her staff stepped right in and took all of the stress from me. They went above and beyond my expectations. She was so helpful and always answered all of my questions. Our guests are calling us and telling us that they loved the service and food and it was one the best weddings they have been to. My husband and I just got married at Kirkbrae on October 7th and it was absolutely amazing! Tiffany was our wedding planner, I couldn't have asked for a better person to take care of everything involving our big day. Kirkbrae was the only location we visited when looking for a ceremony/reception location. As soon as we met Nichole and saw the grounds, we knew we had found the perfect place. Nichole was amazing in helping plan out every detail, and any time I had a question for her, she got back to me immediately. Our wedding day went flawlessly, and I knew I was in excellent hands with Nichole and the rest of the fansastic staff at Kirkbrae!

You can't help but worry about the weather when picking a wedding date. You wonder about rain and snow, but probably don't think too much about the extreme whether. That's exactly what we got...Hurricane Irene, right at the peak of our wedding day. Tiffany Marsocci was our wedding coordinator and couldn't have been more accommodative! Due to the hurricane and the resulting state of emergency issued, we had to postpone our reception. I have to say, Kirkbrae Country Club was incredibly flexible, helping us reschedule our day with NO ADDITIONAL FEES. We lost some money from our limo and other expenses, but not a penny lost for our reception site. She called all our vendors and rescheduled with them. Extreme accommodations for extreme conditions aside, Tiffany was incredibly helpful, kept in touch with us, made sure we had all our loose ends tied. The prices were more than reasonable; the site was stunningly beautiful, garnished with personal touches from Tiffany and staff. She even offered to print out our menu cards for us. Thank you so much Tiffany! Couldn't have pulled it off with that much ease without you! Thank you also to the professional Kirkbrae staff, including our personal maitre d' Kerri, who made sure we had everything we needed the entire time, and even helped carry out our belongings to the car at the end. We went to several other venues before we got to Kirkbrae. None seemed nearly as accommodative as Tiffany. She won us right from the first meeting, and her talent, detail, and professionalism was seen right through to our reception day. The landscape is gorgeous, perfect for pictures. The combination of the beautiful grounds and elegant building with wraparound balcony definitely WOW'd our guests! Can't beat the value!

We were married at Kirkbrae Country Club on September 24,2011 and had an amazing experience! From the moment we met our wedding coordinator Tiffany Marsoci, she had every detail taken care of. Kirkbrae and Tiffany were truly committed to making sure every detail went flawlessly to make our day special. We had our ceremony outside on the patio and it was amazing how a simple patio was transformed into such an elegant ceremony site. My daughter got married at Kirkbrae Country Club in September 2011. The wedding was absolutely beautiful and beyond my expectations. We chose Kirkbrae as the venue for our 09.17.2011 afternoon wedding. Nichole was our coordinator and she did a fantastic job. She answered emails very quickly and gave great suggestions throughout the planning process. On the day-of, I had absolutely nothing to worry about - Nichole made sure the ceremony and reception room were all ready-to-go and both looked absolutely beautiful. The food was delicious and many guests commented on how good it was. The portions are HUGE! We were absolutely amazed at the value we were able to get at Kirkbrae - great food and service and a beautiful venue all within our budget. Everything went so smoothly and Nichole was there every step of the way to make our wedding day absolutely perfect :)

I had my wedding on 9/9/11 at Kirkbrae Country Club. The venue was beautiful and the food was delicious. Kirkbrae CC was very lenient with their wedding packages, allowing us to change some items around to better fit our budget.

The staffs were great! They were very professional. Our wedding coordinator, Tiffany Marsocci, was a delight to work with. From start to finish she was easy to work with and responded to our inquiry in a very timely manner. I especially love her extra efforts, printing out our dinner menu for us, putting together our centerpieces, and hanging our lanterns for the ceremony that we bought and almost didn't use. Tiffany and the staff at Kirkbrae help made my big day a stress free, happy, and memorable occasion.

Our experience with Kirkbrae was exceptional. Leading up to the event our coordinator, Tiffany, was phenomenal. She graciously and patiently endured all my questions/requests (there were many), making us feel important and special. The evening ended up being perfect and it would not have worked without her and their staff. The wait staff was very attentive to the bride and groom as well as the guests. I received tons of compliments on the food which was delicious! We had a candy buffet along with many other personal touches and the set-up for everything was perfect. Kirkbrae’s beautifully landscaped grounds made it the perfect place for family and wedding party photos. I would recommend Kirkbrae to anyone who is looking for an enjoyable experience when planning any type of event, but especially a wedding reception. They exceeded our expectations and it was truly a night we will never forget.

kirkbrae is the BEST..... we looked in a lot of places, we wanted something near the beach. but a friend of mine told me about kirkbrae and when we went there we loved it and tiffany the wedding cordinator was awesome. the hardest thing we had to do was the table seating other than that we did not had to worry about anything else just to show up the day of the wedding...... they took care of all the details and the vendors they refer us to were awesome too and once we selected what we wanted from the vendors tifffany took care of everything and the price was very reasonable and worth it, it was a spectacular wedding, i'm very happy and the guests loved it!!!!!! i would highly recommend kirkbrae country club to anyone who is looking for a great venue for a wedding

Kirkbrae is such a beautiful venue and they are dedicated to making your big day as stress-free as possible. My husband and I picked Kirkbrae for our reception site because it's close to us and worth the value. The decor is gorgeous on its own so we didn't even have to do much. We threw in some uplighting around the ballroom and put floral centerpieces on the tables. Everything else was in their hands and they made the reception hall look amazing. We also couldn't have been able to go through it all without our even coordinator, Tiffany Marsocci. She is a complete sweetheart and was there every step of the way in planning all the details for the reception. She kept in contact regularly and would answer any questions that I emailed her with. She's also really flexible when it comes to time, which we loved because of our work schedules. The night of, she made sure everything was in place and ready to go. Our guest list was rather large and I was so stressed out in planning this wedding that I felt a little anxious towards how it was all going to run. Tiffany and the rest of the Kirkbrae staff made that feeling disappear. I didn't have to worry about a thing. They would regularly check with us about certain things throughout the night and took care of us so well. So many of our guests raved about how good the food was and how everything was so beautiful. I even had some guests tell me later that out of all the weddings they've been to, this one was their favorite. Hats off to Tiffany and Kirkbrae!

Tiffany was our coodinator & she was so helpful througout the planning process. She was GREAT with respsonding to emails & being flexible with time if I needed to come in after work. She also had a great wedding packet to work with that is very helpful to brides.

On the day of, we were greeted with a server catered to the bridal party who was super nice. Also, Tiffany kept us posted on the timing of the flow of events as the night went along to make sure we kept on track, which was great since that left me with plenty of time for dancing. Tiffany really knows her stuff & I would definitely would work with her in the future for another event.

I also ended up using my own items for the wedding & the staff was great with packing everything & helping to pack it into the car. My family also mentioned how pleasant the staff was serving the other tables.

I can't say enough good things about Kirkbrae Country Club! Their facility is immaculate and provided the perfect backdrop for my big day! I received so many compliments from my family and friends about the venue, food and fantastic staff! I worked with Tiffany who was unbelievable! I worked one-on-one with Tiffany Marsocci. She was an absolute peach to work with. She was helpful and thought of things we had completely forgotten about. She made the process less stressful by helping us decide on some seating issues. The food we were served was amazing. We loved being able to have appetizers and drinks while we were taking pictures. We were given a gentlemen who was in charge or taking care of us exclusively with our food choices and beverage choices he had a great personality and made sure we enjoyed our meal and the day. The grounds were well manicured and the garden area for photos was immaculate. The room was set up on time and beautiful. We did not encounter any problems throughout the day and if there was any problems we did not know about them. Tiffany worked with all the vendors to make sure the day flowed smoothly and that we were able to address and mingle with our 230+ guests that attended the day. Each vendor had worked with Kirkbrae before and have had pleasant experiences. I'm sure anyone would.

We looked at a few places before we saw Kirkbrae and fell in love. I love the outdoor patio, where the guests could sit and enjoy the cocktail hour. The food was incredible. People even took home their leftovers (so you know the food was good). The view is amazing. We worked with Tiffany and she did a great job making sure everything went off without a hitch. Oh my WORD. We considered 5 venues: Independence Harbor, Saphire Estate, Hawthorne Country Club, Marriott Providence and Kirkbrae. Kirkbrae won hands down and I'm SO glad it did.

We had Tiffany as a wedding organizer. There was no question that she couldn't answer IMMEDIATELY with an email. I just love it when people answer my emails - even at 10 or 11 at night, early in the morning, Sundays; she was always there with the correct answer.

Since our daughter had a 10 a.m. ceremony at a local church, our reception started at 11:30. Everything was ready and waiting. Tiffany had oversight of the table settings, the favors (perfect), the flowers (we had zillions of arrangements - go with BJs roses!), introductions and just everything.
If you don't want to worry about a thing - go with Kirkbrae and Tiffany or their other 2 organizers. YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY. The rates were the best and the food was OUT OF THIS WORLD - and we're foodies! Be sure to ask about the special lower rate for an afternoon wedding as opposed to an evening wedding. When you hear how low the cost is you'll book immediately.

We had a choice of three entrees (an extra 1.25 added on to the entree prices for the third choice): Chicken Francaise (very much like Chicken Piccata), Rib Eye steak and baked haddock. First though were four different passed/butlered hors d'oeuvres (an extra choice was provided because we opted out of the strawberry dipped in chocolate with ice cream served with the wedding cake). The choices were phyllo with brie, pear and cranberry - OUTSTANDING and my personal fave; bacon wrapped scallops - tender and NOT overcooked; spanikopitas (I missed this one somehow during the pictures but my husband said it was great); and last but not least beef teriyaki on wooden skewers (loved this one too).
Along with the hors d'oeuvres we had champagne passed, white and red wine and also soft drinks. So reasonable!
For the room, we upgraded to the silver chairs partly because the evening wedding that day had ordered them and we shared the cost, so it wasn't as expensive as is normal and they were gorgeous. Susie had silver in the bodice of her gown and the effect was spectacular. Tiffany convinced me also to save the money that I was going to spend on valet parking and put it into an upgrade in table linens - one of the best choices of the wedding as the 'finish' was wonderful, just elegant.

My daughter thought I was crazy but I wanted the THREE chocolate fountains with the dipping items so we had the dark chocolate, milk chocolate and white chocolate fountains with strawberries, pineapple, rice crispy treats and marshmallows for dipping. The guests LOVED this. We also rented a priscilla-like enormous curtain to keep the 'Willy Wonka Chocolate Factory' a surprise until it was announced and then the curtain was drawn back...

Very effective. A teacher-friend of our daughter's (they're both first grade teachers) was put on the spot and brought to the middle of the dance floor and we 'learned' from the DJ that this teacher would eat chocolate every day and hide it from her students and we had a special surprise for her if she would just close her eyes... the curtains opened and it was a good hoot for everyone! Loved it loved it.

It was a great wedding. Choose Kirkbrae. You will NOT be disappointed!

Kirkbrae was an absolute beautiful location and I truly enjoyed every minute. The food was amazing! Our planner was magnificent during the process as well. The only thing that was difficult was actually during the wedding, things got sort of confusing when the planner went downstairs for another meeting and the hostesses didn't know the timing of things. But besides that, the day was amazing!

I worked with Nichole Soucy at Kirkbrae Country Club and she was phenomenal. She was extremely timely in her response to any questions that I had and services that I needed help with. She was willing to help with whatever we needed and made sure that everything was done correctly. The venue was beautiful and the quality and quantity of food was well worth the price.

We were married at the Kirkbrae Country Club on July 30th, 2011. Jessica was our wedding coordinator and did a fantastic job. She was always quick to respond to my emails regarding questions about rehearsal dinner, decorations, vendors and so on. The day of the wedding she set everything up in the lobby, made sure our menus were tucked in just right into the napkins, and made sure everyone was on the same page.

I have performed for many weddings at the Kirbrae Country Club and must say from the ceremony to the reception they are always very professional and friendly and it is a joy to work with them. Based on the reviews you can see why.
