Loved my wedding dress, Kirstie Kelly for Disney style SB2908. So sad they discontinued the line. They only problem I had were the cap sleeves kept falling down no matter the alterations, or dress tape. (luckily I had the seamstress make them detachable)

Erin was so helpful and wonderful in helping me pick out the prefect dress. She didn't sugar coat anything, she told you if she thought it wasn't your type of dress. I liked that a lot. Ann the seamstress was amazing and wonderful. I wish I could adopt her as my grandmother!!!! She even sewed a little blue ribbon inside the dress for "something blue" AWESOME! I love this group and I hope you do too!

I bought my dress from Kirstie Kelly and had Anne modify it. At first she wasn't nice or professional about my dress and what I wanted it to look like. She treated me as if I was a bum off the street. I tried scheduling fitting appointments and she was to busy. It took months before I could get my first fitting. I had mentioned that I was going to lose weight so when I finally arrived for my first fitting (a month before my wedding) so was upset that I was thinner. She had started modifying the back of my dress and had to redo it because I had lost so much weight. She got nicer as my wedding day got closer. The work was done perfectly and my wedding dress finally became a reality and she even liked it in the end. ( I had her add black to my dress) : )

I had a really great experience with Kirstie Kelly. The shop is hidden and a bit hard to find, but really worth the drive! Her tailor Anne is top notch and doesn't miss a detail. The staff is friendly as is Kirstie herself! She is so normal and down to earth and friendly, too (how often do you get to meet the person who designs your wedding dress?!). I felt like a true Princess on the day of my wedding!

Erin is the best! She is so professional and at the same time she feels like that cool aunt that you always looked up to:)She worked with me for over a year and a half while I planned my wedding. My dress was absolutely gorgeous! I wanted a certain dress, but with the beading from another one so Ann, Kirstie, and Erin worked with me until the dress was perfect!I loved Erin's attitude so much, (she's so not like other shop girls who work at bridal boutiques) that I bought the dresses for the bridal party there as well:) 8 dresses in all! Kirstie's styles are beautiful and I got so many compliments on my bridal party's gowns. One guest said it was like if fashion week met a fantasy book!

The personalized service is just amazing here....I worked with the staff here for almost a year now and have just been amazed time and time again how helpful they are. I found the perfect gown here and Erin the head of the place walked me through the entire process and made me feel so comfortable and at home. It was like having my own wedding planner and advisor on call 24 hours. The alterations person Anne was just a genius. I would suggeest that every bride go here for the most fabulous dresses, no attitude and people who really seemed to care and take the stress out of what can be a scary process.

I purchased my Giselle dress from Kirstie Kelly and had a fantastic experience. Erin, who is the fashion director, is absolutely fantastic and is one of the friendliest and most fun individuals I dealt with during the entire wedding process. The studio also works with an independent seamstress, Anne, who was fabulous and took the dress from spectacular to stunning. Both were great to work with and gave me plenty of tips and advice that were well taken during my wedding weekend.

I went in during the sample sale. Though it was crazy busy, they still accommodated me. They only had two dressing rooms which were both full, so they allowed me to dress in the office. The staff treated me as a treasured client and not a bargain hunter. The dress was of amazing quality though the materials were easily wrinkled.

The girls at Kirstie Kelly were absolutely wonderful!! They were so helpful and ensured that all my needs were met!!

I went to Los Angeles from Salt Lake City especially for the notorious Kirstie Kelly Bridal Boutique.

I set my appointment for a holiday. A few days before my appointment girls from the shop kept calling me asking if I could reschedule. Of course I couldn't. So they kept my appointment.

On the day of my appointment, none other than Kirstie Kelly herself fitted me for my gown. She was so wonderful and made me feel so comfortable. It was an experience I will never forget.

I actually bought my Kirstie Kelly wedding dress at MaryLinn's in Pasadena, but I had such a nightmare experience just getting my dress that I refused to let them do the alterations. I called Kirstie Kelly in Brentwood and asked if I could bring in my dress and have the alterations done there, and they were awesome. Everyone at the salon is so nice and the service is first rate. They gave me the perfect wedding dress experience, it was everything I'd always hoped for.

Loved the service and the designs, very well constructed dresses and friendly atmosphere, we even got cupcakes! Would recommend to other brides!

My dress was absolutely stunning and fit me perfectly. My only complaint is that in wasn't quite altered right for after the ceremony (when you pull the train up).

I had the most amazing experience. I drove 2 1/2 hours to see the Brentwood store and did not make an appointment not realizing that it was a boutique. Yoleine was amazing and welcomed me in. I knew which dress I wanted and she decided to find a few others she thought would look amazing. She was absolutely right and I found a different dress than the one I wanted originally that was so beautiful. I spent two hours in the boutique and Yoleine was wonderful and treated me like her most important client. All of the dresses are so beautiful and amazing. My husband and I will be renewing our vows for our 21st anniversary and with Yoleine's help I will have the dress I always wanted!
