Knights Catering

We are absolutely thrilled with the job Knight's Catering did at our wedding last month. They went far beyond our expectations in setting up our reception, and when we walked into the Forest Hill Clubhouse, the setting took our breath away. Maureen and her staff were friendly, professional and unbelievably helpful throughout. Whenever we needed anything at the reception, someone from Knight's would appear as if by magic to take care of it; we had several guests specifically comment on their helpful and friendly service. And the food... Well, the food was positively sublime. From the hors d'oeuvres to the entrees to the special hot chocolate bar, our guests raved (and are still raving) about how wonderful everything was. Elegant, beautifully presented and delicious, Knight's Catering exceeded anything we had imagined (and at a price far below many of the other caterers we tried). I was very happy with the catering. My venue limited my catering choices to three companies I tasted two of them and was most impressed with Knight. The food was absolutley delicious and afforadable. They also were willing to work with our special requests.

They pulled off a very nice event for us. Would definitely recommend for the budget-conscious couple!

I was very hesitant about booking them in the beginning because our coordinator was not very responsive. It took several calls and emails before we actually had a chance to speak with her, and she seemed very cold on our first meeting. As we got closer to the time of the event, though, she was very helpful and responsive. Perhaps all vendors are like that? She was probably really busy with other projects and couldn't make time for an event more than 6 months down the line...Anyway, the quality of the food was pretty good, and the wait staff was nice and professional. We weren't dazzled with pictures of past events and such, but we got we paid for, and my family had tons of positive comments for our coordinator. In the end, I was happy with their service.
