I loved my reception location! 2 weeks before the wedding I faxed in the table/chair set-up that we wanted and it was all ready for us Friday morning. We got all day Friday to decorate (which was so helpful) and they were fabulous Saturday during the wedding. Helping with anything we needed. We brought in all our own vendors but there were two different "stewards" there to supervise during the reception and they were very helpful and accommodating. I also felt like it was very affordable.

Beautiful and newly remodeled. No need for decor,the venue is already beautiful enough. Great rates as well.

The Colonial Room rental fee is $2,000.00 plus an additional $500.00 cleaning/damage deposit that is refundable. It is 3,000 square foot room that will seat up to 250 with a designated dance floor. Tables (60" and 72" rounds) and chairs are included in the rental fee. You have the use of the hall from 12:00 noon to 12:00 midnight the day of your event. Everything must be cleaned up and everyone must be out of the building by 1:00 am or an additional fee will be charged. If alcohol is served, a Banquet Permit is necessary. There is a commercial kitchen that can be used by any licensed caterer. We are handicap accessible. We are in a residential area so there is a noise restriction--music down at 10:00 pm and off completely at midnight. The parking lots next to the building are managed by U-Park and can be rented out from them.

You can view the hall anytime Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 1:30 pm. By appointment only arrangements can be made to view the hall on weekends when there are scheduled events. A promotional packet can be sent to you and it contains a color photo of the room, a sample rental agreement and additional information that can help with your rental decision.
