The limo was beautiful, and the driver was very nice. We had a problem when we were trying to leave Baltimore to go home. We called the driver's cell phone many times but got no reply. Apparently, he was parked in a garage with no cell service. Someone from our party walked down the street and found the limo. I know that is not his fault, I just thought you might want to make sure to mention it to your driver in the future.
Koop's Limousine Service provided great service for our wedding day. The driver was caring, thoughtful, conscientious, and polite. They arrived in a timely manner, the vehicle was up to par, and they transported the wedding party from place to place in a very smooth ride. We would definitely hire them again, if needed.
