Krystal was the day of coordinator at our recent wedding and she was a pleasure to work with. She’s organized, personable and committed to doing an outstanding job. As a self proclaimed control freak, it was a little difficult for me to relinquish the reins to a coordinator but I’m happy that I did. Having her really allowed me to relax (as much as possible) in the days leading up to our wedding. Kris coordinated with all of our vendors so that I didn’t have to worry about a thing. I pretty much just showed up and everything was done. Our wedding was close to perfect and Kris played a role in that. I would suggest Kris Royal Weddings to anyone looking for a wedding/day of coordinator.

Krystal was great and kept me organized as the bride. She made sure that our day was constantly on time so that everything ran smoothly and we had more than enough time for everything to be on schedule.
She did a great job with our vendors and also when things were forgotten, she made sure there was a back-up plan in place.
She also gave me feedback as things were happening in the venue so that I wasn't worried that something wasn't being done - which was great at keeping my anxiety down all day :)
She created a day-of itinerary that was very well thought out and allowed us enough lee-way time in case of emergencies.
Overall, I'm glad we had her there for the details that would have otherwise been forgotten.

Krystal was the day of coordinator for our wedding this August and did a terrific job! She coordinated with each of our vendors weeks before the day ensuring that every aspect of the planning was covered and well organized. She provided very detailed itineraries for the day of our wedding to each party involved in the process, as well as to our families. She was extremely helpful the day of, running last minute errands (she made beautiful mini bouquets for our flower girls), pinning of boutonnieres, and setting up the church. She also had a bridal emergency kit with her at all times - which definitely came in handy.
Krystal was an invaluable part of our wedding and we were incredibly lucky to have her for our special day.

Day of Coordination
The Day of Coordination package is for the couple that has planned their own wedding but would like to be able to relax on their big day. Your coordinator will step in about a month before your event, confirm your arrangements and create your wedding itinerary. On the day of your wedding, the coordinator will take care of all the details leaving you free to truly enjoy every moment!
The Day of Coordination Package includes:
Phone and email consultations as needed
Confirmation of arrangements with all vendors 2 weeks prior to event
Creation of event itinerary
Coordination of ceremony rehearsal
Orchestration of set up at ceremony and reception locations
Provide personal assistance to bride and groom on event date
Act as liaison between the wedding party and the vendors
Ensure that the day flows smoothly and on time
Handle any last minute emergencies
Have an emergency kit available on site
Transport gifts and wedding day accessories to designated site at conclusion of event

Full Planning
Fully customizable based on your needs and how involved you would like to be. This package is for the couple that may not have the time to plan their own wedding and would like a planner to be involved from start to finish. We will begin with the design of your event and vendor selection and provide you with budget management, vendor management, and personal assistance throughout the entire process.
Partial Planning
The Partial Planning package can also be described as a grey area package because it will be different for each couple based on where they are in their wedding planning. It can include many items that are a part of a Full Planning package, but generally the couple will have already done some of the legwork.
Consulting
First consultations are always complimentary! Beyond the initial consultation, we also offer consulting on an hourly basis if you need advice, have questions, or just want to discuss your ideas with a wedding planner.
