Extremely disappointed. Hired professionals for a wedding to receive professional service. They would be good for a 4-H event, but for a wedding, there's better out there. I know, I've worked for several others in the Napa Valley.

At my wedding I was at a guest table talking, and a server walks up to my friend. Her plate was half full she was in the middle of eating, he puts his hand on the side of her plate and says, "Are you finished?"

Everyone said they felt they weren't allowed to eat and the catering company just wanted to pack up when half the guests had only gone through the buffet line once. Buffets are nice because people can go back for seconds or even thirds. Not here. Everything (napkins, water glasses, plates, etc) were taken away before people were finished.

We hired them over Alisha's Cakes and Catering for ONE SOLE FACT: They offered free appetizers for booking early. Alisha's cakes would have done our wedding cake too, and I'm SURE it would have turned out better than the nightmare baker we wound up with.

HOWEVER, so far I have only talked to a dozen guests who actually got to TRY an appetizer. Our final count was 15% OVER what our actually turn out was, yet they didn't even provide enough appetizers for the guests in attendance! The one's who did see appetizers were actually at the wedding said they were only on the table for a few minutes, then they cleared it all away.

EVERY wedding I have ever catered, we had a plate with appetizers on it for the bride and groom and another plate just for the bridal party. It makes sense that caterers should be SURE the one's who PAID for it actually get to TRY it. This was not done. Not a single person in either of our immediate families, extended families, bridal party said they got even one appetizer. Amazing sense they should have OVER-PREPARED 15%!!!!!

Very disappointed and wish I had gone with Alisha's Cakes and Catering. Might be good for a 4-H spaghetti feed but definitely not professional enough for a wedding.
