L&L Hawaiian Barbeque

We ordered some shrimp, chicken katsu and bbq chicken musubi from the store on Coleman Av. in San Jose for our At Home Reception. The food was tasty and a hit with our local friends who didn't attend our wedding in Hawaii. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because they were not ready for us when we came to pick-up the food. Even though I had arranged the order in advance and confirmed our pick-up time, when we showed up they had just started cooking it! So we ran other errands and came back to get it about 45 minutes later.

I love Hawaiian barbecue and I didn't hesitate to order from L&L when I decided to throw a Hawaiian-themed bridal shower. I just ordered the BBQ combo Party Pack since we had 12 people coming. It proved to MORE than plenty. They gave me more meat than was advertised, so that was really cool. But since it was all girls, we didn't eat much. I still have leftovers in the fridge! They also called the morning of to confirm my order, which was nice. So if you want to go a cheaper route and just get catering through L&L, I'd recommend it.

We just threw a little party for one of my BFF's and we ordered some food from L&L here by our house. I love this place! It's always so good. The service was just ok, they have young people working there that sometimes don't really know how to handle things. But overall my experience was good. We ordered spam and eggs and BBQ chicken. We placed the order two weeks before and it was ready on time when we went to pick it up.
