La Bella Wedding Chapel
We were beyond excited to get married in Vegas, especially with a company that has done so many weddings before us. My husband and I are both in the military and traveled a great distance in order for our wedding to take place with them. We ordered 2 limos. A 6 passenger limo for ourselves and a our brothers and their wives. We also ordered a 14 passenger shuttle. It came in the form of a Cadillac Escalde Limo. I was estatic! Beyond my expectations. Everything was great until we arrived on the location. My husband and I were unaware of the whole marriage licences ordeal. It caused a hiccup in the progession of getting married. (The pastor still did the ceremony, just did not annouce us as Husband and Wife. We later rectified this issue ourselves.) Not much time had been wasted, but the photographer only took 74 pictures of the entire ceremony and after! There were no pictures of my husband's siblings with his parents and us. As a bride, I was terribly upset by this fact. One thing most couples want, is the pictures. As part of the package, they offer you 30 photographs and then send you a digital copy of those and the others. How do you expect me to choose 30 photos out of 74, when someone is blinking or there is hair in the face of those in the pictures. Another issue we came across, was the limo service. The driver for the 6 passenger limo showed up a little early, which is not a big deal. However, he rushed us the entire time, from the moment he picked us up at the hotel to the moment we arrived at the Valley of Fire. We tipped him, just not what the company suggested. The limo driver reported back that we did not tip him at all. The limo driver for the 14 passenger limo (Cadillac), showed up late to the hotel. Once all of our family and friends were in the limo, she took off to the Valley of Fire as well. Once at the Valley of Fire, my husband and I were informed that one of his friends (a 24 year old male) had gotten sick from limo ride out there. We also found out from every individual in the limo that there was no AC. Not only was there no Air Conditioning, but no ventilation and the driver would not roll down the windows. This is a big issue when it is 106 degrees outside. The driver made the gentleman that got sick, clean up the mess, AT MY WEDDING, before it has even started. She had parked the limo in the wrong area and went to move it. When she went to move it, she nearly backed into my mom and one of my husband's friends. Now, when I called to complain (4 days after the wedding, I had to return to my base), the receptionist (Brie) blamed the amount of pictures (74 of them from the photographer) taken because we did not bring out license. Then, she continued to say that the heat was not responible for making my husband's friend sick. She works in a small office all day and the heat does not effect her. I explained that I work in the medical field and that is irrelevant because heat effects everyone differently. When I brought up the limo service, she said that both the driver and the company said the AC was working, and it's their word against mine.
I loved my flowers, and the location. But, as far as customer service and satisfaction this place was a nightmare! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!
Our wedding was absolutely perfect. The flowers were beautiful, chapel was gorgeous and the minister gave a wonderful ceremony. It was everything I expected. I would definitely recomment this as a wedding venue to anyone. PERFECT!
We had a beautiful wedding, thank you La Bella!
What can I say about this beautiful chapel located in the Hilton hotel in Las Vegas, NV. Just go to www.lvwc.com and see for yourself. Not only was the chapel beautiful but no one can beat the prices of all that's offered in their wedding packages. Imagine the chapel, minister, flowers, pictures, video, limo, etc...all being included in one great price. Thank you Pastor Buddy, Shawn, Bri, and team. You are outstanding.
According to your budget, there's something for everyone. I would recommend this chapel to someone whose looking for wedding professionals, offering good quality service along with a great price.
My fiancée and I chose the La Bella Wedding Chapel based on the excellent reviews and having just returned from our wedding in Las Vegas, I can say how thrilled we were that we did!
The whole experience, from first booking last year, right through until the ceremony itself was absolutely fabulous. The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly.
We chose the $129.00 special -the flowers were beautiful they were 3 Gerber Daisy and had photos on a CD they were copyright release and we had plenty of photographs to make our selection from.
For us, this chapel was perfect. Just the right amount of kitsch and they made us a day we will never forget. We couldn't have asked for more.
First of all before I get in to detail This IS the place in Vegas to get married!
My self and my husband booked this wedding from the comfort of our sofa via a few emails and couple calls. We both have very big families and a wedding here was far expensive so we took a couple close family with us and got so much more then we were expecting.
Our wedding coordinator was Sofia and she was always on hand to answer any questions and take care of any problems. Not that there were any. As detailed on time the next day our limo driver called the room to let us know he would be 10 mins a way described himself to us told us what type of limo he was in. His name was Kevin and he took good care of us. The most important thing to me was that I was not to be seen by anyone until walking down the aisle. The kept true to form.
Every thing went great the minister was lovely a nice old guy that included our sons name in the vows. A great touch that touched us all.
Let me just add the photographer they had was well worth the entire cost of the package ps ony $499.00 including tax, He that made us fell so comfortable.
What a day !,,,, perfect
Couple days later we went to look at the pictures, Omg they were lovely and I’m not a big fan of the black and white ones but I was surprised how good they looked. We got the DVD as well and all the pictures and DVD was copyright released. We got 20% off our hotel suite. It was amazing and all of our guests were on the same floor so it was easy. Thank you so much La Bella.
Our daughter got married in June 2011 at La Bella Wedding Chapel. This was a destination wedding that required a lot of details being handled via phone, and e-mail. La Bella is up for the challenge. They know their business and they did an awesome job helping me plan this long distance wedding. Kristy and Sofia were my contacts via e-mail, as mother of the bride you can imagine I was very anxious about planning a destination wedding with 55 guests.
Sofia and Kristy were happy to deal with me via phone or e-mail it was as if they were sitting there waiting for me to call, my very own personal wedding planners. I cannot express in words of how incredible their talents for wedding plans are. Every frantic email I shot off to her was returned with step by step answers to my questions always in a very professional and comforting manner.
When we arrived the day before the wedding we walked through the entire event daughter (bride) and mother crying the entire time. It was so beautiful, the dining room was already set up for us the chapel was wonderful, the building is beautiful and does look like a chapel.
The limo arrived an 30 mins before the wedding to take us to the chapel the mood in the chapel was calming, there were other couples there getting ready to get married or just finished their vows but it wasn't hectic or chaotic.
The minister was knowledgeable of a religious aspect we wanted in the ceremony and was able to integrate the double lasso Rosary that was used for my husband and I 23 years earlier. I'm sure this same minister does not do all the weddings but it was as if she was hand-picked for us.
The reception and food was great.
Photography, don't skimp on this you'll want every single picture they take. I felt like I was on the red carpet and I was just the mother of the bride. They took pictures in the chapel with all the guests, at the reception, cutting of the cake, the dances. They had pictures with special effects, the couple in black & white and the roses in pink beautiful.
If you go anywhere else in Vegas to get married, you'll be missing the best one!
OMG!!! So we were married on June 17th, what can I say??? These guys were amazing!!! We did everything online and never having seen the place we arrived the day before for a quick look. Though I wasn't impressed with the outside upon walking in, my eyes lit up when I saw the chapel. It was just like the picture online. Absolutely beautiful!! The day of the wedding went smoothly. The staff listened to my request of reserving the first two rows for parents and elderly. Though I chose to have the standard bouquet 8 Rose, they matched the rose’s right with my color scheme (ivory & sky blue). Bobby was amazing with our photos they are copyright released I got every picture that they took. We had 50 guests. The minister was great, delivered a fabulous message, gave us the rose theory, which we gladly instituted once we made it home (California). I can't say enough, my wedding day proved to be stress free, drama free, I was a happy bride. Everything that leads up to it was nothing but stress, once I made it to La Bella Wedding Chapel it was smooth sailing. I also got 20% off the hotel rooms and had La Bella do a late cocktails by the pool after the reception. Thank you!!! You guys were amazing!!! I hope in years to come we can return for our vow renewal!!!
Having booked our wedding In Las Vegas from England I was concerned about both the venue and more importantly getting my hair and make-up done for the big day.
The wedding chapel we had chosen "La Bella Wedding Chapel www.labellaweddingchapel.com provided a dedicated wedding co-coordinator ,Bri who was fantastic. She answered (my many) emails very promptly and offered details of local vendors for the additional services we requested. Upon arrival in Las Vegas on 30th May 2011, Bri met with us and discussed all our requirements and showed us around the property. She explained how the day would run and what would happen following the wedding. The day of the wedding 3rd June, ran very smoothly and all of the staff at The La Bella Wedding Chapel were very welcoming and helpful. The photographer was fantastic and we have a lot of photos and they were all copyright released and we were able to keep every picture that they took. We also had a DVD of the ceremony and that came out crystal clear. Bri had suggested I contact a company called Glamsquad to discuss my make-up & hair requirements. I dealt with them by email prior to arriving in Vegas. Again they responded promptly and I arranged for them to come to our hotel suite at the La Vegas Hilton to make me and the female guests look "glamorous" for the big day. Two ladies arrived first to tend to our hair and then the owner of the company, James arrived with a colleague to attend to our make-up. He suggested air-brush make-up which we had not experienced before but I would highly recommend. Some of the ladies had false lashes applied. It was great fun getting ready in our suite and helped keep me relaxed. I would highly recommend this method of getting ready. Alot better than an impersonal salon.
Thanks to all in Vegas for making my wedding such a great experience. I just wish the Glamsquad could fly over to England for our wedding party in July!!!
We got married over Memorial Day and the wedding was amazing and beautiful, they took complete care of us and the staffs were so much fun. We left there wanting to take them all out with us. I felt like a princess in my beautiful dress, and my husband looked so wonderful in his tux. Our minister was above and beyond. He was charming, funny and wonderful. I love that he offered us altoids before the ceremony. It was a nice touch.
I was very happy that my pictures came in color as well as black and white. I thought added that extra touch of class and sophistication. I was able to send them a picture of a bouquet that I saw in a bridal magazine and asked them this is what I want. The bouquet was OUT of this world beautiful. The limo driver was so sweet and so much fun, we loved him to pieces! And he gave us a wonderful Vegas History lesson tour of when he found out this was our first time in Vegas.
We also received a 20% discount off all the rooms so we rented and special thanks to the Las Vegas Hilton for allowing us to rent out the entire floor.
If you're looking for a nice, comfortable and easygoing place to make your wedding day perfect this is the place for you. Thanks to them, we had a wedding that was absolutely perfect.
My fiance and I arrived in Vegas 5/13/11 and our wedding was scheduled to take place the following day at 6pm. The wedding chapel agent called me at 1pm on 5/13 to tell us that our ceremony, which was reserved in October to be outside, would be accompanied by either a D.J. or we would have to move inside to the chapel. The reason we wanted to have the wedding at this location was because of the outdoor gazebo. The agent informed me that they are independent from the hotel and that the hotel was interested in the money involved with the D.J. pool party. The agent also informed us that this had just been booked and they had no idea. I was very upset with this senero and the agent seemed cool and aloof. They refused a refund and even agreed to wave the additional $100 that is expected for their chapel. As if I would pay more money for a service I didn't want! I called the Hilton manager directly to ask why they were not accomodating to my wedding reservation. The manager responded that the hotel has been doing the D.J. pool party for the last three years and that it is the chapels responsibility to disclose this information. The bottom line is that this business put in little effort if any to help us acheive the wedding we wanted!!!
I truly do not know where to begin. My husband and I were married at La Bella Wedding Chapel on 6/18/11 and it was unbelievable. The staff, the chapel, the wedding, the entire experience was awesome!!! I have to say this was our first time to Vegas and meeting the staff for the first time however we feel like they were our long-time friends. The chapel is amazingly beautiful looks exactly like the website. If I would have tried to pull that look off in a local chapel here it would have cost us thousands of dollars. The experience was so nice until I am ready to go back and do it again! I look at the beautiful DVD and pictures daily and they still bring joy and tears to my eyes. I really miss La Bella and will definitely look them up when we visit Vegas again. La Bella Wedding Chapel you earn more than 5 stars in my book!
We are VERY excited with La Bella Wedding Chapel & All Employees! They are very helpful & personable, they gave me ideas & points to remember. She informed me of Clark County requirements too. I was worried that maybe the chapel may not look as nice in person. WOW â when we got there it was even More Beautiful in person!! We LOVED it!! Elegant, Classy, Comfortable, Beautiful & More. All the employees are nice, clean, well groomed & good looking. We are very pleased with the pics & DVD because there copyright released. Pastor Yates gave us a Nice Christian Ceremony. We added the Unity Candle too and we got to keep it.Bobby the Photographer took excellent pics! We have gotten so many compliments of the facility & ceremony. I called many chapels, narrowed it down to this one & another (Mon Bel Ami). The customer service & flexibility of La Bella sold me. I do Not regret choosing La Bella Wedding Chapel & recommend it to ALL!. The 20% discounts on the rooms was great for my all my guest even the ones that stayed longer than my wedding. John in catering was great. I cannot say enough to express Our Satisfaction!
We used LaBella Wedding for our 2-2011 wedding under the Welcome to Las Vegas sign. Being out of state you never know what you may get--but we were very happy with everything LaBella offered. Thanks LaBella for making our day special!!
Carrie & Tom
I Searched through a lot of Wedding Chapels as many brides do and found that La Bella Wedding Chapel offered far more at a reasonable unbeatable price! Our experience was second to none. The courtesy, professionalism and total organization was UNBELIEVABLE. The Digital photos and video online so that our friends and family could be a part of our wedding was a nice touch. They do have 3 cameras in the chapel catching all of the angles need be. The Audio on the video was great, they caught every word! The photos were far better than expected! I have looked at our wedding photos a thousand times as we get to choose our prints. I can not say enough about the service we were provided.
We also received a 20% discount at the Las Vegas Hilton, we had our reception and wedding all in one place.
None of the downtown wedding chapels could provide the same services. After looking around I would stay away from downtown chapels. The beauty and elegance that La Bella brought us on our wedding day is something our guest and I will never forget!
A big thanks to La Bella Wedding Chapel!
I didn't know what to expect at all. You hear all kinds of stories about crazy Weddings in Las Vegas. We were thrilled to see that the Chapel is lovely, the staff is very helpful and answers all your questions, and everything went like clock work. The photographer and limo driver were extremely nice, and out Minister was dymamic! It was a lovely experience - I wish I had know ahead of time how easy and wonderful it turned out, because i wouldn't have spent one minute worrying if it would work out!
From start to finish, La Bella Wedding Chapel was efficient, professional, patient and kind. All of my numerous questions prior to the ceremony were answered within 24 hours. The day of the ceremony they took care of everything, leaving my husband and I free to fully enjoy the day. The limo service, minister, photographer and chapel director were absolutely wonderful. Our wedding was made even better because we chose to work with La Bella. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
We had our wedding at the LaBella Wedding Chapel on May 15th, 2010; the worst part was getting there because for some reason the main street las vegas blvd was blocked off for some special party/event and the hotel we stayed at was downtown, las vegas so we were 15-20 minutes and we got charged an extra $100.00; the package was ok for the price. I did not like that we felt rush but we were late so it was nice being a Las Vegas Wedding. The service was great; the cost was EXCELLENT and the venue was very pretty but small. The pictures were ok but if you are looking to save money and have a simple wedding this will be the best place.
I have never experienced a company that was this dishonest in my life. I selected this company out of many that perform Valley of Fire weddings. They assured me that they were worth paying double the money for as opposed to other companys that offered the same service. I was shocked by the outright lies that I was told. I can go into deal but it would take 30 minutes to read it all. In the end, my ceremony was NOTHING like it was promised to be and I whole-heartedly regret making the fateful choice to let this company handle my ceremony.
