La Bohéme Event Planning

I have been imagining my wedding day for quite some time, maybe not since I was a little girl but definitely since my first day with my now husband. I thought about who I would want to stand next to me, who we would invite and what my dress would look like. I imagined a beautiful day but it was nothing at all in comparison to the day Hallie Slade and La Boheme Events put together.

From my first meeting with Hallie, I knew I really connected with her and liked the “vibe” she was giving off. She understood my random ideas and was able to pull them all together to create a clear theme and ultimately the most incredibly meaningful, detailed day for Bryan and me.

Hallie found us wonderful vendors to work with such as delicious food from Merlin’s Kitchen and the absolute best dj that I have ever listened to, DJ Kyle Taylor. Hallie has so many connections in the wedding industry and made sure to connect us to ones that would bring out the most in our wedding day.

La Boheme Events made the process of planning of a wedding such an enjoyable experience. Our wedding day went off without a hitch. Bryan and I reflected on our wedding on “minimoon” and both of us agreed that there is not one thing that we would have changed about our day. We have Hallie to thank for that.

I can't say it enough!!! Hallie and her team are on it!!! When I met Hallie I knew right away that I could trust her. She had great ideas,listened to what I wanted,has a calming nature about her,and the best part was she made sure the whole wedding planning experience was a FUN TIME. The time flew by and thousands of e-mails later. I had no worries that the wedding was going to turn out perfect and I was relying on someone that was perfect for the job.

When I was married 35 years ago we didn't have wedding planners. It was questionable in my mind why we had to spend money to have a wedding planner when my daughter said that she had to have one for her wedding. I sure changed my mind when I met Hallie. Hallie is competent, organized, and is on top of every detail and is easy going. The month before the wedding she reminded and helped guide my daughter through all of the details and things that needed to be done. We found her indispensible on the day of the wedding! She was amazing. She was there to make my daughter's wedding day perfect. She had great foresight and everything was taken care of. I am someone who is very organized and makes sure that everything is in its place. With Hallie I did not have to worry about anything. Hallie and her staff achieved in making this occasion one of complete joy. I would recommend her without hesitation. Thank you Hallie and staff.

Flat out- Hallie is AMAZING! The day of your wedding moves so quickly and had I not hired Hallie I would have missed it because I would have been worrying about all the little details. From styles and trends to etiquette and everything in between she will be there, making sure that your vision comes to life. My family and guests still rave today about how beautiful my wedding was and how perfect everything went. Hallie is patience, fun, and super accommodating. Without a doubt she will make your day absolutely perfect. I highly, highly, highly recommend her services!

Planning a destination wedding is a process to say the least. When you've never seen the venue and you're traveling long distance with everything for the big day, things can be really stressful. I was so glad I had Bridget right by my side through the entire process. She offered encouragement, along with fun and unique ideas, during the planning process and once our feet hit the ground in Mexico,she managed every aspect of the multi-day event schedule. She put my mind at ease and my nerves to rest leaving me with nothing to do but enjoy the time with friends and family. There is no way I would have pulled it off on my own. Bridget was beyond professional but kind and supportive in the way you expect to be treated by your best friend. I would recommend Bridget one hundred times over and encourage any destination bride to strongly consider working with La Boheme.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Hallie and her team. Our
wedding day (which goes by SO quickly it will feel like it lasted 5
minutes, so enjoy EVERY moment!) was absolutely perfect, and I can
attribute this entirely to Hallie and her team's ability to oversee
every single detail- from the moment you start putting on your dress
and snapping your first pictures, to your grand exit at the end of the
night. There are things about your wedding day that you won't even
REALIZE or think of, and that's where your coordinator comes in.

I know it's another investment to an already expensive process, but I
think of it this way: all of those other investments you've already
made towards your wedding (photographer, DJ, florist, cake maker
;)...THIS is where you'll tie all of those things together for the
perfect flow and timing that make for your perfect day! There IS a
flow to dinner & dancing, there IS a flow to cocktail hour and the
reception...and you will be FAR TOO preoccupied enjoying your
wedding to think about those things ;) And working with Hallie & co.
is like having your best girlfriends coordinate your day! They have a
wonderful easy energy that shows they not only have a ton of
experience, but that they truly enjoy what they do, and know how to
help YOU stay calm (if necessary ;) and truly enjoy the event as well
:) I don't say this about many people and their jobs, but I feel as
though Hallie was born to be an event planner!

She made creative recommendations while keeping our budget in mind. She is so easy to work with and really makes the whole planning process so much fun.
