So I found this WONDERFUL vendor through our venue. This was the bakery they used and since we got the package that included the cake...we decided why not...lets try.
Berta is the owner a dream to work with. Linda one of her helpers and our rep was as wonderful. I walked in with LOTS of pictures and letting them know I didn't want a traditional white wedding cake.
They were all down for the task. We picked from multiple pictures to add our creation of the Alice in Wonderland wedding cake. At moments it got very confusing but Linda and Berta NEVER lost their cool.
This cake HAD LOTS of details! I was VERY specific with what I wanted.
At the end we decided on a 2 tier cake with 8 cupcakes on the side. I almost changed the order 2wks before the wedding thinking maybe I was making a mistake.
I'm so glad I left it. When I saw our cake on wedding day. It was in PERFECT!!! Berta and Linda totally got the concept. The cupcakes were the most adorable looking things in the world!
It was all so GREAT looking...all the details were exactly like I had envisioned!
As for taste....120% deliciousness! It was sooooo good and light,fresh and fluffy. People went back for seconds. People wanted more cupcakes! Till this day guest say it was the BEST cake they've had. Everything turned out divine!!!!
The white cake with strawberry mousse...YUM and the chocolate cake with chocolate mousse turned out to be my favorite and I usually rarely to never like chocolate cake that much. Just thinking about it makes me want some now :P
Hands down this baker is BEST...she was worth every single penny. Besides looking good the taste was awesome.

We had a negative experience at another bakery, quality of service issues, so it was such a relief to walk into La Creme. We called and spoke to Linda who got us in for a tasting right away. She was so helpful and just wonderful to work with. She gave her opinion without being pushy and really listened to what we wanted our cake to look like. And we love love love the fact that in a year La Creme will bake us a mini version of our wedding cake! I recommend them SO highly!
La Creme Bakery has the best cakes I've ever had. Our wedding cake came out ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and best of all....it looked EXACTLY like the picture we gave them. Our cake stood out and everyone who saw it commented on how beautiful it was. It had butter cream on the outside. It was a four-tier square cake, and every other tier had scroll work on it. It's the most beautiful cake I've ever seen! It also tasted delicious.
La Creme Bakery is a family owned business and the owners go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. They are very kind people and professional as well. Their work ethic and talent is unmatched.
