La Fontaine Bleu

Overall I would give La Fontaine Bleu a 10/10. My wedding cermony and reception was more thanwhat I expected. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the night. I can't remamber my matre d's name but she was wonderful, so glad she did my wedding reception!

They were very good in helping me with my wedding. They doing everything with the room, chapel, food and music making sure all went well. Everything was so good people said that they loved the place. And the wedding cake was very good as well.

Dominic was a great Maitre De and Teresa was very helpful. I was a little annoyed that some things changed from when we signed the contract to when we went over details. But everything worked out well and everything looked amazing!

We had our reception at La Fountaine Bleu and we were very pleased with level of service and attention we received prior to our wedding day. Everything in the planning process ran smoothly, even when we had to shift the time a little. However, on our wedding day things fell apart. Notably, our wedding was on the most popular wedding day of the year, but a certain level of service should be expected. When we arrived to the reception hall we learned that our bridal suite was really someone's office. There were no appetizers or drinks and the entire bridal party was hungry. So we entered the our reception room where everything was setup lovely. But the night ran anything but smoothly because our maitre d' was all over the place trying to do too many things at once. He insisted that the program not move forward in spite of us having a wedding planner with a staff of 4 people to move us on schedule. At some point during the evening we were told that we would have to wait 20 minutes for dinner to be served even though they knew our schedule ahead of time. Normally this wouldn't be a problem with a long fun filled evening, but we only had the room for 4 hrs and they were unwilling to extend a single minute. Unfortunately, I had to spend part of my reception searching for the maitre d' and explaining how we would like things to move forward. The worst part of all is that we complained to management the day after and never heard a single word back from them.

On the bright side of things the food was awesome and the venue was reasonably priced.

The morale of the story: Only plan things at La Fontaine Bleu during the non busy season because the service will suffer...

I had a wedding there in January and it was a disaster. They will promise you a lot and on the day you are left to roast. I tried calling them after the wedding to complain and all they did was trying to save there faces. Please make sure all there promises are on paper. I will not recommend even for the last resort, Mcdonald's is better

We looked for several months to find a venue for a ceremony and reception within our price budget. We found La Fontaine Bleue and it met all of our desires and so much more! Not only was La Fontaine Bleue a beautiful location, it saved us a lot of hassle in other areas with all of the amenities that were included. Having the chapel on site, food prepared on site, and the cake created on site saved us both time and money. We did'nt even have to worry about table decorations or flower arrangements because of the included choices for decorations and the elegant rooms at the venue. The cake was even customized to fit our wishes, not to mention all of the food was outstanding!
La Fontaine Bleue (and Jennifer, our contact) did an amazing job with simplicity along the way and taking care of all the little things for us, including a lot of setup. The tables and chairs, along with their coverings and decorations were perfect in everyway. We could not have gotten luckier, and at such a fabulous price range. We would recommend this to anyone who is on a tight budget but still wants an elegant wedding! We were 110% satisfied!!

They worked with our schedule for appointments, they had packets of example papers that I would need to write up for them, including the guest count and table seating.I delt with Jennifer and she was Great! She walked me through everything and gave suggestion, where we weren't quite sure about. The service was excellent, the chair covers and sashes and the centerpieces were all that I dreamed of and more! The cake was phenomonal! It turned out beautiful, just the way I wanted it. They had photo's of cakes that they did, but she allowed me to tweak some things to make it " my " original cake and it was simple and beautiful and more than I ever imagined, and it was very yummy! The room was beautiful and just the right size for my small wedding party. The lighting was perfect and I couldn't have asked for anything more!
I would highly recommend this place for a RECEPTION HALL, I did not have the ceremony here, though, so I couldn't give you any comments on that!

I originally planned to just have a small gather in the hall of my church with a caterer, but after shopping around for pricing for the catering to come to the hall, the decor, that I would have to set up and take down and to try to make it look as elegant as a wedding reception should, I was just much more expensive, with too much hassle. La fontain Bleue, was terrific and not at all stressful, they basically took care of things for me and I along with my husband, and all our guests, LOVED the results!

Start to finish- hands down- we were 100% satisfied and know that we selected the right venue. Their communiation and customer service was phenomenal and there was no fine print- everyone was thorough in their explanations and stayed with us until the end of our reception, and we highly recommend their chapel as well. superb!!!!

MY GUEST ALL LOVED THIS PLACE! THE STAFF IS GREAT, THE FOOD IS DELICIOUS AND THE DECORATIONS ARE AMAZING! I AM SO HAPPY THAT MY WEDDING DAY TURNED OUT SO BEAUTIFUL AND ELEGANT! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING ME FEEL SO SPECIAL! WE'LL DEFINITELY BE BACK! :)

Overall, it was a great wedding reception. Positives: The food was outstanding: Seared Salmon with Apricot Soy Sauce, Cheese Tortellini with Garlic Parmesan Cheese Sauce, and the Sauteed Chicken Breast with Monterey Sauce. All were excellent and our guest are still talking about the food. The Almond cake with buttercream was excellent also. Great job from the cooks and the baker.

Our most positive experience from La Fontaine Bleue was our Maitre'd "Randall"....He was absolutely wonderful. You can tell he loves his job and wants your special day to be perfect. If you can: ask for Randall for your event you will not be sorry. La Fontaine is blessed to have such a great person working for them. He is why I would say to have your party at La Fontaine.

The only two real negitive we had, 1. was not getting a return call or our questions answered in a timely manner by the person we were working with. I would go to make a payment and ask questions. I was told by the woman we were working with, she would get back to me with the answer, which never happend in the year I took to plan my reception. I would either have to call her back or ask again when I went to make another payment. I can only think of 2 or 3 times that a call was placed back to me and that was by Terry. She was not the person I was working with but was happy to hear from her. 2. Since they charge to set up extras besides one party favor I wanted to know when I could come in before the wedding to set some stuff up myself to avoid the extra cost. Even in the few days before I couldn't get a solid answer.

To Planning Brides: La Fontaine Bleue was a great choice for us and we are overall happy with how it turned out. The room was beautiful, the food and cake was excellent and Randall will take it over the top.

I can't say enough about my experience with LaFontaine Bleu. Mary assisted us with planning our ceremony and reception. Everything turned out absolutely PERFECT! The staff assisting us on our wedding day were exceptional. At every turn, they were all so eager to assist with anything. From start to finish, they provided us with excellent service. We found their prices to be very reasonable.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! Wonderful service all the way around. Kristal Jones, our La Fontaine Bleu coordinator, was absolutly fabulous. We had 250 people, plated, and a light bar for under 16,000 bucks! PLUS THE FOOD WAS SO FABULOUS! I would not have made it through all the planning if they were not so supportive and honest!

I cannot say enough about this wedding site! I had to postpone my wedding twice due to my fiancee's military commitment. Ms. Mary White and the entire staff always worked with me and once my day finally did come, I was not disappointed at all. From the food to the awesome weddign cake, the quality was superior! This is a wonderful place and they really took time to ease my mind! Thanks Mary~!!!!!
