Overall, I highly recommend this bridal shop. I was very happy with my the quality of dress and service. Most importantly, my dress was beautiful without breaking the bank.

I purchased my wedding dress from La Soie. My consultant was very professional and was very helpful in helping me pick the dress. However, when the dress arrived 3 months later there was some damage in the front that the seamstress said she would take care of. I spent about an hour during the 1st fitting where she took detailed measurements and pinned the dress to reflect her measurements. She also said she would have the dress ready for me the weekend before the wedding. We paid $400 on top of the price of the dress for alterations. When I went in for the 2nd fitting the dress was not ready. She did not fix the front and she had bustled the back of the dress but many areas were still dragging. Also the sides of the dress were much longer than the front and the back. I don't know how she was expecting me to wear this dress. She claimed that she was on vacation and that someone else had done the dress and she would fix it herself. I live over an hour away from the store and I was not expecting to have to make another trip back when it was promised on a certain day especially when you pay $3000 for a dress you wear once. They eventually did fix it but not until a few days before the wedding. Very unneeded stress.

I found my dress at this great bridal salon. The quality and price - awesome. The service - very professional and personal. My dress came in a few weeks early which gave plenty of time for alterations - and the alterations went very smoothly. I would highly recommend this location!

I got my wedding dress at La Soie Pasadena. It's not a huge store but there were a lot of dress options to fit everyone's needs. I was working with a short timeframe so a lot of the dresses in the store would not be available for me to purchase since the shipping time would exceed my actual wedding (we're talking about 4-5 months out, too, not weeks or anything). The person working that day was very helpful though and found dresses that would work. The pricing was a bit high for me - it started where I wanted my max spend to be! But the dress selection was nice and there were a few that I would have considered, until I tried on MY dress, that is! I did end up spending more than I was hoping but I loved the dress. Overall, my experience with La Soie was great.

My mom drove by La Soie Bridal in Pasadena, was won over by the dress on display and called me right away (we were planning our Pasadena wedding from NY!). After trying on so many dresses in NYC including Kleinfeld I really didn't know what to expect, but 4 or 5 dresses in and I was swooned over! :) I ended up with the Cherie dress from La Soie's own collection and I really wish I can wear it over and over again.

We ordered the dress in September 2011 and was told that it was going to arrive in December, so I was psyched because that would coincide with Christmas Holiday and I'd be able to fly to LA to have my first fitting. But the dress ended up being delayed until Feb/March 2012 due to Chinese Holidays. A bit nerve-wracking but no big deal since there was still plenty of time....

I ended up having my first fitting towards the end of March (2 months before the wedding), and then the rest of the fittings on Tuesday right after I landed on LAX. La Soie did 3 alterations leading up to the wedding day on Saturday. So Crazy! On the day the dress fits like a glove and I'm still dreaming of the train and ruffles.

Oh, and I also got my earrings and veil from La Soie. YEAY for one stop shop. My only one small complaint (hence the 4.5 star on value) is because the fabric on the dress around my left thigh came apart during the wedding day and caused a bit of a panic, but double tape did the trick. I wish that didn't have to happen though.

Love, Love, Love this place! Yes, it's a smaller boutique store which I think its best! To many options can make your head spin! Monse was my bridal consultant and she was AWESOME!!! No pressure and always gave me great advice on each dress!!! She was super sweet and so patient!!! She truly made my shopping experience the best!!! The main reason why I bought my dress there. If you want a place with beautiful dresses and a great staff go to La Soie....Oh and the prices are SUPER reasonable...I was actually suprised to see how much my dress cam out to! A+ for La Soie Bridal in Pasadena!

I had the best experience with La Soie! The best part - you can take photos! The consultants are very friendly and helpful. Most wedding gowns are at least $1,100. During wedding dress shopping, they only had three dresses that were below $1K. However, I highly recommend them for their service and professionalism. Best experience compared to all the other bridal shops I went to.

I got my wedding dress, veil, and bridesmaid dresses here. Everything turned out beautifully! I found a dress I loved, but wanted to wait to purchase it when I was with my parents. I made an appointment, but when we showed up, the dress I wanted was at a different store. One of the girls immediately offered to drive to the other store to get it for me. Everyone working there is incredibly nice. After I ordered my dress, I was able to make another appointment to come in to the store and try it on when my future mother-in-law was in town. Everything arrived on time, and the alterations were done perfectly and quickly. I had made a few changes to my dress, and those were all done very well. Everything was great with the bridesmaids dresses as well, and all five dresses arrived on time and in perfect condition. They even let you bring in champagne when you're trying dresses. It was a great experience and I absolutely loved my dress!

I loved this place!! The sales lady was great, not pushy trying to make a sale and even let me come back after i had bought the dress to try on the sample again to show my great aunt.

I have nothing but wonderful to say about La Soie. This salon is well lit with very roomie dressing rooms. The staff is friendly and responsive, and I honestly feel that even if I hadn't found my dress here by the end of the appointment I would know the dress I would want as the consultants were very attuned to what I responded to and communicated with me about what was working and what wasn't.

Alterations were a breeze. They steamed my dress beautifully. Through the entire process I felt taken care of. A bride cannot ask for more.

I came here with my then future mother in law, and Veronica helped us. I had some idea of what I wanted, and they understood my image quickly! I purchased a La Soie design, and it fit my style and budget! I am not one to like the spot light, but in this dress I felt comfortable and happy!

I was so happy with La Soie Bridal Salon. I went to a few different salons and went back to La Soie in Pasadena to try on a couple dresses I fell in love with. The dress I chose was beautiful and the alterations, fittings, and pickup were effortless! Veronica is amazing and is so knowledgeable! I would highly recommend this bridal salon for your dress! =) I had a ton of compliments on my dress!

I just went it to "look" and ended up finding the perfect dress! I was very conscious of my price range because this was the 2nd dress I was going to buy because my first dress was an impulsive buy that I regretted. The shop itself is beautifully laid out with good natural lighting so you can see what the dress may look like if you're planning to take pictures outside. The dress was delivered sooner than expected and although there was an in house alterations department (only at this location 1 day out of the week, only by appt) I didn't choose to use it.

Overall I would recommend this place for dresses that are different and elegant and within a reasonable budget.

I stopped into this new shop during a busy day of errands. I was on the hunt for a hair flower made of feathers. I happened to go on a day they were having a trunk show for accessories, and the nice staff immediately hooked me up with the sales rep / designer. Long story short, the designer was able to incorporate a piece of the hair accessory from my grandmother's veil into the hair flower design. It turned out perfectly. The staff was pleasant & while I loved the dress I bought at another store, I think that had this store been open during my dress search, I may have purchased my dress here...
