aweful! pushy! mean! This place is so bad. The owner is rude and could careless about you. she just wants to make the sale.
do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO THERE

I was SO impressed by the staff and dresses at La Sposa Bridal. I purchased my wedding dress there and after visiting over 10 other bridal shops I found the best selection there. My dress came in sooner than expected. Each time my dress required alterations (about 4! They changed the sweetheart neckline, added a push up bra, then kept taking it in as I lost weight before the wedding)the staff was so friendly and accommodating. They were even friendly when about two weeks before my wedding I just wanted to try on my dress because I was feeling down.

The staff did an amazing job altering the neckline into a sweetheart neckline. The dress looked like it was made that way. The bustle they designed was perfect and did not fall out like many brides I've seen. My mom and sisters even brought in dresses they'd purchased at other stores to have them altered there and the staff was more than willing to do it and did a fabulous job.

When I picked up my dress two days before the wedding (they even offered to hold it until I was ready to pick it up so I didn't have to worry about my dog attacking it or my fiance sneaking a peek!) it was perfectly steamed and ready to go.

We used La Sposa for the Bridesmaids dresses and the flower girl dress. It was nice that they gave the girls a discounted price because of the number of dresses that we were ordering. But when the dresses got in, they did not fit any of the girls, in a big way, not just the normal alterations. I am not sure if it was just the style of the gown that was ordered, but the bridesmaids dresses all came in too small fitting, and the flower girl dress was huge! I was not very happy with that, all of my girls had to go there for alterations incase a new dress needed to be ordered... it was very stressful.

I thought La Sposa Bridal Studio did an excellent job with my wedding attire. My dress actually came in sooner than expected which allowed more time for them to customize my dress exactly how I wanted it. They were also able to accomodate altering my bridesmaid dresses at the last minute which I am so thankful for!!!

I was extremely pleased with my experience at La Sposa. I've heard horror stories about bridal salons, and no one could recommend one in particular that they were really happy with. La Sposa was the last place that I visited (and I visited LOTS... choosing a dress was harder than I thought it would be), and it was one of the women that works there that found my dress for me, and told me I had to try it on as she was convinced it would be the one for me. She was right, and that was one of the things I liked best about the salon, was their eye for what looks best on a customer. The alterations the seamstress did were amazing (a lot of beading had to be removed and redone, and there was ruching at my waist that had to be maintained), and the dress continued to look amazing all through the night at the wedding, with bustle staying in place. I was very happy with La Sposa's work, and ended up purchasing all of my attire needs with them (dress, veil, jewelry, etc).

i like lasposa in watertown massachusetts, they ultimatley did a great job on my dress, biut i took 2 stars off for ripping tags out of sample dresses, so u dont know maker, thus forcing you to buy your dream dress there!!

All 3 times that I have been in this store, my encounters here were indifferent at best, snobby at worst. The last time I went in was to pick up the bridesmaid dress that I ordered. The staff person informed me that she HAD to add a rush charge on the order and that I would be responsible for paying. I was flabergasted since I had not been notified of this rush charge (or been asked if this would be ok). In fact, she had told me that I wouldn't need the rush charge when I put my deposit down. Horrible customer service, and I would never consider this place for my own wedding!
