Not only would I suggest hiring a wedding planner but I would also encourage a bride to hire Lacy Branch and her team. Her team made sure everything was perfect and they did it all with a smile on their face.

Lacy Branch did an AMAZING job with our wedding. My husband and I got married on Halloween and the entire guest list (about 200 people) were from out of town (we live in Chicago and chose to get married in St. Louis because we love The City Museum). We wanted our wedding to be elegant, whimsical, fun, creative, have delicious food and generally WOW everyone who attended. AND, we wanted the reception to be a costume party, but not feel too "Halloweeny." Sound complicated? It was! But Lacy Branch and the vendors she recommended put together an amazing, flawless evening. It is impossible to describe how amazing the room looked except to say that every single person at our wedding told us it was "the best wedding they had ever been to." Everyone. People were just shocked at how wonderful everything looked and how much fun it was. Several people even told us that it felt like they were at a celebrity wedding. Lacy Branch Events and her vendors exceeded our expectations. Hands down. Thanks Lacy!

I had to plan my wedding in a different state while my fiance' was stationed in a different country. We quickly found out that we needed an event coordinator. We were given Lacy's name and the rest was history! Lacy was so accomidating to my crazy schedule as a restaurant manager to find time to talk about all the details.

I had a crazy request to find something midevil that we could surprise my fiance' with. She not only found a suit of armor to greet the guests as they walked in, she had people design a fluer di lis with our colors and monogram on it. It showed up on the dancefloor, on everyone's napkin, and at the head table.

Our reception was at an elk's lodge that used to be a bowling alley...need I say more? Lacy's wonderful team was able to completely transform that place into a BEAUTIFUL reception hall. You would have never known there was a elk's head hanging up behind those wall drapings and lighting!

We would like to thank Lacy Branch and her team on the outstanding job that they did on our reception. It was a wonderful, stress-free experience for us. Everyone told us how beautiful the hall looked, and how much of a great time they had.

I was not the typical bride. I was never the girl who grew up dreaming about her wedding day, white dress, etc. I did want to get married, but just did not believe it was worth all the costs and headaches. Being cost conscious was very important to me. I wanted to make sure money was spent on places that mattered and not on frugal things. I am so glad that Lacy was next to me to offer her expertise, especially during vendor meetings. She helped us make choices in which we got the most “bang” for our money.

Although I did not have a clear “vision” for the day, Lacy helped us find one that fit our budget and that wow-ed our family and guests. The reception was absolutely gorgeous! The sash colors she help me select were rich and worked well the room layout. The square table was such a hit! It made the room less monotonous, they were spacious for our guests, and gave the room a little special touch. The high top tables near the bar were neat and allowed our guest to enjoy each other’s company. So many people have approached us to compliment on such a beautiful wedding and fun reception.

Lacy was there for us every step of the way. From the reception place selection to the invitation selection, from the menu tasting and cake selection to the decision on colors, room decorations and flowers, and from hotel block reservation to wedding accessories – thank you! I can honestly say I do not think we would have been able to do all of this and still keep our sanity.

If I had to sum up our wedding into one word it would PERFECT!
