Lake Lyndsay

Lake Lyndsay was perfect in everyway!!!! They were easy to work with, very helpful, and the place is amazing. The only low rating I gave them was Value for Cost and this was simply because the cost is quite high and all you get is an empty building. But don't let this deter you!!!!! If you are willing to do all the leg work then this place is awesome!!!!!My wedding was prefect because Lake Lyndsay was amazing!!!!!

This rating is the first of a few I am sure I'll write about Lake Lyndsay. This is one of the most spectacular ceremony and reception sites. It is so romantic looking and I can wait to have my wedding there.

Loved Lake Lyndsay! Just want we wanted...a non-reception hall feel with a reasonable price. We were at the Lodge which was beautiful. Would highly recommend.

Absolutley gorgeous setting for a perfect day!! I have wanted to get married here since I was little and Lake Lyndsay was perfect!!

I LOVE LAKE LYNDSAY! The location is absolutely gorgeous, the people are more than friendly, and the prices I thought were very reasonable! It does take a little work to make it "yours" but why would you want it any other way? They were more than accomodating to us, and even let us in early to decorate! I dont know what I would have done anywhere else, And they got us our deposit back very quickly! Lyndsay is one of the friendliest people Ive ever met and even stopped by just to chat! God love her! I reccomend her to everyone!

This is the most stunning site of any of the places I visited for wedding locations. They have 3 different buildings you can choose from based on the size of your group. Each site has a pavilion outside and then a room for the reception. The location and setting are both beautiful. This location is a little pricey, but is absolutely gorgeous. The owners are very helpful and give a lot of tips as well.

You can even choose to have your ceremony outside on one of their pavilions for added convenience. This is one of those places that does not need much decoration. It is beautiful.

I held my ceremony and reception at Kayla's Corner on the Lake Lyndsay property. This is an absolutely gorgeous setting for a wedding. Lyndsay was very helpful when a couple of things went wrong the day of the wedding. She was on the phone helping me find someone to bring in chair sashes that my linen company did not bring. I would highly recommend this venue for your special day. It is a little pricey, but worth it.

Lake Lyndsay made our overall wedding experience worry free and something to remember for a lifetime. I highly recommend anyone looking to for a ceremonial, or reception venue to check out Lake Lyndsay. There are multiple buildings to choose from that are equally beautiful, no matter what time of year it is. We checked it out in the fall and got married the next summer, and both times it was amazing. Customer serivice was outstanding, and any question or problem we had they took care of with no questions, in a timely manner. If you are wanting to have a wedding/reception with memories for a lifetime this is the place. Out of all the places we looked at, no one came close to the professionalism as Lake Lyndsay.

Such a beautiful place. We got married outside at Kayla's Korner and the reception was inside. Perfect for an outdoor wedding and the reception area is actually a beautiful backup if it rains. Lyndsay was extremely accommodating and great to work with.

Beautiful place! We got many great pictures. Lyndsay is great to work with and met with us multiple times about questions. Her aunt that was there the night of the wedding was AMAZING! She helped us we got pictures taken, took pictures for us in the limo, etc... She definitely went the extra mile ALL night long to help out and make sure things went perfectly. If I have a complaint, it's just that it is very expensive for what you get. The only thing you get is the place with tables and chairs. Any type of decorations is extra. So, if you are looking for a place that has everything included, this is not the place for you. But if you are looking for some place gorgeous that stands out among other reception sites....this is it!

My biggest problem with this venue was the cost. $3000 for a 6 hour reception is VERY steep! And that price doesnt include ANYTHING but the building, the tables/chairs, and a kegorator. Unfortunately for me the building was EXACTLY what I had in mind so we forked over the cash... luckily for me my husband is a chef so he prepared the menu and saved us the difference on food : )

My husband and I got married at Lake Lyndsay and we loved it, we loved everything about it!

There is no other reception venue comparable!! From the gorgeous candle-lit interior, huge inviting fireplace, ample dance floor, cascading staircase, picture-perfect outdoor gazebo and lake backdrop, excellent decoration selection, and impressive customer service - any bride to pass over Lake Lyndsay Lodge is insane! We worked with Lyndsay from Lake Lynsday Lodge on the coordination of all of our reception details. She is wedding go-to person, and helped us coordinate SO many details including catering linens/buffet services, DJ suggestions, decoration ideas, wedding favors, flowers, etc. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous, and when we walked in to over 400 candles lit around the room casting such a romantic glow on everything, I felt like I was walking into Cinderella's ball... it was so perfect. It was the reception of my dreams only more wonderful than I could have ever imagined...

Lake Lyndsay is GORGEOUS! My husband and I had fallen in love with the Beach House, and new that was where we wanted to get married. Ofcourse mother nature had some other ideas, and flooded it a couple of weeks before the wedding. They gave us the option of switching to Kaylas Corner...but we prayed for the Beach House, and it worked out. Lyndsay always kept in touch, and the contract was easy enough to understand. Also, some of her event advice was invaluable.

I had a beautiful fall wedding in the main lodge, it was the perfect setting, although it would be perfect in any season. Lyndsay was very helpful and her attention to detail was much appreciated. It was so nice to be able to use all of your own vendors, it really made the entire event come together exactly how we had hoped! The size of the lodge makes it roomy enough not to step on each other's toes, but the interior decor makes it cozy and inviting! I would recommend it for sure!

i used lake lyndsay for my reception and LOVED it! my reception was in the main lake lyndsay lodge (there are 2 other smaller venues that are beautiful, too) the venue is gorgeous and the staff was so helpful. my caterer didn't bring enough tablecloths and lake lyndsay generously came out to help with the situation when they didn't have to. we were allowed to come in and get ready ahead of time. the value was great and it held all of my guests comfortably. the layout is flexible and easy to adjust to your needs. also, my pictures turned out great there.

Lake Lyndsay is such a beautiful place to have a reception or wedding. The staff was very responsive to our needs and really went out of their way to ensure that we had a wonderful reception. I would highly recommend this facility!

Lake Lyndsay is absolutely beautiful. I had my wedding and reception there. I had my wedding outside on the lake. I also rented all decorations from them, for outside and inside. It was so convenient to rent everything from there and then not have to worry about having someone take everything down and store them somewhere. Everytime I needed to meet with someone to see the place they were very flexible. I had my wedding on a Firday because they offer a $1000 cheaper price on Friday. It was the most expensive part of my wedding, but it was worth it.

I had my reception at the lodge at Lake Lyndsay. It is absolutely beautiful! The lake is the perfect background for a wedding and a reception. I have also been to events at Kayla's Corner and the beach house, both of which are equally beautiful. While you do have to get your own caterer, it was worth it for my husband and I. Hearing all of our guests say how beautiful the lodge and our reception were was totally worth it! The staff was very professional and helped us every step of the way, including recommending caterers and florists. If anyone is considering Lake Lyndsay for their wedding and/or reception, you should do it. You won't regret it!

I had my wedding ceremony and reception at Kayla's Korner, the smaller lodge at Lake Lyndsay, and loved it. The wedding was outside at the gazebo, I couldn't have had a prettier place or day. Lyndsay was very helpful with any details I needed. She knows the tricks of her trade. Being able to bring in outside vendors for food, etc. helps you be able to control how much you want to spend! Over all I had a great experience with Lake Lyndsay and recomend it to anyone I know looking for a tasteful venue!

My husband I chose Lake Lyndsay for our Wedding Reception without any hesitation because of their professionalism. We loved the beautiful atmosphere and decor that the lodge provided for us and our guests. We had plenty of space to accomodate everyone. All of the vendors that were suggested by Lynn and Lyndsay were fabulous, especially Hilvers Catering! They were also wonderful in helping us with the decorating and allowing us to use the property for our photo's. I feel like we got a great price for our wedding reception and for all that it included compared to what most places charge and I highly recommend Lake Lyndsay to others for their special day!

I have held several parties at Lake Lyndsay! I was so impressed with their attention to detail and customer service. The staff has always been super helpful and willing to go that extra mile. I had my wedding ceremony and my reception at the lodge and it exceeded all my standards. It was amazing walking down the stairs with my hubby to be waiting at the bottom. I also had my husband's 30th birthday party @ the beach house and it was an outstanding venue for an outside event. If you are looking for a place to have an amazing reception or party there is no better place then Lake Lyndsay

Breathtaking views, flexibility with your catering selection, attentive staff -- this gem is a well kept secret. Be prepared, they work by referral and book up quickly!

Lake Lyndsay, has an amazing facility and the staff goes above and beyond any standards you could expect. They make sure the bridal party and any vendor there feel like they are the only people on earth. Amazing ladies simply amazing

Lake Lyndsay is one of the most beautiful places to get married in Cincinnati. If you want the true beautiful lake wedding this is where you have to go. Whether you have a party of 400, 200 or even just 80 there are 3 venues that sit upon the lake with some amazing sunset views. The beach house is so fun and lets your guests feel like they are at a destination wedding. Everywhere I turn there are locations to photograph at! It saves the bride time and money on their timeline because we aren't driving from location to location to get all of the amazing photographs we do at Lake Lyndsay. I wish I could be there every weekend knowing that with the seasons it gets better and better! The staff is so amazing- you can't go wrong!!!!!

Absolutely one of the best locations for planning your wedding your way. We love playing at events at Lake Lyndsay Lodge and look forward to making more dreams come true at this wonderful reception hall.

This is a beautiful venue to have your reception and ceremony by a lake. the facilities are always clean and the event manager is easy and great to work with.
