Wonderful venue! We loved having our wedding here and would recommend it to any bride and groom. The staff was professional and helpful troughout the planning process. The actual building and grounds provided perfect backgrounds for amazing pictures. We truly had a magical night!

This place is beautiful and great if your on a smaller budget. The only thing I didn't like were the hours. You either get an 8-4:30 shift or a 6-11 shift. If you dont mind spending more though you are able to rent it for the whole day.

Beautiful wedding ceremony and reception site! My ceremony was a sunset wedding facing the lake. Everyone loved it and complimented me the whole night. The staff is very accommodating and helpful!

We had looked at pictures of several venues in magazines and online, but the Lake Mary Events Center (LMEC) is the first place we visited because it was so close to our house. From the moment we arrived there we saw the potential for OUR wedding just by peering through the windows and walking around the outside (they were closed at the time). We envisioned where we would have the ceremony and plenty of places for photo opportunities and we LOVED it! We then looked at about 5 or 6 other places and NOWHERE else compared to this place. Not only was it close to home, but the lawn was ALWAYS well manicured, the inside was immaculate, and the staff was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and willing to suggest ideas. The service was great, and they always returned messages promptly. There isn't a whole lot of flexibility concerning much of anything, but it does make you feel a little like "well, if other people had the same restraints, I'm sure we can make this work as well". They have a list of about 8 or so caterer's that you HAVE to choose from, which for us was the downfall, but we ended up going with a caterer that was very flexible and had great tasting food. So, all in all, it is a bit pricy, but after it's all said and done, we're glad we went with this venue. The price was not as much of an issue also because the venue was so beautiful we didn't have to spend that much in decorations. Now we see why they're so far booked in advance! We ended up having our wedding on a Sunday because it was a little cheaper and the nearest Saturday would have been an additional 4 months away and we were already anxious to get married! It was everything we could have asked for.

The venue is absolutely gorgeous. It was everything we were looking for and more. You get to rent the entire place which is great because you can move freely throughout the entire venue without having to worry about random people staring at you while you take pictures or trying to sneak into your wedding. It has a beautiful backyard with enough greenery and flowers as well as columns, a fountain, and a beautiful lake. You can have your ceremony inside in the rotunda or outside by the lake. We chose the rotunda because it was too hot outside but the rotunda has big windows that look towards the lake so it is almost as if you were outside. The place fits about 240 people which was more than enough for us. You can also rent video projectors or tvs to show pictures or videos of the couple. They provide a list of caterers that they have pre- approved (all highly recommended). The ballroom includes a stage and a dance floor. The venue also includes changing rooms for the bride and the groom (each with a bathroom) as well as conference room. The venue was very clean and the staff was always friendly and helpful. Compared to other venues we looked at, the price was very reasonable, just keep in mind that the price of the caterer you choose will take up a big part of your budget.

From the moment I walked into the event center I knew this was where I wanted to have my wedding. The place was so well kept and in such a beautiful location, the people that work there were always helpful and did their best when we had to change my wedding date from later in the year to earlier. I would having my wedding here over and over again it was a great experience from beginning to end. Thank You

The location was beautiful and so flexible with how it allowed us to have indoor or an outdoor ceremony. It also has so many great spots to take pictures.

Lake Mary Events Center is beautiful we rented the entire building for our wedding on 4/29 it was amazing so many people are talking about how great it was.. They keep everything so clean and the staff is amazing so helpful and just perfect..

Lake Mary Event center was wonderful to work with. They always got back to me within one to two days with any questions. Making appointments was easy and the set up was so helpful on the day of. And if you have never been to this location it is beautiful it has 3 outdoor locations and the beautiful indoor Rotunda room to get married in, cocktail hour has a nice setting overlooking a lake and the grand ball room is wonderful. My only complaint was that the air conditioning could have been turned on earlier to cool the ballroom down more. They said it was as cold as it could go but I feel they delayed in turning it down. If you choose to have you wedding day here you will not be disappointed, just ask them to turn the temp down earlier in the afternoon that way when dancing starts it won't be to hot.

Lake Mary Events Center is a gorgeous location with many great attributes.It's a tad pricey for the rental especially since there is a time restriction.We found it slightly difficult for a (6) hour reception since we had a small time frame for the vendors to set up.However, it's a beautiful location set for beautiful pictures.The event planners on property are very friendly and it was a pleasant planning experience.

I got married at the Lake Mary Events Center on January 1, 2011 and the day was perfect!!! The LMEC is the perfect venue, all my pictures came out amazing. Jennifer was very nice and the whole experience with the LMEC couldn't have gone any better. I'd recommend this venue to everyone, it's so worth the money!! Thank you to the entire LMEC staff!!!

LMEC really does keep the entire property in TOP condition. It was so easy to work with Jen and Terry. Both of them were very responsive before and during the wedding day. I don't believe we could have had a better wedding anywhere else!

The Lake Mary Events Center was by far the best thing we did for our wedding!!! Everything at the Events cernter is BEAUTIFUL and the staff helped us with anything that we needed! The pictures came out AMAZING and we had the sunset on the lake in the background!!! We were able to bring in our own caterer and alcohol and we saved so much money...and if you ask me...the events center was far more beautiful than any hall we looked at and we looked at a lot of them. Everything is on site...so we were married outside...had our cocktail hour in the beautiful rotunda overlooking the lake, and had the reception in the main hall. I could not have asked for a more beautiful place with more professional help! I HIGHLY recommend them and they may be booked...but it is worth the wait since you will be saving so much money!!! Book them...now!!!!!

Lake Mary Events Center is a beautiful wedding venue. It has many options for indoor and outdoor weddings. This venue books up over a year in advance so you must get your requests in early! We ended up getting married on a Monday because there was no weekend slots available and it is also MUCH cheaper to get married during the week there if you are on a budget. They also schedule community meetings there during the week so if you choose a weekday wedding be sure to reserve the entire building so you don't have strangers wandering through during your reception! :-) The staff there are very helpful, flexible and accommodating.

What a spectacular place to have our wedding! We had our eyes on it for quite some time, and it turned out to be every bit as beautiful as we had hoped. We had our ceremony in the rotunda, cocktail hour outside on their beautiful veranda, and the reception in the main hall. Everything was fantastic, from the staff to the look and feel of the room during the day. We used Big City Catering as one of their recommended vendors, and they are the best BY FAR. Special thanks to Jennifer at the LMEC for making sure everything was perfectly in order. It's no wonder this place is booked up for literally years in advance!

We had our wedding at LMEC and could not have been happier with the venue. We initially wanted our wedding on a Friday, but because it was booked, they let us know if we had it on Thursday, we could get the whole venue for more than half of the cost of Friday! We were sold! A weekday wedding here is a great deal and we could not have afforded it if we had it on the weekend.

Jennifer and the team at LMEC were so helpful through the whole process. She was very responsive in communicating in emails and phone calls and answered any questions or concerns I had. And I have to say when she gave us a tour of the place, the photos do not do it justice. It is a beautiful venue and a definite gem in Lake Mary. We got a lot of compliments on it!

If you have your wedding here, you will not be disappointed! It is so amazing to have the entire place to yourself and you don't have to worry about random people traipsing through your lobby or staring from afar while having your ceremony. It's complete privacy when you book the whole venue. Thank you LMEC!

Absolutely wonderful! Very attentive and helpful, went the extra mile to make the day extra special.Was also lenient when things went wrong prior to the event but was easy to reach and responded quickly, seeming as if they really cared personally not just as a client.Only down side: a lot of rules which gets hard to control with many guests but the beauty of the location and the kindness of all employees makes up for everything!Willing to hold any type of party there!!! even just for a tea party!

Lake mary Events Center is the perfect setting for a wedding. They were very easy to work with. We were planning from out of town and didn't see the venue until after we booked it. The pictures are exactly how it looks in person. They were great at helping us answer any questions we have and working with us even with the distance. Fantastic!

The Lake Mary Events Center was absolutely the perfect pick for my ceremony and reception venue! Both the building and the grounds are gorgeous, which allowed me to scale back on flowers and decorations. It also provided the perfect setting for amazing wedding pictures! They do book up fast - so don't procrastinate to save your date! When we first looked into it, they were actually booked up for the dates we wanted. However, we kept checking back and were able to get in after someone else had either cancelled or failed to pay their deposit on time.

Best place in orlando to have your ceremony and reception . I highly recommend . All my guest was amazed of the place .

Lake Mary Events Center, in Lake Mary FL is a breathe taking venue. The staff was friendly and helpful. They made sure all of our needs were taken care of and everything was set-up to our specifications. The pictures that you can get from the venue is beautiful. We had many compliments on our choice!

This location is beautiful and breathtaking. You don't need much decor because the building speaks for itself. My guests were impressed with my choice in choosing this location and it added to my happiness of having the perfect wedding. Jennifer was great to work with and answered all my questions. The staff was helpful in helping create our perfect day.

We had our wedding at the Lake Mary Events Center. We got it at a very reasonable price, and the location was perfect for us. I will admit that it is also very beautiful there.

My husband and I wanted both our ceremony and reception at one venue, but we didn't want it at a hotel or golf club. We loved the fact that the center was still very new, and fell in love with the place as soon as we got onto the grounds. The location was perfect for us because we also live in Lake Mary, and it was really their rental rates that sold us!

Our ceremony took place in the Rotunda, and it was ABSOLUTELY beautiful! The ceremony was during sunset, so the lighting added such an amazing and romantic glow (which I loved because we were not permitted to have candles in the rotunda.) The view from the Rotunda was also very picturesque, and that was an added bonus that I know our guests liked.

Our reception was in the Grand Ballroom, and it was amazing. I loved all the tall windows, and their colors really worked well with our tiffany blue and chocolate color scheme with accents of pink. They have their list of only approved caterers to use, which we actually liked because it took a lot of legwork out of our hands to look into every catering company in Orlando.

We really loved our wedding at the Lake Mary Events Center, and highly recommend it to other couples!

Lake Mary Events Center is beautiful, affordable, and the staff is great. It was the wedding of my dreams and I am so lucky to have found this venue. Have the wedding outside because the lawn is very well kept!

Great location without a doubt an absolutely beautiful place and great service.

This venue is breathtaking. We orginally planned large flower arrangements but when we went to visit it (we booked before it was open) we cancelled everything but the minimal. With the decor, less is more and the pictures were beyond what I had imagined. Out by the lake, the rotunda and in the lobby everything was great. We were able to get in early to set up and the staff was helpful (except they had not band.aids :) This is worth the money however they only have a limited amount of vendors to choose from, that are mandatory for use. Book on a weekday and save a load of money!

What a gorgeous place to have your wedding. I was pleased with everything except with one of the staff members. He was very abrupt and short with a few of my guests, but other than that, it was worth it! I too did not like being stuck with mandatory vendor choices, but it was not a disappointment once I tasted the food.

You will get a lot of wonderful help if you choose to hold your ceremony at Lake Mary Events Center.The locations is really nice for pictures and the building is already nicely decorated and has a old English feel to it.Jennifer helped us immensely and allowed us to use their equipment.It was an enjoyable place to hold a ceremony and provided for a wonderful atmosphere at night.

Loved it here!!! The site was beautiful, and we had both outr ceremony and reception at this venue. However, they wouldnt let my cake guy leave his things overnight and therefore the best man had to take all of it to him the next day. :(

I actually changed my venue site when I was told about this opening in February. It was an amazingly beautiful venue, and people were blown away by it the entire evening! The staff was wonderful to work with, prompt with returning phone calls, etc. Becuase the venue is so new, there were somethings that felt a bit stuff, and it might be a little pricer than its actually *worthy*, however, I was totally satisfied, and my pictures are stunning!

The Lake Mary Event Center is a beautiful venue for both indoor and outdoor weddings. Mine was indoor in the rutunda and the grand ballroom. The venue is beautiful inside and out, and the price is very competitive, and well worth the money. The staff that work their are fantastic too and very helpful. I could not have imagined that my wedding was going to be so breathtaking. The building by its self without wedding decor is amazing. This is a impecable place to have your very special event.

There are some really nice folks at Lake Mary Events Center.It was great to be able to pick up everything you need from one place.They where certainly helpful in planning everything out for us.Although we where restricted from doing certain things we where happy that they handled out business with integrity.

The lake mary events center is one of the most beautiful wedding venues i have ever seen ( and i've seen A LOT). I felt like it was worth so much more money. I do have to say though that the people working there were not flexible. One day i was told that i was allowed to do something and the next day i was told no. For example, I was told in the very begginning that i would be allowed to use their mic and stand for my outdoor ceremony, then they told me that they never said that. Finally, after speaking with one of the managers for of ten minutes, she said she would allow it. This was the night before my wedding. Can you believe that on the DAY of my wedding I had people running to me saying that they were refusing to let my speaker use the stand. This was a huge deal since the wedding talk was the most important part of my day. They finally caved, but this was going on as my guests were arriving. It made my wedding appear less organized than it should have been. Other than that though, beautiful place. :)

It was very easy to make a reservation with Lake Mary Events Center.They where very open to having our ceremony at their venue and they where flexible to some of our requests.The rate was affordable and I loved the location.It's very spacious and is surrounded by nice trees.I would definitely recommend this place,its very peaceful and a place you will want to remember forever.
