Donna was wonderful, she helped with everything that i needed. Even took the time months before the wedding to call me and make sure i was doing good and to see if she could help with anything else. Helped me remember the little things that i needed to get, just made me feel that everything was under control and to make sure i did not feel the stress that you have being a bride!!! Donna is a great person and makes you feel like you are the only bride that she is helping. I live about 2 1/2 hrs away and we did most of the planing on the phone, the day of my wedding everything was just how i wanted, even more then i would have been able to do myself. I would recommend anyone that is getting married to use Findley's its not only a beautiful place, but the people that work there are great too.....

Very beautiful wedding with little stress. It was a little pricey for me but it was beautiful and we enjoyed it.

This was our Dream Wedding. My husband & I are lovers of Nature, Water & the Outdoors. The view was gorgeous. We absolutely loved everything about our Wedding & Reception. The guests had a little trouble findin it, but everyone made it there on time with the help of Donna & her assistants. Donna was also on the ball when I spilled a little red wine on my ivory wedding gown. The Tide To-Go Pen actually works. I never knew. Everyone thought it was a very romantic, breathtakingly beautiful wedding. The vendors we chose were amazing also. I especially loved the flowers from Nicole at Caroline's in Muskogee. I would highly recommend Findley's to anyone who wants a beautiful outdoor wedding.

I really enjoyed the full package deal. It took a lot of planning off of me. Donna was so wonderful and she explained everything to as many times as I needed. If I forgot something she would remind me. She followed up on things for me. It was a great day. I would recommend this to friends and family.

Donna recently remodeled the whole exterior and it was beautiful! Guests are still the little extras you did to help us out. It helped relieve any unnecessary stress, which is so important on such a BIG day:-) We loved meeting you and talking with you. You are so easy going and down to earth. My husband and I just recently held our wedding and reception at the Lakeside resort and we are both so pleased with the way everything turned out. From the cake to the decor we could not have gotten more of what we did at Lakeside any where else. Donna made everything so easy for us and took a major deal of stress off mine and my husband's shoulders. From the moment we arrived for our day she was there making sure everything and everyone was in their place. Donna does everything from performing the actual ceremony to music, decor, and even photography if need be. We found this out when our photographer did not show for our wedding. Her husband was right there and ready to take picture for us so that we would have our day captured. We were blessed that our sister-in-law does an amazing job at photography and was there to cover. Thank you Donna and to your husband for being ready and willing to do whatever it took to make our day so special, including taking pictures for us. Our guest were so amazed with the view of the lake, the beautiful grounds, and the way everything was coordinated with our colors. When you book with Donna you not only get an amazing woman to help make your planning stress free, you get a woman who focuses on a wedding that is breath-taking, everything you have ever dreamed of, and most of all, a person who caters to your wants and needs. Donna was able to answer all my questions which put my mind at ease but the proof was in the details. The table decrorations were great, garden and lake views were more than expected.

Findley's Lakeside Resort was absolutely awesome! Donna and her staff were so pleasant to work with and I couldn't have ask for anything more. All my needs and wants were taken care of without hesitation. I would call or email Donna and ask probably some of the dumbest questions but she always had an answer and always reassured me things would be taken care of. Donna pays attention to the smallest of details that in my opinion sets her apart from others. She was very calm about everything and had it planned down to the smallest of details. The place is gorgeous, I love the new look! Thank you Donna for everything!

Honestly, I couldn't have asked for a more perfect venue and more helpful coordinator. Everytime I called Donna (even to ask silly questions) she was more than happy to help that very same moment and always with a kind, positive disposition. When I arrived at the site on my wedding day, everything was so well organized and beautifully decorated, it made me feel very comfortable and confident that the ceremony and reception would go smoothly. I would definitely recommend the Donna's services and wedding site to other couples.

Donna only does one wedding a day

I liked everything lakeside had to offer, for the most part anyway. I would like to say that I would have liked more than just 4 hours at the site with the wedding and reception to spend with my family. Also the sound system at the wedding was not so good. The video we had done was not good at all. My husband and I couldn't hear anything in video. The vows, the minister. Nothing! The photographer, recommended by lakeside, wasn't so great either. We got only like 135 pics and paid $800. I felt like that wasn't worth it. However, the decorations, that quality of service was great. Donna was a wonderful person.

I have the pleasure of knowing Donna Findley and consider her to be the best local destination venue in Green Country. She takes care of everything. She puts me out of a job as a planner but she's worth it if you are looking for a beautiful lake backdrop and full service at the same time. Lovely lady and lovely location.

An excellent choice for an outside wedding overlooking the lake! I enjoy working with Donna and the crew!!

This is a wonderful setting for a wedding with a breathtaking view of the lake below. Donna is very professional and great to work with! This is one stop shopping with a new chapel, catering, wedding cakes, linens, centerpices, music...she has it all!
