Las Ramblas

The food, atmosphere and the staff are top notch at this Charlotte, NC eatery. I would love to give this place more than 5 stars, they were that fabulous! Melanie Tritten is the events coordinator and she does her job supremely. Jeff Latham is the restaurant manager and he knows his food, beer and wine like no other. Between the two of them it's impossible to have a wonderful reception! Melanie coordinated with all of my outside vendors for deliveries and set up. On the day of all I did was drop off the extra décor (centerpieces, favors, cake knife, guest book, etc…) with simple verbal instructions on how I wanted the place to look and Melanie and her staff took care of the rest. When my husband and I showed up to our own reception we were blown away with how great everything looked! At the end of the night no one had to lift a finger - Las Ramblas did it all! They packed up our décor, left over food and cake and held it until we could send someone over to pick it all up the next day. And then there's the food! The food and drinks were fantastic! Our guests are still mentioning how our wedding had the best food of any wedding they had ever been to! This was a great value and my best wedding related decision. Period.
