I had a very specific list of wants/don't wants for my dress style, and they were happy to have that information - suggested a few dresses, but also let me go through and look without hovering. Not a high-pressure sales atmosphere. I felt the dress pricing was reasonable, but did not buy accessories there as those seemed really overpriced.

Everyone I worked with at Lasting Bridal made my gown experience so easy and stress-free. Great selection of bridal gowns. I didn't purchase bridesmaids dresses here, but they seemed to have a wide selection. They were always very friendly and knew my name when I brough friends and family to see the dress before the big day! Alterations were a cinch with the in-house seamstress!

Wonderful bridal shop near Dallas. Beautiful dresses, personal service. Great alterations. Irina was our bridal consultant and she made the experience a dream come true. Purchased bridal gown, bridesmaid dresses and headpiece. Everything was stunning!

Reasonably priced gowns, discounted accessories (just ask), wonderful and knowledgeable staff, great cleaning and preservation costs. DB is $25 cheaper for preservation but they ship it somewhere and it all sounds fishy, you can trust Lasting Bridal with your gown.
Wendy, their seamstress, is great and you really shouldn't trust anyone other than Lasting Bridal's Couture for alterations and preservation. They specialize in Maggie's which have the best fit on earth, unless you let the wrong seamstress alter it. I also had Wendy add beading that turned out lovely! All of the staff made me feel special and always took their time with me. I never felt rushed like some other boutiques. I love my gown so much, I think I am going to have it framed.

Great selection of dresses for every size! Ask for Sarah, she's amazing! I've already recommended them to other brides and will be shopping there next time I have a special event.

Had a great collection of plus size dresses! Every dress I tried on here was more beautiful than dresses I tried on at other shops! I knew "The One" when I found it, and this shop even matched the price of another boutique. The customer service was great, my dress came in right on time, and they even steamed it when I got it altered somewhere else. They definitely get my vote!!!

5 stars on everything. These are the nicest employees at any bridal store in the Dallas area. They were so friendly, laughed with my and my bridesmaids, were so patient, let me try on a million dresses without so much as blinking an eye, gave opinions but not too many. I did the alterations in store with Wendy who is so kind. The price for my dress was amazing and I got so many compliments on it! I loved getting my wedding dress here and recommended it to all of my friends getting married. They have a wonderful selection of every kind of dress. It's not a fru-fru boutique like some Dallas locations, but what they don't spend on pink chairs they spend on good employees. I'd rather have the latter.

This was my best bridal experience. I called them on a Saturday looking for a reception dress. They had some and invited me to pop in without an appointment. I had great service from a girl who really wanted to help me find whatever dress I wanted. Also, I got to choose the dresses I wanted to try from the wrack (which might have just been the case for short dresses, but still awesome). They got my dress in only a few weeks and had me come in to try it on before they sent me home (unlike David's Bridal who looked horrified when I oepned my dress bag to see if it was the right dress). The owners, a sweet married couple, were a dream too. The whole experience was wonderful.

I found the dress I wanted online but I struggled to find a store that carried it. I came across Lasting Bridal and they carried other Maggie Destination dresses. I noticed on their website they had a Maggie trunk show coming up and when I asked the owner, he was kind enough to honor the 10% discount, so I placed my order.
When the girls measured me they told me I was between a size 6 and 8. I asked for their recommendation and their answer was it's up to you?!? I expected more help in the decision making process as they should know if Maggie dresses tend to run smaller but they were the least bit helpful.
The dress arrived 5 months later as they said and I went in for my first fitting. I was happy that the dress was exactly how I imagined. HOWEVER, I would strongly recommend taking your dress elsewhere for alterations. I was very dissatisfied with the alterations considering the overall cost and quality. Wendy, their seamstress, quoted me $400 for taking out the hip area, shortening the dress, adding a classic bustle and shortening the detachable strap. $400 was half the price of the dress!!! I certainly had sticker shock, but I wanted to keep everything in the same shop, so I approved the work.
My dress came with a detachable strap but no one could figure out how to put it on in my first fitting. I had forgotten to bring a picture, so the seamstress worked with another girl and they assumed the strap had to go on a certain way and she was going to need to shorten it. I reviewed pictures later that evening and realized they made the wrong assumptions. I was in such as panic that night... I was afraid by the time I caught them it would be too late and I had waited 5 months for the dress to come in! Lasting Bridal does not allow you to record voice mails and it's often hard to get through to speak to someone. I finally got a hold of someone the next day, and she confirmed she would pass the message on to Wendy. I called in a few days later to confirm the message was passed on which it was so my strap was saved. Nonetheless, I found this quite unprofessional as they made assumptions which could have ruined the strap and the look of the dress.
After the strap fiasco, I went in for my second fitting. The hem was shortened and the hip area taken out. The hem was done so poorly, I could see the raw edges and some portions of the chiffon beginning to snag! When I showed Wendy she said "I will trim the raw edges off." Mind you, it's chiffon so I was terrified the fabric would snag more so I asked her to redo the hem properly and not to 'trim' it. The hip area was still a little tight so Wendy was going to take it out a bit more. Not once did she measure me which I found odd.
On my third trip back, again I noticed the hem was still not done properly. Wendy was simply hemming the front half of the dress not the entire dress bottom, so I felt there was no excuse to have hem that was busting out and showing raw edges. There were thread clippings and needle pin pricks in the fabric where she had redone the hip area multiple times, but Wendy promised this would come out when the dress was ironed.
It took 6 trips before my alterations were completed, which were primarily shortening the front of the dress and expanding the hip area. For $400 I expected much higher quality in alterations. Instead it was sloppy and required too much supervision and revisions. Note: Wendy only takes appointments on Tuesday and Thursdays, so it's not convenient if you are not close to Addison. In the end, I had to overlook the snags in the hip area as there is nothing that can be done to fix that. At my final fitting, I had to ask the girl helping me to show me how to do the bustle because NO ONE offered to show me before. Irene was very pleasant to deal with, but that was the only positive experience out of the 6 trips I made to Addison.

My boss recommended this shop, so I went just because I felt somewhat obligated, but it was the best decision I made. Everywhere else I went I felt pressured to buy, pressured to go over budget, pressured to be what they wanted me to be. This shop had dresses that really fit what I wanted (which was basically to look like a princess), and the Casablanca dress that I ordered was able to be custom ordered just like I wanted it. Laurie, my salesperson, didn't pressure me to buy, and suggested a dress based on what I liked, which was "the one." It was absolutely perfect and everyone at the wedding agreed. Everything at this shop was wonderful, down to the music they played and the calm, friendly atmosphere.

I got my Sottero & Midgley gown here after only trying on 3 gowns. My consultant Sarah was very helpful and not pushy at all. She’s actually the one who picked out my dress, me & my mom didn’t like it on the hanger but she made me try it anyways and once it was laced up we were done looking. They even honored the trunk show discount that was on their website even though the show was over.

I received wonderful service from Bridal Couture. I found a beautiful Maggie Sottero dress and ordered a custom veil. All of the girls were so fun and friendly and were ok with me trying on tons of dresses before I found the one!
The lady who does their alterations was VERY expensive! To do minor alterations for my dress was almost $400. She was very good at what she did, but if you use her expect to spend a lot of money.
I am so glad that I got my dress from Bridal Couture and I would definitely recommend looking there to find your perfect dress

i bought a beautiful dress from them, but they did nothing to help me with the alterations, they were awful, they almost missed up my dress if i had not taken it from them in time.. I DONT NOT RECOMMEND THEM, they say its a family business but they act like its a factory, they dont care about the bride they only care about the money..

Sarah at Lasting Bridal Couture was great to work with and helped us a lot with both my wedding dress and the bridesmaids dresses. She made the process of shipping the dresses to the bridesmaids very easy. She also gave great input about the dresses and where we could go to save some $$ on accessories, etc. They have a great selection of dresses - both bridal and bridesmaids. I found my dress at 2 stores in Dallas but Lasting Bridal Couture was selling it for at least $200 less than the other store (my dress was a San Patrick Edimburgo). Though they have a tailor for alterations, the quote for what I needed was astronomical so they had no issues with me going elsewhere for alterations. Just make sure to make an appt as they are VERY busy and try not to go on a Saturday as it gets very crowded in their store. Otherwise, they are definitely the place to go in Dallas for fabulous dresses.

Sarah was my assistant and SHE was fabulous and very helpful. Her boss, the owner was not quite as accommodating as I would have expected from the owner of a business.
The store is very small and seems to have more bridesmaids dresses than wedding dresses but they did help me find both and gave me a small discount for purchasing them all at the same place.
Sarah had great ideas for shawls for my bridesmaids and several ideas for my dress and garter and veil that I never would have thought of. She was always easy to get a hold of, called us when the dresses came in and was just generally great.
The store owner and her policies were not as great and I will not recommend any brides to them. The bridesmaids dresses came with straps but they were not simply attachable straps, they had to be sewn on and the store was going to charge an extra alteration fee. This is simply the least of the issues I had. But Sarah was great, if she moves I would gladly suggest her.

Everyone at Lasting Bridal Couture was great to work with! They make the process extremely stress free! I got my dress there and all of my bridesmaids purchased their dresses from them as well. It was a very memorable and comfortable experience!!

I spent three hours in Bridal Couture the first time I walked in and I knew I wouldn't have to go anywhere else. Their selection is good. The prices are semi-reasonable. The employees are incredibly helpful. I felt totally confident in using them for my dress.

I loved their selection and had several dresses I liked initially but I kept coming back to this one. They were the only Dallas area store who carried Pronovias so it was an easy choice to buy with them. My dress came in quickly, but they lost my information of when I said I'd come pick it up and they didn't have it steamed in time.
Overall I'm very pleased with them and a bridesmaids dress for another friends wedding is coming from them as well.

I loved Lasting Bridal Couture in Addison, Texas. They had a more "special" selection than the four other places I visited, and their customer service was the biggest plus. I ordered a Casablanca Couture (Style B009) from them and it was beautiful. They weren't snotty like other dress stores, and their staff was attentive, professional and friendly. Their alterations lady was fabulous, too.

I had a really good experience with Lasting Bridal Couture. I originally came to this store because it carried a particular bridesmaid dress that I had found online and fell in love with. My 7 bridesmaids and I got there thinking that was going to be THE dress without a question, and it turned out that the designer had obviously changed up the dress to where it was basically unrecognizable. After passing that up, we decided to start looking around for another one, and found it. It was absolutely perfect and very similar to the one that I found online originally. Lasting Bridal has a great selection of bridesmaid dresses. I had already purchased my wedding dress before going in there so I didn't get a good look at those.
They spent a lot of time with my girls and I - getting them fitted and choosing the right color, etc. They were very easy to work with. I ordered the dresses with double the time I needed before the wedding, and thank God for that. When the dresses originally came in (which was sooner than they told me they would), they notified me that the order from the designer was wrong, and that they were sending them back to fix it. This was not a big deal at all for me since I had plenty of time before the wedding. They fixed the problem quickly and handled the whole situation very professionally. The second time the order came in, everything was perfect.
Overall, they were a pleasure to work with, and worked with me so that I could stay in or around my budget. I'd recommend them to other brides.

This bridal salon sells used and new wedding dresses. I went in there wanting a dress for less than 500 and they pulled several dresses for me and I ended up getting $1500 maggie sottero dress for $200 as a sample gown. THey were super nice and can work with any budget just tell them what your price range is

I loved the selection at this store. Everybody who works here is really really nice and I felt like they gave me a lot of their time and attention. However, when I came back to actually buy the gown I was measured for the length so that it would come in not needing alterations. I kept telling the girls that I thought where they were measuring me it would be too long. Sure enough it was way too long on arrival. They said it would only take one piece on crinlin (sp?) on the bottom to fix it. well 4 pieces later and with my dress looking different (puffy in the skirt...not wanted) it was still a little long at the wedding. I was still tripping on it. I let the lady from their store do the alterations and was socked with a $300.00 bill from her. I tried to talk to her about the length and she told me that I needed to walk by kicking out the dress. i went from a size 8 to a size 4 by the time the wedding arrived. she only took the dress in at the hips which made me look like i had mega hips and the bust was still huge. i felt really rushed during the process and when i would ask questions I just felt shut down. I just wanted to take the dress and run. It took 2-3 weeks to get the dress back and my wedding was coming the next week. it caused a lot of stress that i didn't need. I would recommend the store for the dresses but the accessories are way overpriced and I wished I had taken the dress somewhere else for alterations.

My bridesmaid’s and I went on to Bridal Couture of Addison to find some really good bridesmaid dresses at reasonable prices. The staff had tons of information for us and was very helpful in showing us what bridesmaid dress would be the right choice for my bridesmaid’s. They found some really nice dresses and the selection at the store was really plentiful they had lots of nice dresses. I am glad we went there for the bridesmaid dresses.

We went bridesmaid dress shopping. I had the fortune of being able to go on a shopping spree with with my bridesmaid. We went everywhere looking for the perfect bridesmaid dress and we ended up at Lasting Bridal Couture of Addison and we landed a real nice employee of the shop who helped us through the whole process and with her help my bridesmaid found a bridesmaid dress that she really liked and I liked it too. So my bridesmaid got her dress which was really good looking at Lasting Bridal Couture of Addison. You would of never thought this shop would have a selection like they did.
