Lasting Impressions Bridal Boutique

I bought my wedding gown at this store, but they really didn't help me that much. My dress was purchased far in advance, so I didn't have any problems with delivery time. I tried to buy my bridesmaids' dresses here, but it didn't work out. They didn't have the color I was looking for, or if they did nobody helped me to find it.

The one thing that made me very mad at this store was the alterations' lady. I got there 10 minutes early for my appointment because I don't like to be rushed. It was my wedding dress, and I wanted it to be perfect. So she begins to pin the bottom of my dress while I was still telling her what I wanted for the bustle, and of course she didn't hear a thing I had said. She kept squeezing the breast area when what needed to be tucked in was the waist area. After those terrible 7minutes, she gives me a bill of $385. Bottom line, I left the shop with my dress and went to some place close to my house not specialized in wedding gowns (Rose Tailor and Shoe Repair), and thanks to those ladies at Rose Tailor, my dress turned out perfect.

Our dealings with Lasting Bridal were a nightmare which ended with the owner yelling at me over the phone and telling me off. This was less than 2 weeks before the wedding and we still did not have one of the dresses. Nothing was delivered as promised, they changed prices on us at the time of the actual order, it was the worst experience of the wedding. Luckily we used Patsy's for the bridal gown which turned out to be a wonderful experience.

Great place to find dresses. The only issue i had was that my dresses came in 2 weeks late and they had to be mailed to other states so i got a little stressed there but besides that it was all great.

Great little place! My dress was beautiful and cheaper here than at other places around Dallas. The only bad thing is they don't have enough people working there to take care of all the brides. I've been in there 10 minutes before anyone gave me a "we'll be right with you."

There was a pretty good selection of bridesmaids dresses and here and the staff was very friendly. As with all other bridal salons, I got the sense there was some excess flattery, but they did their best to be helpful. They had the best price on the bridesmaids' dresses that we selected by about $10. They did not tell us that they charge $10 for shipping even if you pick up your dresses at the store (it is $20 if you have it shipped to your bridesmaids directly). I thought that was misleading, but it just makes the price equal to other salons (and they might do the same thing).

They were so helpful! And do such a good job when putting you in your dress, and helping you with picking out veils, and what looks good with your dress!

I found the gown of my dreams at this store. The sales staff was very helpful, and not pushy in the least. My mom also found her dress at the store. The seamstress that they have on staff was great. My dress fit perfectly the day of my wedding. They made the process so easy and fun. I would definitely going here to try on gowns. They have so many different styles; it's easy to get a feel for what you like.

After shopping around several bridal stores in Dallas, I found that Lasting Impressions had the best selection and a wide range of prices. The staff was very helpful and at all overbearing. They provided in store fittings and held my dress until the wedding for me. I was very pleased with this boutique.

Everyone at Lasting Impressions was very helpful. I had bought a dress elsewhere and was unable to cancel my order. The money I lost was a significant amount. Lasting Impressions stepped in and made the dress shopping experience a happy one. Thank you for all you do!

My dress was available at a few boutiques around town, and one of them had it for cheaper than Lasting Impressions did, but I chose to order it from Lasting Impressions because of their service. I ordered my dress with less than 6 months to go before my wedding (more like 3!!) and they were one of the only ones who assured me they had relationships with the designers and would be sure it got in in time, unlike others who scolded me for "waiting so long" to buy a dress....when really I just wanted to marry my fiance quickly! :) I only had to pay $100 rush fee, which I didn't think was too bad considering the price of dresses in general. They were great in helping me determine what size to order as well, and it fit perfectly, no alterations (which was important as it came in the week before the wedding!)! I went to the boutique many more times after I had ordered the dress to try it on with variouis other things I had bought or just to show it to people, and they were always happy to help me try it on again. I also ordered the veil somewhat late, and they let me borrow the sample veil for my portraits as mine had not come in yet. Talk about service! I ordered my necklace there as well, and a petticoat as they were one of the only ones that had the kind I needed. I would definitely recommend Lasting Impressions. Don't let the small size of the place fool you - they are awesome and actually fit tons of great dresses in that little place. Also, I believe if you are looking for a dress in the 700-2000 price range, they really have the good ones picked out there, and won't try to upsell you. I enjoyed every second I spent there and definitely recommend it!

I purchased my Maggie Sottero gown from Lasting Impressions. I was pleased with their service, and I thought the price I paid was reasonable (700 dollars during a Maggie trunk show, before tax and shipping). They were pretty responsive to me when I called checking on the status of my dress. Honestly, I wasn't "wow'd" by anything, that's why I am not giving them five stars, but I don't have anything bad to say about them. The only complaint would probably be we had to wait an hour for a dressing room but I did go on a Saturday afternoon, so that is probably no surprise.

PERFECT!!! Most bridal dress places i went were rude to me and I felt like they didnt care for my business but this place was amazing. They helped me everytime I wanted to try the dress on and gave me all the time in the world. The prices were great and have most of the designer dresses. The dress got here so fast and they steamed the dress for me. Love this place

The staff at Lasting Impressions was extremely friendly and courteous. They did not pressure me in to making a decision, and I felt that I had plenty of time to look around. The store does not look like much from the outside, but they have a great selection of dresses, especially Maggie Sottero and Casablanca. Any time we called to check on the status of my dress, they were attentive and responded quickly. The only problem we encountered was that they accidentally ordered the wrong veil; however, they were quick to correct the problem and order the right one. I would highly recommend buying a wedding dress from this boutique.
