Lasting Keepsakes ruined my wedding flowers.
Some of the petals were broken, the glue holding the bouquet to the matting was very visible, there were bubbles and globs of the sealant on some petals, and there were crumbs at the bottom of the shadow box.
When I tried to contact the company, no one answered their phone at any hour of the day for almost a week, no one ever called me back, and no one responded to my e-mail. I finally had to text a number that was on their company's voicemail to get their attention.
They also overcharged me by $25. When I asked for my price adjustment, they said they would only refund my $20, because "shipping has gone up quite a bit since the last time we had discussed the price."
I had to pay for the return shipping for them to fix their own mistakes. When I received my bouquet, it looked exactly the same as the first time.
Even though I prepaid for my flowers, and there is nothing in the contract about it, when I asked for them to reimburse me for my wedding flowers that they ruined, and they said, " If we reimburse you, the flowers are our property. You did not pay for preservation which means they do not belong to you. If you look at the contract you signed it states exactly that. Either you send the entire box in the same condition as you received or we do not reimburse you."
They think that asking for a refund, and not paying for an item are the same thing...
Oh, and their website says: " We understand how important your flowers are to you and guarantee all of our work." FALSE!

Loved this company and the great customer service. They picked up my bouquet(for free)at my hotel. Met with my husband and I to decide what we wanted to do and that was no easy task. There was sooo many choices, but the lady who helped us was so patient and very knowledgable. She helped us choose a awesome keepsake. it took about 4 weeks before we had photo designs to choose from in then about 3 to 4 weeks to get our keepsake. It was absolutely beautiful and made my husband hang it up right away. I look at it everyday and am so glad that I spent the money on the one thing that has meant so much- Definitley do this-i go by and reread my vows almost everyday(we put our vows in with the bouquet). It brings tears each time!! and my flowers looked like they were exactly as the day i walked down the isle. Love, love, love this company!!!

This is a company that will preserve your bridal bouquets and other keepsakes in a gorgeous shadow box. It's not cheap, but it is beyond worth it. They come to you, and help lay out your shadow box just the way you want it, and then they take all the stuff, and a few weeks later send you the completed product. Very professional and friendly.
Lasting Keepsakes does an amazing job on making your bridal bouquet last forever! Every bride should do this, it's a great!
