Laura Davis Events

Laura Davis Events made our wedding perfect. We wanted something very different, told her our thoughts, and she added her own suggestions which made our wedding one of a kind. People still talk about it every time we see them. She found us vendors that worked in harmony and made all of our dreams come true. Our outdoor wedding even saw the threat of rain, but somehow a rainbow came out and washed away the clouds for the evening. We could not have been happier or asked for more. Laura and her team are HIGHLY recommended.

Laura is simply amazing! She really knows her stuff and makes you feel special. She has great connections with every type of vendor, and knows how to negotiate a good deal. I have had so much stress removed of finding the right dj, photographer, videographer, limo, reception location, invitations, flowers, etc., etc. because Laura's vendor referrals have been so wonderful. We only interviewed one DJ and knew they were it! The photographer she put us in touch with: we fell in love with his work before we even met him! She is also providing us a day-of coordinator which will assure I do not have worry about a thing and will just enjoy our big day!
(PS- I do not know the cost of her services, Laura was gifted to us from my future mother-in-law :) )

Laura Davis Events made our wedding a DREAM wedding. Laura and her staff attened to our every need, want, questions, and concern. Nothing was ever a bother to them and they were always happy to help. They were amazing on our wedding day and I still hear raves from guests even over a year after. I cant say enough about them and urge every bride I can to use them!

Laura Davis did an amazing job for our wedding. We got married on New Year's Eve 2007. Not an easy task to pull off. We wanted a traditional Catholic wedding that would transition into an urban club scene for New Years Eve. Laura accomplished the task effortless and provided guidance and suggestions. She was able to take our bare sketch of ideas and tranform them into a memorable event. We think she is amazing!!!

Laura Davis Events is a great company. Laura is wonderful to work with. She was always available when i needed to talk to her, even about the smallest things. As my coordinator, Laura helped with my budget, made a timeline with everything that needed to be accomplished each month leading up to the wedding, and put together the wedding day schedule for me, my groom, and bridal party. She provided me with great recommendations for other vendors needed for the reception. Laura had worked with most of the vendors that we used before, so everything went smoothly leading up to the wedding and on the day of the wedding. I didn't have to worry about anything on my wedding day. I even received complements from guests on how nice and professional Laura and her staff were. I highly recommend Laura Davis Events to anyone in need of a wedding coordinator or event planner.

It meant so much to me that I was able to work with you on my wedding. You truly exceed my expectations of what a wedding coordinator should be. I was hesitant to hire a wedding coordinator initially because I thought that it would be a waste of money. But having someone around to coordinate things, giving me advice about things I haven’t thought about, and taking care of little details kept my husband and I from losing our minds. In fact, I ended up saving more money because of the ideas you gave me!!! … Our wedding day was an important day for us and we didn’t want having memories of our wedding day as being stressful. We are so glad that you were there to ease the process. Because of your hard work, we will always remember how special and relaxing our wedding day was.

The wedding went well over what I had expected; it was everything I dreamed of and more. Ray loved it; he was very impressed with everyone, especially you and your assistant. He thought you guys were awesome. Everyone thinks I should send in our video to Style, Oprah, and other wedding magazines and TV shows. Everyone said it took their breath away, from beginning to end. … I want to thank you so much for a great experience, being there with me on my journey, it was awesome. And listening to me when I needed to vent, being patient with me, letting me go back and forth between different things I thought I wanted to try. I could not have chosen a more superb wedding consultant than you.

You did an excellent job! David and I are so happy that we hired you to help us. We were really impressed with your organization of everything and just how helpful you were in doing everything to make the night perfect! … David was worried at first that he would pay for a lot of services we didn't need. He was actually against a wedding coordinator at first. But after meeting you and talking with you, he quickly changed his mind – which, let me tell you, is not an easy thing to do! … We know that if you weren't there to coordinate everything, all our plans would not have gone as we wanted. … We wanted things to be perfect and you made sure that they were! Thank you so much!

I want you to know how PERFECT the wedding was. Ryan and I kept saying over and over how much we loved every detail – the flowers were unbelievable, the photographers were agreeable and discreet, the piano man was fantastic – it was perfect. What more can I say? So many people said it was the most beautiful wedding they had seen. It was certainly that way for me! Please know that the celebration exceeded Ryan's and my expectations in every way. … A huge round of applause from the happy couple.

You were always there for us and talked me through some very stressful moments. I know I demanded perfection, and you delivered in a big way. It was the wedding of the year for all of our guests! Thanks so much for everything.

You were great! Mom and I are so glad that we met you! You kept us calm and in order throughout the entire planning process up to the big day itself! It was so comforting to see your smiling face! I have absolutely no complaints! You did an awesome job with everything!

Fantastic, super helpful leading up to the day when I had questions. Wonderful the day of – kept everything running smooth and on time – my obsession! Everything was set up just as I wanted and Laura even came to the rescue when my bustle ripped – it looked better than the original when she was done!

Thank you for everything you did to help make our wedding SO incredibly special! I know how hard both of you worked behind the scenes to make sure Steve and I could just enjoy the day...and we did! All of your help is greatly appreciated. You rock!
