Laura was an absolute joy to work with! I can't express enough how pleased I was with the process AND the final product of our wedding photos. Laura was attentive, positive and professional in every single interaction - from our engagement photo shoot, to wedding planning, to the actual big event itself. From the outset it was apparent that Laura has an absolute passion for her craft. She came to the table overflowing with ideas - but she was always open-minded and flexible in response to our requests. Her photos captured the emotion, the joy and the crucial memories of our wedding day. I am so happy to have worked with an individual like Laura, who really "got it" when it came to our needs and preferences. The photos themselves were just stunning! Glowing light, beautifully framed shots and a brilliant mix of posed portraits & spontaneous frames. I genuinely could not have been more pleased with the results. :)

We heard about Laura though a friend of ours who had Laura photograph her wedding. She spoke very highly of her and I would echo everything she told us - Laura is wonderful not only as a photographer but as a person. She really wanted me to have exactly what i wanted for my wedding photos. She was also great to have around for our wedding festivities, it was like having another friend to hang out with for the day! I also love her style, her pictures are so so beautiful and vibrant they catch everyones attention. I got so so many compliments on both our engagement and wedding photos. I also loved that Laura spent the time to get to know us and to plan ahead for the best picture spots and shots we wanted, and she would teach us why certain spots were better than others because of lighting, etc. She is also very creative with her pictures, capturing small details and candid moments.

Laura did a fantastic job with our wedding. The photos we received were so creative and beautiful that my husband and I decided to upgrade our photo order. Solely, because we couldn't decide on which ones to remove because each picture told a story! While working she gave us an considerable amount of creative input, and stayed calm and collected the whole time. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a photographer! She really cares about the narrative and your vision!

Laura was everything we could have asked for in a photographer! She is extremely creative, giving very helpful advice and special touches but always stayed true to our style. She also was very organized, creating a schedule for the day of our wedding but never hassled us if we fell from it. It is so exciting to have her for a photographer because she shows her excitement and love of photography while making you feel so special on your wedding day. Last, but most important, her work is spectacular! She captured every moment perfectly and beautifully. Her style of shooting is just incredible and I am so grateful that we had Laura as our photographer! I will cherish these photos forever and cannot wait to work with her in the future!

Laura created a detailed schedule for my day and her details gave me some insight on how I should be planning things as well. Her help was invaluable. BUT I should stress this: whatever I ultimately wanted was always respected by her. While she had helpful tips and advice, she never once came close to overstepping.

Most importantly of all Laura's photography captured my day in a way even I couldn't have imagined it. She beyond exceeded expectations. The story she told in her photos was so romantic and the emotions of the day are stuck in the photos perfectly.

Let me tell you a little bit about Laura Murray Photography. My daughter was married in June of 2010 and Laura was launching her career on her own. We met with Laura the first time and she was so accomodating for my daughters and my schedules and she came our direction to meet with us. Her passion for what she does was a huge selling point for us. We felt like we had known her for a long time.

The things that impressed me the most were her responsiveness of returning phone calls in a timely manner, the simplicity of what packages and services she offered, her creative eye in capturing moments in a very artistic way, and her knowledge of knowing what we wanted to capture and executing it perfectly.

Laura took time not only to take pictures, but planned way ahead for locations/settings that would bring out the best photographs. Her second photographer was amazing to have in addition for the price we paid.

You will not be disappointed! I had nothing but great comments with the online slideshow she provided for me to email to my guests and the opportunity for anyone to order prints they wanted! I've already had people from my wedding using her for family portraits, etc.

We love working with Laura Murray on photo shoots using dresses from our stores! I have never meet a more passionate photographer. She loves what she does and it shows. Her images are always breathtaking! I work with a lot of photographers and she is hands-down my favorite.
