I just realized that Tortula and I both hired Laurie for our April 25th weddings! Now I'm even more impressed with her ability to multi-task :) Laurie and Renee saved my life. A month before our wedding, my other florist fell through, and I came to Laurie with only a couple of weeks to spare and a tight budget. She did everything she could to accommodate me- she even came in under my budget! I got so many compliments on the flowers. They truly exceeded my expectations, and Laurie matched my vision perfectly. Laurie and Renee are incredibly organized, they were EXCELLENT communicators, and I can't recommend them enough. If you use them for your wedding, you'll be blown away. This was by far the most professional vendor I worked with.

I met Laurie at a wedding showcase and instantly fell in love with her work. She was the only florist I saw and I am so glad I went with my gut feeling. Laurie and her staff were a pleasure to work with throughout the planning of my wedding. On my wedding day, April 25th, everyone raved about my ceremony and reception decor. It was more beautiful than I could've ever imagined. My bouquet was gorgeous and was the exact color "coral" that I had dreamed. My BM flowers were absolutely vibrant and reflected the colors of my wedding and Spring. It’s great to work with someone so dedicated to her work and provides such great service for a reasonable price because this is her passion. I definitely recommend Laurelwood Designs for all your flower needs!!!

We set out with a certain budget for flowers for our wedding. We didn’t want to spend a ton on flowers because they die and we wanted to allocate our money into more important areas. However, we still wanted something that would look well at our venue with its high ceilings and dramatic design. This was a tough task but Laurie was up to the challenge! She helped us to come up with ideas that would work within our meager budget but still have that ‘wow’ factor.

Our flower trial was beautiful and we were so excited to see the finished products at our wedding.

Then, 2 weeks before our wedding my then FMIL told us she hated everything about the flowers…everything. Laurie was absolutely wonderful and accommodated us for an impromptu meeting to discuss alterations to the centerpieces. We decided on something that made everyone happy and she charged us very little extra to beef up the high centerpieces.

At the wedding the tall arrangements were amazing and MUCH more dramatic and fuller than we had agreed on. The low arrangements were also larger and in higher vases and she also had two cylindars filled with water and a submerged flower with a floating candle on each side of the short cp’s. None of these extras were included in the contract.

Laurie did an amazing job as you can see in our pictures. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone!

Laurie and her staff were wonderful to work with. Everything that I envisioned on my wedding day came to life with her flowers. I met with her and brought pictures and ideas and she made those ideas come true! Every wedding picture taken with the flowers really stands out. I loved the bouquets, the centerpieces and especially my bouquet...so much that I am paying to have it preserved! I definitely would work with Laurie again even if it was just for a big party. Totally great work and quality for an honestly fair price!!

Laurie did the flowers for my wedding 2 weeks ago, and I have nothing negative to say. She and Renee were both a pleasure to work with... they were both so patient and helpful. I just knew after meeting Laurie that the flowers would be great, and they were incredible. My bouquet was gorgeous... everything was perfect. I definitely recommend them to anyone look for an affordable florist who will do an incredible job!

My friend used her for flowers and they just were the complete focus of the room because they were gorgeous!

Amazing,,,, totally listened to what I wanted and spent a long time with me .. I can not wait to see what the flowers look like. Laurie worked with in my budget. She was great and you can tell she loves what she does. So far I am just starting the planning stages with her and I would recommend her to anyone!.
