{Our Design Process}

I love working with brides! I planned my Baltimore, MD wedding in 2011 and haven’t stopped looking at wedding details ever since. For brides, I strive to create an heirloom piece that you will not only wear when you say “I do”, but can be passed down to future generations  and friends. For your bridesmaids,  I like to work with you to create jewelry that not only incorporates your wedding  vision, but also the style of your maid so she wears your piece  long after the big day. Your wedding is all about the details, and just like I hemmed and hawed over every last detail of my  own big day, I will take your wedding  to heart and create jewelry we are both in love with for your day. After all, this is one of the biggest  moments of your life and I’m honored to work with you to play a small role.

Keep in mind our website is simply a jumping off point for you. We provide a proposal with pieces that fit your style - whether it's mega glam or sweet and simple.

{Why Custom?}

Many brides are opting to have jewelry made for themselves, their   bridesmaids, flower girls, mother of the bride and mother of the groom.

Custom jewelry ensures that you get something special and uniquely yours. It is designed with your style and bridal vision in mind. Also,  it is often higher quality than mass produced wedding jewelry. Quality is important when you are giving your maids their jewelry as gifts. You want to give them something that will last well beyond your bid day.

Most people think that custom jewelry is expensive, but the truth is that it is often on par with mass produced (and lower quality) jewelry. Furthermore, because it is custom, you have more options for ways to reduce costs, such as substituting glass for crystal .

Custom jewelry allows you to match your jewelry perfectly with the colors of your wedding. There are many colors of gemstones and many more of Swarovski crystal.

We work together until your happy to make sure each piece is just right for you. 

 {What do I do next?}

First you should reach me via email me at brides [at] everistta [dot] com. I will then send over a short design form for you to fill out that allows me to get a better feel for your big day. We require a 50% deposit up front once a design is agreed upon and the final payment is due prior to shipment. We can work out a payment plan for orders over $300 if you need to spread out the payments further. Don't be shy, just ask!

I ask that you mail me swatches and email a picture of your dress/bridesmaids dresses/mother’s dresses to match colors and styles. If you do not have your dresses finalized yet, don’t worry. We can work with just your vision too. 

Then, taking into consideration the style of the wedding and the style of the dresses, we come up with a design  that is based on something that you have seen, something brand new or something that I have previously designed.  I will send you a proposal that includes sketches and material options for your pieces at different price points. You review and we work together until we are both happy with the end product. Most pieces are fit to your body type so I will ask for wrist measurements, etc. too. 

{What You Get}

Beautiful custom jewelry tailored to you and your wedding party.  Pieces will be high quality and durable.  They make great bridesmaids gifts.  Jewelry that you and your maids will want to wear  well after “I Do”. Also, all pieces come in gift boxes adorned with a blue ribbon for your "something blue".  Don’t forget about other important members of your day too. Often times my brides also gift their mother and future mother-in-law with jewelry that matches their dress and your wedding style. 

Please note, I use all freshwater pearls and vintage brooches in the pieces that require it, giving you a higher quality piece. 

{Creating Heirloom Pieces}

If you have a special brooch or pearls from your mother, grandmother or relative; I love to incorporate those  heirlooms into your piece. A chic and special way to incorporate “something old and something new”.

For my own bridal necklace below , I combined vintage brooches that I found with pearls and rhinestones from necklaces of both of my grandmothers. It was  my way of keeping them with me on my big day.

{Behind the Jewels - Meet Lindsay}

I'm Lindsay Van Cleave, owner and designer of Everistta.

Dreamer...a lover of all things sparkly, anything rose gold, the south, dogs and the first crisp Fall day. A chic gal, wife and new Mommy to a baby boy.

I'm originally from Baltimore, MD (Yay Ravens!), took a detour down South for college and then moved to NYC to pursue my career aspirations. Along the way, I married my best friend and found a new love, making jewelry. I strive to design  chic jewelry that will fit your style.

Taking a stylistic approach to our collections, I like to design jewelry that can be worn simple or layered for maximum impact. Being a statement gal myself, I have been known to wear a large rhinestone bridal statement necklace from my own wedding just around town! I believe the right accessories can make your simple t-shirt amazing. It's all about finding the piece that fits your lifestyle.

{Our Story}

We started out our journey under another name, LCVintage. As our customer base grew we found that we wanted to re-brand to reach our full potential and aspirations to go from just jewelry to a full accessories collection. All of our pieces are designed and made by me in New York City. We sell costume fashion and bridal jewelry. Our bridal jewelry is mostly one of a kind and is an heirloom piece that you can pass down for generations. We use rhinestones, gemstones, vintage embellishments  gold, rose gold and silver materials to create high quality pieces. Our pieces are on trend and not boring, but classic enough that you can wear them from year to year. The sophisticated yet fashion worthy aesthetic to our pieces was the inspiration for our name "Everistta" which means "forEVER fashionISTA".
