We loved Le Limo. Our driver was great - on time, professional and courteous. He had a challenging day too since it was pouring rain. He had me pretty well protected with two umbrellas.
We had a limo bus for the our wedding party. It worked perfectly! It was beautiful, new and clean. And it fit the whole wedding party which made transportation from the church to the venue so much fun.
I also received a discount since the wedding was off season.

Le Limo was very easy and flexible to work with. I talked with Phyllis and she gave us a reasonable quote based on what we were looking for. I told her that we had not finalized our timeline yet and we were told not to worry about it. About a month before the wedding when we had everything finalized, the original timeline had to be slightly tweaked but it ended up being fine. She sent us payment reminders when they were due. The limos were clean. The driver was courteous and punctual. Everything went smoothly and we would definitely recommend them.

We used Le Limo for my son's wedding. They married at the reception site and I wanted my son to still have the joy of riding in a limo to celebrate. We sent a stretch white to pick up the ladies and a 12 passenger black SUV for the men. The limos arrived early and the drivers were dressed very professionally. The men went to a venue for pictures while the limo waited. he was very patient and polite. The ladies had the same experience on their end. Both limos arrived at the Country Club at the same time and the mens' driver kept their vehcile way back, far from the disembarking bride. The bride's driver directed guests how to get to their seats and assisted in shielding the bride from view from the mens' limo. We held on to the SUV until the reception end to take the couple back to their hotel. It was a wonderful experience made so easy by Le Limo. Right from the booking process with Phyllis straight through the day. I have already recommended them to several up and coming brides... A #1 in my book!!!!

The folks at Le Limo are wonderful to work with. They are friendly and courteous, and were a great help in planning the timing of the day. I called them a couple of times the week before the wedding to tweak the timing of the transportation – and they were always accommodating. The only problem came on the day of the wedding, which is unfortunately not when you want the problems to occur. We used a 20 passenger limo bus to shuttle both the bridal party (groom first, and bride second) and all the guests (most of whom were from out of town) from the hotel to the wedding. We had two trips booked for the guests. The driver apparently never made the second trip, and four of our guests ended up missing the ceremony (thankfully, most of the guests had caught the first shuttle). Luckily the guests had a car, and could drive themselves to the reception. But it was disappointing, to say the least. My husband also told me that the driver made a wrong turn when taking them to the wedding site, which ended up causing a ~10 minute delay for the rest of the trips. He says the driver was friendly, although I didn’t get a chance to meet him (since he was late picking up me and my bridesmaids, we just jumped in the bus without saying hi). I realize we were running the shuttle on a tight schedule, but the fact that it stayed right on schedule for the three runs at the end of the night makes me think it was possible. Overall: disappointing.
In response to Le Limo's response below: I appreciate your response. There is, however, a documented record that we arranged to have two rounds of pickups at both hotels -- it was in the contract. Presumably such written documentation is in place to avoid possible miscommunication on the day the service is provided. Why the driver ignored those instructions and risked the miscommunication is unclear. Regarding the manifest of passengers or head count: had I been asked to provide one, I would have. In fact, I remember communicating with you that I was putting together a schedule for guests and trying to organize them into the first and second groups, so that would have been the perfect time to ask. I guess a constructive suggestion would be to request that information from future parties.

Thank you for your feedback. We value each and every bride and know what a special day her wedding day truly is. In regards to the statements above, we have been told that there was a miscommunication between the chauffeur and the 1st group of passengers at the Hampton Inn. When asked, he was told that there were "no more passengers" to be picked up at that hotel, not realizing that they meant for that 1st trip only. We were not supplied with a manifest of names or total head count of passengers expected to use the bus service and did not know anyone had been left behind. In addition, the chauffeur took the left at the winery instead of going straight and had to simply turn around. We work hard to ensure great service and it is unfortunate that these miscommunications happened. Our office staff will ask more questions in the future so that our chauffeurs are better prepared. We welcome the opportunity to provide future service to this bride and groom and turn a "disappointing" experience into a fantastic one!

Le Limo has one of the largest and best kept fleet of cars in the area. Their limos, antique cars and buses are awesome!! I actually have used Le Limo personally and will again (hopefully soon!!)

2. We do not allow signage or anything else to be attached to any of our vehicles.
3. Birdseed and rice are strongly discouraged after the ceremony.
1. Always view the vehicles you are renting IN PERSON. Never sign a contract or pay a deposit without first viewing the vehicles you would like to rent for your wedding day.
2. Always recieve a contract. Make sure any additional charges are listed. Remember that deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
3. Gratuities should be paid in advance. A company should be confident that their chauffeurs will do a fantastic job on your wedding day and refunds will not be necessary.
4. Thoroughly review your wedding day time line. It is important for a company to know if you plan to have a recieving line, photo stop, or re-staging of photos at the church.
5. Properly book enough time to complete all elements you plan prior to arriving at the reception.
6. Make sure any changes to your contract are made in writing and you always have a copy of the most recent itinerary.
7. Confirm all of your arrangements the week of the wedding.
8. Make sure the company has a 24 hour dispatch center to answer your call on your wedding day if necessary.
9. Make sure all the chauffeurs are in a proper uniform. No leather coats or button covers! All chauffeurs should be dressed identical.
10. Red carpet for the bride and a champagne toast at the church are industry standards. You should never pay extra for that!
