Keri and her team are consummate professionals. They did a beautiful job on Sarah and Jason's wedding in June 2011. They kept our budget in mind,too, which I really appreciated. Everything was just perfect that day. No chaos and no catastrophes allowed by that wonderful staff. Keri, you also have a lovely sense of humor, which went a long way toward forestalling anxiety on my part.

Keri was amazing. She made sure that my day was perfect. Everything happened on time and perfectly. She took care of every detail. I don't know what I would have done without her!!

Keri was asked to assist our wedding venue (wedding planners) because of the large guest number. She is a very organized, professional, warm, and personable woman to work with. She made my mom and I feel very at ease with the process. She worked very well with our wedding venue/wedding planners (Arbor Pointe - Pat and Kristin) during the process and her staff did as well as on the day of the wedding. We highly recommend Keri and Leave the Details to Me to anyone looking for wedding and event consulting.

Keri did an amazing job the day of my wedding - I did not have to worry about a thing. She really did focus on the details and was ready with suggestions for the smallest decision. A great advisor to have on your side!

I wish there were an option to choose above labeled "sanity", because that is exactly what Keri and her staff did for us. LTDTM did an amazing job helping us make our dream wedding come to life! Keri is very passionate about her role as a wedding coordinator and it shows - even though I am sure she had other events on the books, Keri made us feel like our wedding day was her main priority. She took time to get to know us as a couple and genuinely showed interest in what our vision was; then she made it happen. Though we only used here as a "day of" coordinator, I wished by the end of it that we could have hired her to handle the whole thing from start to finish. Keri is also very well connected and networked in the event planning industry. Surely it is not an overstatement to say that hiring Keri was the best decision we made. I would most definitely recommend Keri and the Leave the Details to Me staff to any bride who wants her wedding day to look beautiful and feel unique, but also to any couple who wants to be able to enjoy their wedding day without having to worry about the details.

I totally love Keri and Ruth they did an amazing job with our wedding and everything went prefect from the beginning to the end. I knew that having a wedding planner would be a big help but I didn't realize just how much it would actually be. Having Ruth the day of was completely stress free and allowed my mom, husband and me to have a great time. Plus, she helped make sure things were getting done at the right time and schedule, even Kerri was able to make a quick stop to see how things were going. Great people to work with.

If I could give 6 stars I would. Keri and team were that great! I didnt decide until late to get a DOC, because I thought I was super organized (which I was). However, Keri thought of things that never crossed my mind and took so much stress away from me I can't even explain!

Keri and I talked several times on the phone as I was an out of town bride, met with the venue both on the phone and in person to walk though everything before the day of the wedding and emailed numerous times. She even ran to the store for me, took back the cake tray, and countless other little things I ran of time to do.

We had a good plan the day of and were cruising through, then it started to rain. Well, the ceremony and reception were both outdoors. Once we had to make the decision to move indoors, Keri took over and made me feel so much better about everything (even though I think it was mass chaos, I never knew!) and when I walked into the ceremony and reception you would never know a couple of hours ago nothing was there...it was simply gorgeous.

Without Keri, I would have cried, stressed and not had nearly as much fun on my wedding day. Once everything was set-up and underway she was excellent and focusing on me and the groom. She brought us drinks while we were taking pictures, made sure to coordinate timelines with the DJ, passed out vendor payments and tips, bustled me, and just kept things moving.

After the reception, she and her team broke everything down, packed it away and enabled the families and the wedding party to just have fun! I would completely recommend Keri to anyone, the peace of mind she brings and the confidence and knowledge she posses are worth every penny. Do yourself a favor and just go for it. You will not regret using Keri!

I worked with Leave the Details to Me for the last 3-4 weeks before the wedding. I worked mainly with Ruth Weinheimer and some with Keri Wootton. In the weeks leading up to the wedding Ruth and Keri did an awesome job. It was such a relief to have someone take care of the vendor delivery coordination, day of scheduling, set up and all of the little details right before the wedding. It was also such a blessing to have them coordinate everything the day of. It really allowed me to enjoy the weekend and the time with my family and friends. Both of them did an amazing job and everything went so smooth. They always responded very quickly to emails/calls and were always friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Working with Keri was great. I would definitely work with her again. I highly recommend Keri for any event where you need a party planner.

Keri was amazing! She had been recommended to me by our vendor coordinator. She was available by email or phone every time I had a question or concern. She worked well with all my vendors, and was very helpful in providing recommendations for aspects of the planning process I hadn't considered. Three days before the wedding, we decided we wanted transportation to and from the wedding for 75 guests, and she was able to arrange it without a hitch.

The day of the wedding, she was able to handle every glitch and change of plans without my even knowing anything was going on. Many of our guests commented on her professionalism at the wedding...she continued to attend to each detail until everyone had left and the venue was spotless.

In addition to all of this, she also married my husband and I before the formal ceremony, as she is a certified officiant! I cannot begin to express how grateful I am to Keri. She made my wedding day both enjoyable and nearly free of stress (which I didn't think was possible!).

Keri did everything she could think of and then some to make my daughter's wedding just the way she wanted. I was ambivalent about having a coordinator, but would never do it again without one. I was able to focus on my daughter and the guests. Keri was more organized than I would have been and her staff had a great eye for laying out the table decorations. They totally packed up everything after the reception and even packed them into my car. No detail was left undone!

My husband and I contacted Keri to coordinate our rehearsal and day-of ceremony events. We believe she went way beyond her duties and was very professional throughout the whole process. Keri developed a timeline of events and contacted all our vendors leading up to the day to make sure they were on schedule. She was very easy to get in contact with, calling us whenever anything changed or needed clarification. Her team greeted our guests as they entered the wedding venue and was on hand to answer questions or direct people as needed. Hiring Keri and Leave the Details to Me was one of the best investments I made for my wedding. Every time Keri said 'I'll do that" (decorate the reception hall, pick up flowers, cue the band, etc.) I breathed a little easier. It definitely helped me enjoy my wedding day.

Keri Wootten truly is WONDERFUL! I actually live in Houston, and we originally were not planning to hire a wedding coordinator to help us to plan our Austin wedding. After viewing the website of our venue, I was inspired by photos of an absolutely GORGEOUS wedding which had been coordinated by Keri. That being said, we are SO happy that we had the chance to work with Keri. ABOVE and beyond professionalism, vendor relationships, reputation, and Keri is excellent at well, handling all of the details! We don't know what we would have done without Keri's help especially being that we had an out of town wedding. Working with Keri, and "leaving the details to her" was absolutely invaluable to having the most perfect wedding day! I can clearly see why she is a "Bride's Choice" winner!

Hiring Keri was the smartest thing that my then-fiancé and I did. The discounts she got for us through her contacts covered nearly twice her fee. She was an absolute dream to work with: she has a great sense of humor but still manages to have incredible professionalism. Everything my now-husband and I needed, she had already anticipated. I cannot recall a single hiccup at our wedding. There were a few issues that I found out about later, but Keri shielded us from all problems and solved them so that we didn't have to know or worry!

I've been heavily involved at other weddings since my own, and at every moment of the last one I wished that there was a coordinator there that was on par with Keri and her team's excellence. The vendors she works with say she's the best in the city. I believe them. Hire Keri.

I didn�t even want a planner when I first started planning my wedding, I am very specific about what I like and I didn�t know how a planner could really help. I only decided to use one at my Mom's strong suggestion. I am so glad that I did because Keri Wootton is absolutely amazing.
We used her middle package which includes day of planning and some additional help with picking vendors. I was still able to pick most of my vendors on my own and I totally felt in control of my �vision� the entire time which was very important for me. Like I said before, I am very specific about what I want and how it happens so it was important to work with someone that didn�t try to push me in another direction. Keri was awesome about listening to what I wanted and helping me pick the appropriate rental, tent and lighting vendors.
About three weeks before the wedding weekend is when everything really got busy. I had a lot going on with work and only took two days off before my wedding so Keri made sure everything was good to go. We had probably about 15 different vendors, our venue was the French Legation so it was outside and nothing is provided with the venue so there was a lot to manage.
We had a large rehearsal dinner so the events started on Friday. I literally stopped worrying about anything by about 2 pm on Friday and left it in Keri's hands. Our rehearsal dinner was wonderful and looked beautiful and our wedding was perfect. I literally would not have changed a SINGLE thing! It was exactly my vision of what I wanted my wedding to look like and everything went so smoothly, I didn�t worry about anything. I had so much fun and danced most of the night. Keri came to get me when it was time for us to make our grand exit and she had packed everything up already and had it loaded into our trolley that we were taking back to the hotel! I can�t believe I ever thought of not having a planner and I am SOOOO glad that we worked with Keri. I already recommended her to a friend of mine that is getting married next year and she will be so glad she went with her.
She is very experienced so you are going to pay more than you would for a new planner, but it is so worth it, she is AMAZING!!!

I cannot imagine not having Keri as my wedding planner!! She and her staff are AWESOME. Everything was perfect for our ceremony and reception, and I did not have to worry about a thing. We also saved a ton of money because of Keri's contacts and recommendations. You definitely want her as your wedding planner, I promise!!!

Keri did a great job personally seeing to the success of my daughter's wedding. We had to coordinate this wedding with my daughter in Indiana, my sister in Dallas and myself in Singapore. She provided great list of suppliers for us to consider and to use. On the day of the wedding, all I had to worry about was making sure my daughter was happy. Everything else was taken care of by Keri and her team member. It was a great piece of mind.

The only thing to work out more in detail is after the wedding and reception - we left behind all of the flowers and reception items. Should coordinate this better.

She was very professional in everything that she did! She's an amazing Wedding planner and i Recommand her to Any and everyone. She made my wedding day perfect! I felt like she was a sister to me.

I never thought I would need a wedding coordinator, but boy am I SO glad I hired Keri! Without Keri, my wedding may have been a disaster.
I hired Keri for the day-of which includes unlimited communication before the wedding, support during vendor selection, and a few sanity check meetings when the wedding came near! I actually had a ton of problems with my venue and the 3rd catering manager that I ended up with (lots of staff changes at the venue I picked.. ugh). Despite all the problems, Keri figured it all out to a T. Everything was great - no, it was perfect! We were able to work around the venue's problems but I wouldn't have been able to do so if I hadn't had Keri. She knows who to call for help and to get things done, all while she takes care of you and keeping you calm and happy.
Hiring Keri for your coordinator and/or planner is a necessity. I highly recommend her for ANY event, but especially for your special wedding day where you want everything golden. She went above and beyond for me and surprised me with things she had already taken care of, before I even asked about them.

Don't have your wedding without her! As the event came to a close, and my new husband and I got back to the beautifully decorated bridal suite (what a great surprise!), I felt soooo happy and it was COMPLETELY thanks to Keri!

Keri was excellent! She responded quickly to needs during the planning phase but most importantly took care of every detail during the day of the wedding. We would highly recommend her and feel her services were more than worth the money we paid!
