We selected two cars for our wedding. A Lincoln stretch to pick up the groom and groomsmen to bring to the church and another Ford stretch limo/truck for the girls and the rest of the day. We definitely couldn't beat the price. I was more impressed with our driver. Since we had a rainy day he was out there with the oversized umbrella walking each individual girl to and from the limo. He carried our flowers, our dresses and transported/packed/unpacked all of our belongings. We had a long drive from the church to the beach and then the reception and he was a great driver. The limo was clean, updated electronics inside, and a wet bar with some extra champagne. He really made everyone in our bridal party feel special.
My husband and I booked this company because they appeared to be the only limo company in our area that had a 40 passenger party bus available for that weekend. The limo arrived on time to both my father's house, and the party bus arrived on time to my husband's house. We were initially told that time spent in traffic, or a late time of up to fifteen minutes, was no extra charge because traffic could not be controlled and therefore would not be an additional expense to us. They also stated that a grace period of up to fifteen minutes was allotted due to the hectic nature of a wedding day, and the amount of passengers that would be getting on the bus. Turns out, the day of the wedding, the driver of the party bus told my husband that he would owe them another $695 in late fees for time spent in traffic, meanwhile, our expected arrival time at the venue was between 5 and 5:30, and we were only running fifteen minutes late...... My husband was told that if he "took care of" the driver and the bus host, that they wouldn't charge him extra. To keep the peace and prevent an argument, my husband went along and tipped them, but I felt extorted. They never put a runner down in the church, and they never put down a red carpet runner for the bridal party and I as we were getting on the bus, as was promised. We never complained because we felt so rushed but I would not use them again.
Legend Limos was very responsive and professional. They confirmed the day before as they said they would and were ready and waiting on time. The limo driver even carried out our flowers at the ceremony. I would definitely recommend.

We contracted with Legend Limousine to provide a town car to pick us up from our home to bring us to the venue and then to provide a stretched limo at the end of the night to drive us to the hotel. They worked to give us a price that kept us on budget and stayed in touch with us to confirm all the details - even allowing us to change the pickup times the DAY before the wedding. The best part of the experience, though, was the wonderful surprise they gifted us - instead of showing up with a town car they upgraded us free of charge to a stretched limousine. The limos were fully stocked for both rides and we had a great experience. We highly recommend them.
Legend Limo's provided excellent service for our wedding and for our service to and from JFK for our honeymoon. They were on time, the party bus was clean and equipped and it was a great value. We highly recommend Legend Limos.
Fantastic limo company... Our driver knew exactly what to do and when, helped calm me down when the nerves hit before the wedding, he was super professional... Def. recommend them!!!
We used Legend Limousines, Inc for our wedding and they were professional and did everything correctly. We had a stretch Escalade and a Rolls. The drivers were in tuxes and were early each time. We had a town car at the end of the night and he was there waiting for us. They also had a red carpet and champagne service. Their limos were clean and everything worked. We also used them for a 40 person limo bus the next day that was perfect! We would highly recommend them!
Our driver from Alexis went above and beyond to assist me and my husband on our wedding day. He was prompt, professional, friendly without being in the way, and even assisted with directing the attendants down the aisle! The company's prices are also extremely reasonable -- about half what many other local companies charge! They even gave us a discount on a town car to our hotel after the reception. I have had several friends use this company for their weddings, and they all had a similar experience.
Limos in perfect condition and super clean. Drivers were very friendly and on time. Didn't make you feel rushed and would go wherever we asked.
Friday before the wedding, we got a confirmation call from the limo company. 11am pick up for boys, 11:15 for me and the girls, 11:30 ceremony start. We still owed them the rest of our payment, so I said "Let's get the flowers and pay off the limo so we don't have to have all this cash on us for the wedding".
We went to the florist and limo company because they were in the same shopping center. I went to the florist, fiance went into the limo suite to pay them off. He comes into the floral place and tells me I never left a deposit. Um, I thought you couldn't book without one? I went in, the girl at the desk said "i dont have record of it and it's probably somewhere"...really nasty.
I said whatever, I'll deal with it monday.
At 11:25 on my wedding day, at my house, driver shows up (late, he was supposed to get me at 11:15). Driver tells me that his boss would like to speak to me, so I get on his phone and he tells me that my fiance reamed him out and they did nothing wrong. I said whatever and let it go I did not want to get upset. The driver called me Nicole, 6 times, one of my bridesmaids yelled at him, "for the final time, her name is J*****" she said at one point. He drove erratically too, we couldn't drink because I was afraid of spillage. My Aunt following us said he was all over the road.
When we got into the limo after the church, DH told me they never came to get him. He said by 11:08, he called them to find out where the guy was, and they said he's on his way he'll get there at 11:30. Derek fumed, someone input the info wrong. So, he told them to cancel his pick up for him and go get me, FIL drove the boys to the church.
Today, husband calls, we get our $100 back for the overpayment, but no refund because they said we should have read the receipt. We spoke to the guy over the phone friday and confirmed the times....SOMEONE ELSE screwed UP!!!! So I call, They called us liars, they denied everything!!!
I'm sorry, but planning a wedding takes a lot from you, so yes, you are going to over see something, BUT COME ON! A good limo company would have saw the ceremony started at 11:30 so why was there an 11:30 pick up time? It's THERE fault, not ours. I am FUMING. They made NO CONTACT from June til the day before the wedding about any of this, and I WAS RIGHT THERE WHEN DH TALKED TO THEM OVER THE PHONE AND CONFIRMED 11AM PICK UP FOR DH & GROOMS, AND 11:15 PICK UP ME AND THE GIRLS
They Also called me an IDIOT. Yes, They crossed the line with me, and so I had words, words I will not repeat, but DON'T REGRET. They said it first, so I fired back, I don't take these things very well. Bunch of morons and liars. Better business bureau was contacted by me.

Thank you for taking the time to read this today. I appreciate your help in resolving this matter. The statements made by the client are all false. The client threatened that if they did not receive a full refund, they would do whatever they could to cause us harm. That being said, I would love an opportunity to elaborate further with you the details that are explained below.
Here is the information I forwarded to my attorney as far as paperwork. Here are the facts as I see them.
At Legend Limousines, Inc., we operate using LimoWiz software. This software manages our entire business. On or about June 21st 2010, Jessica came into our office and booked her wedding. (Please see signed contract) She left a $100 deposit on a credit card. On the morning of Friday, 11/19, our office called to confirm the information that was inputted into the computer. Gregory Orishak confirmed the itinerary over the phone with the groom Derek. Our computer showed an 11:30am pick up. Later that afternoon, Derek came in to our office and paid the balance. At that time, Nicole could not find a record of their deposit in the computer. Derek paid an additional $100 more than he was supposed to. He was instructed that the gentleman who handles accounts receiveable (Gregory Orishak) will be in Monday morning, and that he would research the charges, and would issue a refund if need be. In addition, the client was given a copy of their chauffeur’s paperwork that indicated he had paid the balance in full. This paperwork again indicated an 11:30am start time.
On the morning of 11/20, the day of the wedding, the groom called our office at between 5 and 10 minutes after 11am. He wanted to know where his limo was. Nicole had informed him that the vehicle is on it’s way, but that he was not scheduled to be there until 11:30am. Derek became irate, yelling and insulting Nicole on the phone. He directed Nicole to have the chauffeur skip his pick up, so that the bride would be first. I walked into my office at about 10-12 minutes after 11am. Nicole filled me in immediately. I got my chauffeur on the phone at 11:15am, he was already sitting outside the bride’s pick up location. I directed the chauffeur to let me speak with the bride Jessica. I informed her that there had been a mix-up earlier in the morning, and that I (the person she had made the reservation with) was now in control of the situation. The bride was still in her house, and not fully ready. The job went well from that point on, and I am not certain, but I believe the chauffeur received an additional tip.
The morning of 11/22, I walked into my office at about 11:20am. Derek was on the phone with Gregory working out the additional money’s paid. The client was placed on hold, while Gregory informed me of the client’s complaints about the service rendered. Gregory refunded the credit card for the additional $100 the client over-paid. At that point, I got on the phone with Derek. I tried to explain to the client that we confirmed all the information as it was inputted into the computer. I then pulled the original hand-written contract that he or Jessica had signed back in June when we first met. The contract clearly states 11:15am pick up. The client demanded a full re-fund, which I would not authorize. He threatened that I would then have to deal with his wife, who was not going to be happy with me. I told him that would be fine. Approximately 3minutes later, Jessica called. She demanded that we put her on speaker phone so that our “whole office can hear.” While on speaker phone, she insulted several members of our staff, calling them vulgar names including Liars. At that point, I pulled the phone off speaker, and listened to her concerns thru my handset. I waited until she was done, and then informed her of our confirmations process where we had confirmed TWICE the pick up time & itinerary. She told me that if I did not give her all her money back, she would let everyone know her experience, and “I have a big f*ing mouth”. I told her that would be fine. Within minutes, she was on LIWeddings spreading lies about how we were late for her wedding and how we called her insulting names. These statements were not true, and LIWeddings pulled them from their site, as well as issued her a warning. At approximately 6pm on 11/22, Jessica found out that her comments had been pulled from LIWeddings. She began a discussion of how she felt that unfair, and made the statement “that’s ok, LIWeddings is not the only wedding website I can go to. At approximately 6:20pm, I received notification that Jessica had signed up for WeddingWire.com and wrote the same statements she made on Liweddings. In addition, her friend, who had been blasting our facebook page about the events, had also signed up for Wedding Wire.com to write us a review.
These are just the facts, no emotion included. Legend Limousines, Inc. offers it’s client’s the highest level of service. We pride ourselves on that. Had the client told us to be there @ 11am, we would have been 20 minutes early for their pickup. Their chauffeur reported on time for work, and their was no mechanical issue with the vehicle that caused us to be late. Should anyone request any further testimony to the above, please do not hesitate to speak with either Bobby or Nicole. We will gladly furnish written & signed documents to attest to the above mentioned remarks.
We got a party bus for the entire bridal party and us- the bus was very nice and clean. They have a host to help you with any of the features of the bus, but I didnt think they did much. My only annoyance was they kept pressuring us to leave while we were taking pictures to head out to the reception so we wouldnt get charged over-time.
The rolls royce was great! Super clean and the driver was SO nice and professional. I would use them again.
We used Legend Limo to get from the Reception to the hotel. We booked last minute (about a week before the wedding!) and it worked out great! They gave us a great price, and were very easy to work with. I booked over the phone, and also changed the time 2 days before the wedding. They arrived early, and got us to the hotel no problem!
Our limo broke down the morning of the wedding. Bride had to be driven to church by groomsmen. Limo was fixed in time to get to the reception.
the limos all came on time (we rented two stretch and a bentley). the drivers were all professional adn very courteous, also very attentive to my needs and the rest of the bridal party (it was raining!).
