Les Detailles Event Coordination and Design

i was recently married on 07.07.07 and worked with Vanessa, the owner of Les Detailles and she was a pleasure to work with. i originally had signed a contract with her for day-of services only, but after realizing how much work was getting done for such a small price, half-way through planning, i had her take on full wedding coordination. she worked very well with my other vendors and arranged all of my dress fittings, catering appointments, facilitated my favor selection and my florist issues. overall, i couldn't have chosen a better coordinator and cannot wait to see the pictures and videos from our big day!

this is a GREAT person i used in los angeles who just recently moved her business to norcal (services the central valley and bay area). when she was in la she worked for the #2 top rated planner in la (rated over mindy weiss). she was basically a partner but had to move to norcal, so shes opening the business there. she was amazing, easy to work with, professional, insightful, prompt...almost like your bff helping you out making sure you enjoy the process. she was super organized, respectful of what i wanted and didnt want and wasnt in the way, unless i wanted her to be! some weeks i wanted full control, and she let me...and some weeks i lost control and she was there to pick up the pieces and move full steam ahead! she gets EVERYTHING done. her packages are pretty inclusive for the prices she charges. shes GREAT!

A sense of relief overcame us when Vanessa McMasters joined our family in planning for our daughters wedding. Vanessa became a part of our planning team just as time was becoming short. She immediately made herself knowledgeable about the plans and commitments that had been made and provided us with a list and a timeline of what was yet to become. Vanessa worked with us in setting a budget and then she adhered to that budget prudently.
While identifying the logistics of the wedding plan, she also provided us with a plethora of creative ideas to make our daughters wedding unique and memorable. Vanessa’s ideas were unique and innovative. With all the possibilities she provided, it became a family topic of conversation what would we do and what wouldn’t we do, of course we wanted it all!
Vanessa set up a regular meeting with our daughter to move to keep her posted on the progress and to move us to the next steps. She would also meet with us face-to-face to keep us informed and to gather our input. Vanessa made herself available when we met with different vendors. Vanessa came to know the thinking of our daughter and us as a family. There were times that our individual schedules prevented us from traveling to “view” particular items and details of the wedding. With our permission, Vanessa would preview, take pictures and brought us a few ideas to consider.
Just prior to the wedding Vanessa made certain, that she had in hand the information she would need during the wedding day itself. What was remarkable, Vanessa and her husband were invited guest to the wedding, however during the wedding she was virtually invisible. When it was time to cut the cake, do the toast etc. she would quietly step up let us know where we needed to be next. She never felt obtrusive but kept the day on track.
Vanessa was truly a “savior”. She brought us to a state of calm and filled with knowledge. By wedding day, we felt confident the events prior to and events during the day were ready and our worries were minimal.
The greatest testimony came from our youngest daughter who said to Vanessa, “you can plan my wedding too!” (Sorry, Vanessa, not just yet . . .)
