Their customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE and UNACCEPTABLE. They NEVER respond to your correspondences, and they don't have a phone number to call. I have placed a few orders (totaling $150+) from this website, and both times, sent defected items (items with rust on them), and sent another defected one for exchange. In addition, I was never notified (they do not respond to your emails or letters) for backordered items. They just didn't send the item, and only came 4 weeks later, VIA First Class mail when I originally paid extra for PRIORITY. Usually, well known companies, or the standard service is, that they will send any backordered items via the shipping method that customers originally paid for. I emailed and sent letters to file several complaints and requesting explanations, but no response. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. Furthermore, I found other reviews on this store from other people complaining of "never receiving orders" and "they don't respond."

This is the eptiome of the worst possible customer service. Or lack thereof. I ordered some sealing wax which came defective so I sent it back with a letter stating that I would like my credit card to be refunded. Not only am I still waiting for a refund, I was charged not once but twice (!) for shipping. I have sent several e-mails but of course have had no response. Funny, when I was placing an order they seemed to find the time! STAY AWAY FROM LETTERSEALS.COM!!!!!!

I have done business with LetterSeals.com in the past with no problems. But as of late, it has been a nightmare. When dealing with wedding invitations and deadlines, there is no excuse for delays and bad customer service. My order that is promting me to write this review, has still not arrived. Seven days late and no response to inquiries and e-mails. I hope the owners are not in some sort of crisis. But I will no longer trust my projects to LetterSeals.com.
