Our customary wedding & reception rentals include arches, pedestals, columns, floor & table candle holders, floor & table easels, vases, mirrors, flameless candles, chafing dishes, crystal trays & bowls, & a variety of accessories.

Contacting us at least two months prior to the event is desirable; however, we are happy to accommodate last-minute requests based upon availability of the items needed.

The order can upgraded, dependent upon availability of additional items requested.

An order should be canceled at least three weeks prior to the event. Deposits are nonrefundable.

We deliver between 8am & 6pm; take-down is acceptable after 6pm as appropriate for the client's event. Other hours can be arranged with enough advance notice. The set-up & take-down hours are part of our client rental agreement.

Damaged, lost or stolen items result in a post-event fee as determined by Lighthouse Event Decor staff at the time of take-down. Specifics are detailed in our rental contract.

Must dishes be washed as part of the rental agreement?
No, but they must be rinsed free of excess food.

Are your rental items meant more for formal occasions or for casual parties?
Our inventory includes rentals for both types of events. If you're looking for something unique, check out our wooden or heavy iron floor candle holders.

How much is your delivery fee?
We are based in Duncanville. The delivery fee is in addition to the rental cost and is dependent upon the event zip code. We deliver as part of our service so that clients have more time to enjoy their events.

Do I have to be available to accept delivery of my rental items?
No, but our rental agreement requires the name & phone number of the person responsible for accepting delivery at the event site.

How far will you make a delivery?
We travel everywhere in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

May I decorate an arch or columns myself?
Decorating materials may be attached to rental items. We keep decorations on hand for such use; you may rent them to use yourself, provide your own, or allow us to do the decorating for you. These decisions will be outlined in your client rental agreement.



It's never too soon to plan your rehearsal dinner, wedding and reception! Regardless of your budget, renting can save you money in the end.

Ask about package deals. Our company regularly updates inventory. If you don't see what you're looking for, call or email and ask about it.

Be organized. Take notes. Make a notebook with pictures of decorations & colors you like. Record what you see in stores and on-line, including the date & cost. It can be a fun process, and you'll be glad you did it!

If you find something you REALLY like and want to use, go ahead and secure it. Postponing making a final decision often ends in disappointment.
