I cannot express in words how incredible my experience was at Lillian Lottie! I found an absolutely GORGEOUS gown, and the ladies that helped me were so friendly and helpful I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They were all attentive to my needs financially, and my wants in style, and added their own expertise to make sure I was taken care of in every way. My mom even found her MOB dress at the same time! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! (Btw, don't let the location scare you away, the "Scottsdale" vibe isn't there in a negative way AT ALL!) Thank you ladies!!

Lillian Lottie made the wedding dress experience so enjoyable! They have a great, unique selection of dresses and everyone there is so nice! The personalized service you get is far beyond what you get at any other bridal shop! I mainly worked with Jenny and she is fantastic! She got to know me and my family and helped us immensely. I came in with a picture of my "dream dress" that wasn't in their stock, but I ended up with a dress that far surpassed my "dream dress"! With the help of Tama, their expert seamstress, they created a lace build-up with sleeves that went perfectly with my strapless dress. It was perfect for covering up during the church ceremony and added so much elegance to an already beautiful dress. The result was more than I would have imagined! I am ever grateful to Lillian Lottie and feel so fortunate to have found them!

The girls at Lillian Lottie were the best!!! They helped me find the dress of my dreams, helped with alterations, and I got all of my accessories from here as well. It really is a one-stop shop. If you want personal attention while shopping for your dress, this is the place to go.

Lillian Lottie was the 3rd bridal boutique I stopped in to try on dresses and found THE DRESS here. The moment I stepped in, my sister and I were greeted and offered champagne or water. Very nice! Meghan talked to me to get a sense of what I was looking to eventually purchase. She chose a few and I picked a couple. As soon as I put on my dress; I knew it was the one after I started tearing up along with my sister. Meghan was so awesome through the entire process and was great at communication. I even bought my wedding shoes here, which were perfect! Go see Meghan, because she is fantastic!

I had a wonderful experience at Lillian Lottie. The environment is so inviting and friendly. I loved how although it was a smaller boutique there were tons of options.

I went in to try on the dress that I thought would be "the one" but when I did it wasn't at all what I wanted. I told Meghan what I was looking for and she picked out three dresses...the first one was my dress! The alterations took a while to get right but I'm also very picky and made lots of changes. I wouldn't say I had the best experience with the alterations portion but what I really enjoyed was that Meghan stepped in and helped me communicate what I was trying to say to the seamstress. It really helped us get on the same page. I would definitely recommend them to anyone else!

After some not so great 1st attempts at finding a wedding dress in San Diego I headed to Scottsdale to continue the search with my family at Lillian Lottie. The salon was very quaint and had an amazing ambiance which made my family and me the bride fell at ease and excited to try again. The staff was very helpful and was able to assure me that this dress experience would be different then the last and it was! They are true professionals and were able to listen to what I was looking for and find the wedding dress of my dreams without blinking and eye!

I'm a pretty demanding bride and I could not have picked a better bridal shop... Everyone was amazing and accommodating. Don't let the Scottsdale location deter you. They were very down to earth and HONEST but kind. They just want you to look your best on your big day. Thanks Ladies.

I love love LOVED this place. Everyone there is so pleasant and nice including on the phone. I talked to a few other snobby dress shops that clearly didn't need my business but when I stumbled upon Lillian Lottie they were just so bright and nice and eager to help me out. I was looking for a specific dress which they carried as well. I overheard that none of their dresses are over $3,000 which is great. When I went for my appt they were very helpful and pulled tons of dresses for me to try on and were very attentive. Every detail was perfect and attended to, I don't think it could have gone smoother!

I got my dress and tux from Lillian Lottie. They were so helpful from my first visit to my final fitting, it was a great experience. They helped with my jewelry and veil too, and I loved the way it all came together perfectly. Getting the tuxes from Lillian Lottie was one of my best decisions, we were able to pick out tuxes that complimented my style of dress. The guys all loved so handsome :) I did all my fittings at Lillian Lottie and the dress fit perfectly! I couldn't say more good things about these all of these girls, they are so SO great!

Lillian Lottie Couture is the number one place to go for any bride! They make you feel so comfortable and most important, help you find your dream wedding gown. They have a large selection of styles and my favorite thing is that everything is done there. So anything you wan to add or subtract from your gown they'll do! And they are GREAT at it! I can't thank all the girls at Lillian Lottie enough for all their help! I initially went into the store to find a wedding dress. I was so immediately so impressed with their personal service and professionalism. They were extremely kind and shared my excitement! They had told me that whether I find my dress with them or somewhere else, they would be happy to help me in any way they can. I ended up getting my dress at the Running of the Brides, so when it was time for cleaning, alterations, repairs and accessorizing, I went straight back to Lillian Lottie. They were able to alter the dress to my perfect fit. They also repairs some broken buttons, added lace to my veil (which matched my dress beautifully) and created a gorgeous custom flower for my hair. Everyone commented on how beautiful the flower was and how perfectly it matched my dress. They were so great through the whole process and provided such amazing work!

First, Meghan is absolutely wonderful! I had been to a few shops before I met Meghan at a bridal show and asked if she had a particular dress in her shop that I found somewhere else, but couldn't get past how rude and unclean the other shop was. She got back to me the next day and they didn't have it, but she offered to order in a sample dress from the designer. I showed up to try it on and a few others, but when I put that one on I knew it was 'the one', the feeling I couldn't get at the other shop. I ordered my bridesmaid dresses from Lillian Lottie too! Although I had some mishaps with my minor alterations of my dress, Meghan corrected them for me and they turned out great! Jennie made my veil and necklace and they were so perfect with the dress I couldn't have asked for anything more! You will receive truly personalized service from Meghan and the other girls in the shop. For being a boutique shop, the prices are no more than any of the other stores you will go to. I highly recommend that you stop in to see Meghan, the experience will be something you remember forever!

Megan, who owns Lillian Lotties is amazing! She will bend over backwards to make sure that you're happy! This place feels like being at home with family and friends. I want to go back just to visit them! :) They have a seamstress on site named Tama that is beyond talented. She tore my dress apart and made it exactly what i wanted! Go here!!!!!!

The ladies at Lillian Lottie Couture provide incredible customer service. They allowed my mom, sister and myself to try on dress after dress (over and over) to find the perfect gown. The first dress I tried on was "the one". They made me feel very comfortable about one of the largest clothing purchases a girl will every make. I went in house for alterations and they turned out perfect! I went in a number of times and was greeted with a smile every time.

I bought my dress and veil from Lillian Lottie and when the dress arrived less than a month from my wedding date they rushed the alterations and dress came out perfectly and in plenty of time for the wedding. I would recommend this boutique to any bride.

The ladies at Lillian Lottie were a real pleasure to work with. They helped me find the perfect dress and were very patient with all the other ones I tried on before. I always enjoyed going into the shop for my fittings and just to chat over drinks and snacks. Its a great, cozy environment and made wedding dress shopping alot of fun! I also did my alterations through Cyndi and she was AMAZING!! Highly recommend her - she worked some major magic with my satin gown :)

Lillian Lottie transformed old strands of pearls from my grandmother into new jewelry for my wedding day. I had a necklace, earrings, and a bracelet custom made at a great price. The sentimental value of my grandmother's old pearls and the beautiful looking new jewelry made my wedding day complete and complimented my dress well without overdoing it. The jewelry is absolutely gorgeous and it can be wore other than just my wedding day.

I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HOW FANTASTIC MEGAN AND JENNIE ARE! Lillian Lottie is the only place I had to go! They certainly do as much as they can for their brides. They even flew a dress in from out of state for me to try on. They also went the extra mile and convinced a designer to use custom colors on my bridesmaid dresses. Because of them, my bridesmaids and I looked BEAUTIFUL at the wedding. I worked with many different companies and vendors for my wedding, but Lillian Lottie was by far my favorite! I cannot get over how wonderful they were!

Lillian Lottie is THE place to go for your dress! I had such a great experience. By far, they are the most accommodating and professional shop in Scottsdale. They helped me decide on my perfect dress and consulted along the way on all of my fittings to make sure I was totally happy with the way it was looking. They actually had my dress custom made by combining the two dresses that I liked. They are soooo great!! I love them! My dress came out fabulous - and I truly owe them for all of their help.

I fell in love with Lillian Lottie Couture the moment I walked in the door and was greeted by Meghan's smiling face!! Meghan immediately proceeded to introduce herself and then offer my Mom and I water, "room temperature or cold?" I was in heaven! First of all, I love cold water and my mom loves room temp! Second, my Mom and I were there to shop for bridesmaid dresses and little did we know, we were about to be swept off our feet! Meghan asked me some questions, showed me around the gorgeous shop, introduced me to Jenny, and then we picked out some cute littlenumbers to try on. meghan then said, "okay, follow me and have a seat, I will try these on for you and you let me know what you like about them and don't like about them." My Mom almost had to pick my chin up off the floor! "YOU are going to try them on? Which means that I don't have to try them on?" Meghan looked at me with a huge smile and said very proudly, "we are a full-service boutique, of course I am going to try them on! We are here to help you! How are you going to properly see what they will look like on someone else if you are trying them on?" I WAS IN HEAVEN! She said, sit down (in the very plush and comfy seats), have a nosh, drink you delightfully chilled water, and just wait for me to come out-well, essentially that is what she said! Anyway, this is how my experience went down on my first visit at LL...it was amazing! I continued to go back there about a bazillion times!

I got my bridesmaid dresses from there as well as there jewelry-custom made!! They made beautiful mock-ups of the jewelry to let me choose from, and then a special pair for my maid of honor. After I chose the bridesmaid jewelry, they whipped them out in no time at all, they packaged them up beautifully, and called me when they were all ready! The service there is impeccable! (I would have gotten my dress there too if I didn't already have it before I discovered Lillian Lottie!) Meghan and Jenny were so amazing, as well as the other girls there! They go out of their way to make each and every one of their clients feel special and beautiful, and they make certain that their brides know that their day will be perfect!

I haven't seen them in quite some time, and I hope to soon. I hope they see this and know how appreciated they are and that although I haven't been into the shop in a long time, I have been thinking of them and sending everyone I know into the shop! This is your ONE STOP SHOP! Honestly, Megan and Jennie are THE MOST genuine, loving, caring, and just amazing team. They will make you feel so beautiful about your bridal attire, and will help you with everything from shoes, custom alternations, custom dress, custom veil, jewelry, accessories, you name it, they do it all. There is no stress, no rip offs, no snotiness. Only positive, genuine, wonderufl things from these two. I promise you will be missing out if you pass these gals up!

By far the BEST selection of couture gowns in the valley! And by far the very best service! After visiting several snooty boutiques I loved this place!!! As every bride knows the dress is the most important part and Lillian Lottie Couture is amazing. Jenny and all the staff are sooo incredibly helpful and nice, they are true experts in this field. My dress also came in very quickly, which was nice since I was on a time crunch. I purchased my dress, my jewelry and veil from Lillian Lottie and everything was perfect! The jewelry and veil were beautifully handmade and so intricate, I highly recommend visiting Lillian Lottie!

Lillian Lottie has an eye for design. They designed my hair piece and made my mother's dress. My hair piece was beautiful and their prizes were great. My mothers dress was one of a kind and they went out of their way to make it for her. They are great women to work with and do incredible work.

Oh my gosh I don't even know where to begin. These ladies are unbelievable! They bent over backwards to make sure I was happy with my jewelry and veil. They have such a unique store and their customer service is impeccable!

I love love love their their selection. Very beautiful and affordable. The sales person helped me to find every discount available for my dress. My only comment would be that the woman scheduling my alterations told me the wrong time and forgot to tell me to bring shoes. Made it a very frustrating trip up to Scottsdale from Tucson. Thankfully the tailor "made it work" so I didn't have to drive up for a third fitting.

They were 10% cheaper than every other place that had my dress. When my dress came in three (3!!) months early, they held onto it and let me pay the balance in installments. They happily let me come in to try the dress on when I bought my wedding shoes. They were wonderful to deal with and I’d go through them again in a heartbeat. The only negative I saw with them was that they only had two dressing rooms, so you definitely need to make an appointment.

I loved Lilian Lottie's! I found the prefect dress here, it cost about 3 grand but the look and quality matched that of a much much more expensive dress. I was absolutely thrilled with the service and atmosphere. I had to drive up from Tucson for each of my fittings and the girls were great about scheduling me at manageable times and once when i got caught up behind an accident on the freeway they were able to shuffle appointments day of so I didnt waste a day driving for nothing.

Products and Service here are totally worth the drive from Tucson.

I LOVE the girls at Lillian Lottie. Meghan and Jenny are absolutely wonderful. I was on a tight budget for my wedding and was nervous when I walked into their store, that nothing would be in my price range. They worked with me and got me the dress of my dreams, for a price in my budget. In fact, I went in looking for a different dress than what I bought. I was not 'crazy' about the dress I bought when I first saw it on the hanger - and they insisted that I 'just try it on'. It turned out to be the best dress I tried on out of 4 stores and over 30 dresses! They had it made as a rush order for me and were absolutely wonderful to work with. These girls KNOW what they're doing and they know how to fit it to your body! I can't say enough good things about them (I've sent three other brides to them - who have ALL bought dresses there)!

We called several places that carried the particular dress my daughter wanted to look at. Lillian Lottie was the only place that was polite and nice on the phone to her. And their prices were the same as the other places we called so we went for customer service. It was a pleasure dealing with them. They were very nice and took good care of us.
The only negative I have is that they don't steam the dresses there on site so that you can leave with a gown ready to wear. I had to go home and steam my daughter's dress which took many hours.

The ring my husband got for me was from Lillian Lottie Couture, and it was a complete surprise. I didn't know he ordered it, but he told me afterwards. From the ring itself, I would have to say that it is a very beautiful and classy ring, looks very high quality.

I would highly recommend Lillian Lottie for bridal wear. The women were wonderful to work with and made my jewelry and veil custom to match my dress. My only problem was their seamstress did not color code my bussell ties so when it came to the reception the dress was not busselled correctly and nobody could figure it out :(, other than that excellent service and loved the dress.

I absolutely loved the way my wedding dress turned out and have received so many comments on how beautiful it was and how perfectly it fitted me.

I had one minor issue with a staff member who was already in the process of being let go. But it was very traumatic for me so I still feel the need to mention it. My dress was ordered size to small or it needed to be expected that the lower rib cage area would need to be let out.

It took 3 trips to the store and a whole lot of stress before I met with the seamstress who completely agreed with me that the dress needed to be let out 2 inches so that my rib cage could move properly. But the part that upset me was that the initial appointment when I saw my dress for the first time, the girl told me that maybe the dress could be let out and that I needed to stop lifting weights because that was obviously the problem. With past experience as a personal trainer and now being a physician, this was very disturbing to me. I knew that my body hadn't changed and blaming it on me was not appropriate.

Megan did a great job of making up for this terrible experience. She had me come in and assured me that we would not need to order a new dress and that letting it out would not be an issue. I then left knowing that I was going to be able to take a deep breath on my wedding day. And as I said earlier in the end the dress fit perfectly. So Megan's review would be all 5.0s but I just can't give that as an overall because of those few days of complete panic and stress.

I did buy my veil and head piece there as well. I had no issues with either of these purchases. They were simple and I got exactly what I wanted!

I was sooo pleased with the process of selecting my dress. The girl that helped me really seemed to listen to what I was looking for. I tried to leave my options open and found a dress very different from what I thought I wanted. Everything came in on time. They price matched my 6 bridesmaid dresses. There was a little confusion about how the dress would fit when it actually came in my size, but the seamstress that they use is great! and she was able to take it in in all the right places. She also made sure everything was done in time since I was so close to my wedding day. My only complaint is that they did not steam the dress for me like most salons do. I was on my own to make sure the dress was ready for my big day.

This boutique is absolutely adorable- everything from the location to it's quaint, but elegant interior. One of the best things about finding my dress here, is that each time, I basically had the whole store to myself. They provide drinks and treat their customers like royalty. One of the owners, Megan, was such a doll! Also, one of the employees, Liz, was very helpful and personable. They also created a custom veil to match the lace on my dress, and it turned out beautiful!

I chose to use Lillian Lottie for my bridesmaids dresses. The dresses were gorgeous and the ladies at the store were very nice. We chose to have a friend of the family do alterations so I cannot comment on their services with that. The ladies price matched another store that offered the same dresses and were upfront and accurate on delivery time. This was a very easy process. I was able to take everyone's measurements myself as some of my girls were from out of town and then just called them in.

The girls at Lillian Lottie are a pleasure to work with. I gave them my budget and they stuck to it, they didn’t try to push me into a dress I could not afford. They worked with me to find ways to make my dress unique and to design it just the way I wanted it. They try to show you jewelry and veils, but if you say you don’t want it or already have it they don’t push. The tailor they work with did a fantastic job. They allow you to take photos as you try on dresses, which was really important to me. My only recommendation would be to try to go in at a time when they are not quite as busy. Due to my work schedule I was typically limited to Saturdays and evenings, and since they are busy at those times you don’t get quite as much one-on-one attention. But overall it was a good experience.
