I had in mind what I had wanted for my wedding dress for several months. FINALLY when the day came to actually got and get it, Lily's was recommend to me by a friend for the designer I wanted. I was not let down! The first dress I tried on was the one! I was a little disappointed for one of the fittings because the attendant that day was kind of 'rude' and not really 'tending' to my needs or responsive at all. She was more preoccupied with the phone or fiddling with computer? (IDK) Otherwise, the other ladies, the 'fitter' and "consultant' were extremely amicable and knowledgeable as well. All of their deadlines were met and I had no surprises with my dress or hidden prices. The veil was a little pricey but it went perfectly with my dress.

My experience at Lily's Bridal was awesome! I searched high and low for a great bridal salon, that would not only deliver beautiful wedding dresses but also amazing customer service!!! Annie and Ofelia were amazing and so helpful, every step of the way. My dress the Sottero & Midgley Adorae is absolutely beautiful and they did such a wonderful job with the alterations that had to be done on it! I would have to say that shopping for my wedding dress was the easiest wedding task that I conquered and it was because of them! Especially considering that I live in Tampa, FL and I chose to go back and forth to Orlando because I only wanted to buy my dress from them! I would highly recommend Lily's Bridal to anyone! Thank you again Lily's Bridal for my making my wedding dress experience a memorable one, it meant so much to me and my family! I look forward to wearing my dress on October 1, 2011! :)Andrea :)

Annie was so helpful. She took away my worries, she kept me posted as to when my dress and veil were arriving. Helping me try on my dress when it arrived and the alterations. Lily's bridal was a great experience for me. Thank you Annie!!!!

I was happy with Lily's up until my first fitting which was only 3 weeks before my wedding (recommended by them in case of weight change, etc.). I came in for my 2nd fitting (now 2 weeks before) and my dress hadn't been touched! Needless to say they had it all completed in time but trust me when I say I tried to prevent all of this and it was the one sales consultant "Cecilia" that caused the mix-up. Even at my 2nd and final fitting she was unprofessional and surprisingly arguementative with my bridesmaids who came in for the very first time. All the times I came in prior to my the final time I was alone or with my mother. The last time (day before my wedding) was with my 3 bridesmaids only to have them learn how to tie up the dress. She refused to give us the large fitting room so we could be comfortable even though NO ONE ELSE was in the store!! Annie (the manager) is the only professional one I dealt with at Lily's. I LOVED my Maggie Sottero dress but my overall experience could have been better.

I got my wedding dress from Lily's Bridal. When I first went to pick it out, they were very helpful. The lady made me feel like a bride. She turned on the reception lights and really paid full attention to me. She made my experience really nice. But since that day, it has been an experience I don't want to relive. I ordered my dress in October, and was suppose to receive it February. I called them February 14th and they said that it has been shipped out and that it will be in at the end of the week. Having not heard from them, I called back to see the status of the delivery. They said "OH yeah, the shipping got pushed back because of Chinese New Year. I will call the designer and see when they will ship it out and I will call you back." They just Happened to forget to tell me that. Mind you, I am getting married in April. So she calls back and said "they said they will call me back in 24 hours, so I will call you back then." So 2 days go by and I still have not heard from Lily's. So I called back and they said "We will call you back in 24 hours." So I left it again, then another day and 1/2 went by and finally I called them again and said "I am getting married next month, I need to speak to someone who will actually answer my question." So she said "Okay we will call you back." Finally they called me back and said they are shipping in out then overnighting it. I was appreciative that they were overnighting it. They said it would come in March 16th. So I took off work for March 18th (Giving them a bit more time just in case). So over a month late, 24 days before my wedding, I go and do my FIRST fitting. I get there... NOBODY is apologetic. They said it just came in a few minutes before I got there. They brought out my dress........... COMPLETELY wrinkled. They couldn't even present my $1000 dress to me unwrinkled. They put it in a room and said, "it's hanging in the first room"... So I put in on, walk out by the mirrors and find that it has dirt on the bottom and blue dye on it. The lady was like "oh that will come out" My question is Why is it on the dress if the first place? Again, nobody was apologetic. So the lady in the back came out and said that she will steam that area and it should come out. So we wait about 20 minutes and she comes ou with the dress... the dye did come out, but they just didn't care at all. They were all too busy to even care. Also, I was the ONLY one in the shop at this time. Nobody said sorry about having to wait so long. Nobody was sorry about my dress coming dirty. They didn't present the dress to me nice at all. Most places TREAT you like a bride the whole way through. They offer water, tea, coffee, wine. They present you dress to you steamed and ready to go. I understand I would have to steam it again, but they didn't even give Maggie Sottero a good name by presenting the dress that way. I was really disappointed my last visit and wouldn't recommened Lily's after my experience.

I loved shopping at Lily's! Ophelia did a wonderful job helping me! She suggested what styles would look flattering on me, showed me where that style was in the store, and allowed me to only choose my favorite 5 so that I wouldn't be overwhelmed. This direction helped so much! I tried on my dress second to last, and fell in love. It was Maggie Sotterro Brianna. (Which, by the way, was wonderful to wear the day of the wedding. I did not feel like it was too heavy or bulky. It was perfect). We got a great price on the dress too as there was a trunk show that weekend. If you are dress shopping, definitely stop by Lily's and ask for Ophelia! :)

I bought my dress and shoes from here and LOVED them! I always had a great response time from anyone here and I always felt like they really listened to what I had to say. Great location and great alteration work too!

I had a great experience with Lily's Bridal. The first appointment I had, I tried on tons of beautiful dresses (they have a great selection), but didn't find the 'one'. The sales staff was very understanding and didn't try to pressure me at all. I had seen a Maggie Sottero online that I couldn't get out of my mind, but there weren't any bridal shops in Orlando that carried it yet. I found out that the next week they were having a trunk show and my dream dress would be included. I came back the following week and purchased the dress. The staff made the process so easy. They handled all of the alterations (which came out perfect!) and even helped me order special dyed shoes to match. The price of the alterations was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Lily's Bridal to other brides looking for their dream dress!

I am from Erlanger, Ky. I flew to Orlando Florida to find my dream dress. I searched many shops. When it came time to go to Lily's i was not wanting to go. I am so glad I did I got a $1000 dollar dress on clearence marked down to $400 after taxes. It was my dream dress. The ladies there were great about making sure if i needed help and getting the payment taken care of as fast and efficiant as possible. I would definately go to this bridal store for a dress.

Lily's Bridal, was ok to work with. We did find a beautiful dress there. However, when we agreed to purchase the dress we were told that all alterations were included. This was written on our original receipt. When it came time to do the alterations, they altered their copy of the reciept to read the alterations were considered the bustle and steaming. They charged us to take in the dress and to hem the dress, if these aren't alterations then I guess I just don't get it. When we asked them about this they said that taking in the dress and hemming it are not considered alterations!!!! This is rediculous how is taking in the dress and hemming it not alterations. We didn't make a big fuss about this at the time since they still had the dress but I would not recommend them to any body. They will rip you off.

What a great little wedding dress shop! The salesperson I worked with was fabulous and made me feel like I was the most important and most beautiful girl in the room (exactly how every bride wants to feel)! They do all their alterations in house, but I would be careful as they did not catch all the alterations I needed the first time around. It ended up being okay in the end, but a little stressful in the process. I recommend this place to EVERYONE! They may be a small store, but they have a pretty good variety of styles.

Looking for a dress for my wedding was probably the most stressful thing to do. I went to so many boutiques and became frustrated because every dress I saw was so streamlined. I wanted a dress that was going to fit my personality and uniqueness not a cookie-cutter one. Lilly's Bridal had, by far, the largest selection of all the stores that I had been to. The prices were extremely reasonable and the staff was really great. I found the dress of my dreams at Lilly's.

They were great. My dress was absolutely gorgeous. It actually came in one week before the wedding and everyone at Lily's worked hard to make sure it was altered and ready to go for the wedding.

I got engaged on July 21, 2009. So naturally I was wedding dress shopping by August. The only problem I ran into when trying on dresses was the dress shops generally only carry one dress in one size. I'm very small so it was hard to get an idea of what the dresses would actually look like. However, the staff at Lily's was very helpful with clipping the dresses so I could get an idea of what it would look like in my size. There were so many beautiful dresses and great designers it was hard to pick just one. But I finally decided on a gorgeous Casablanca gown, which was actually really reasonably priced. It came in about a month earlier than expected, which was great because I ended up needing about 3 different fittings, all those alterations weren't cheap, but they were worth it. The end product was breath taking! The dress fit like a glove and everyone at the wedding told me how beautiful it was. I would highly recommend Lily's for both dress purchase and alterations.

Great service, product, and prices! Very happy with the staff that helped me. I would highly recommend this store.

Okay, I have very mixed feelings about Lily's Bridal. It was the only local store that I was able to find the Maggie Sottero dress that I wanted. I liked that you were able to take as many pictures as you wanted. I didn't want to buy a dress online without trying it on, so I was really happy that they also price-matched the dress that I wanted to a store that I found online that had it for cheaper. Their salespeople are also very professional, but I found that they were a little on the pushy side to getting me to buy a dress on the spot. I wanted to leave and come back a week later to make sure that that Maggie dress I wanted was the one. They also lose another star because THEY screwed up on when to have my dress ready. I really didn't need any alterations, but I wanted a corset back and my skirt bustled, and I also wanted my dress steamed. I needed my dress a couple of weeks before our wedding because I had scheduled with our photographer to do a boudoir session with me that started with me wearing my dress. They had it down for me to pick up the dress a week beforehand, and not 2 weeks as I had requested. So I wasn't able to do the pictures I wanted for my boudoir session, which made me really upset because I was doing this as my wedding gift for my husband. But aside from those problems, their store is really nice.

They have great dresses but service is not great and they're not very flexible.

I went to Lily's in hope to find a perfect Bridal Gown. I found just that. I looked around for hours and I picked several gowns out. I tried on each and everyone of them. The service was decent and the people in the shop did not mind me wanting to be sure I got the right Bridal Gown. I found the Bridal Gown I liked and I purchased it. I was happy I got my Bridal Gown and I was also happy that it matched my wedding colors. I got a nice deal on the Bridal Gown so that is one of the reasons I purchased it at Lily's. The service was decent and they didn’t rush me; they also have decent selections.

They were wonderful. They were very accomdating in a complicated situation. I had bought my dress online and they were the only ones I found that were able to alter it without giving me a hard time.

The ladies at Lily's Bridal really helped me to fit all my bridesmaids. I had 4 and each one was a different shape and size, and all the dresses looked fabulous. They made last minute adjustments and really went above and beyond to assure the dresses fit well. Their selection was great. I highly recommend.

I got the perfect dress from Lily's. They were reliable with ordering, tailoring, and pressing my dress. I had no difficulties with them, and they were always nice. The one downside of Lily's is their location, which has a lot of traffic in the surrounding area.Unlike the place I ordered the bridesmaid dresses from Lily's did what they said, with no backtracking on dates.

I don't think Florida has ever been lacking in formal dresses for women. I can't believe the number of stores Lily and her friends were able to drag me to in the months after our engagement. From the day I proposed, we were hoping to be married within a year (so before the next Valentine's Day). Lily got to wedding dress shopping right away. At first, she found a dress on sale at Lily's, a big white prom dress that looked just like a wedding dress. She waited about a month and then bought it, but I guess she was unsure of her decision and kept looking. By this time everyone, friend and family included, had seen the dress and said the dress was pretty and it would be fine. In the middle of June she made an appointment at Sassy's, and I guess she had a better time working with the wedding dress consultant on her own because she found a wedding dress that was different from the first one she had bought. The wedding dress consultant, I think her name was Loni, suggested something more modern and mature, and showed Lily slim fitting lace dresses. Lily called me up, and I went to see her in the store. I guess she knew from the look on my face how stunning she looked, because she bought that dress. The first dress was fun and young, but the second dress, wow. She looked amazing. She looked like a classic beauty, something out of an old hollywood movie. I am so happy that someone at Sassy's was able to help Lily pick out the dress that she loved. I think the wedding dress consultant also had a good idea of where fashion would be going, because now I hear that everyone wants the same style dress that Lily wore.

We found my DREAM dress for less money at a shop in Titusville, but Lily's price-matched so we ordered from them. They are a low-key, serve-yourself kind of shop, which i really liked that about them.

All very nice ladies. They were helpful in selecting my gown, as well as the bridesmaids. Did all the alterations there too.

Get choice of dresses at this small shop. Most popular designer is Maggie Sottero (beautiful items)...well worth the trip. Prices are reasonable for the kind of dresses you get. Does everything from order your gown, proper fitting with seamstress and press and preserves gowns. I did it all and didnt have any problems. Has a small selection of bridesmaid dresses also. I would definetly try this store!

I had my dress altered at Lily's Bridal (rather than at Bridal Elegance by Bea, just because they were closer to me). They did an excellent job on my gown. Their price was about average compared to other alteration businesses that I researched. They did everything to make me happy, even though I know probably got a little annoying (I had them redo my bustle like 3 times).

The first dress I tried on was at Lily's Bridal Salon. I tried on three and knew one of them would be the one. The prices are very reasonable and the quality is outstanding. I have recommended this Salon to friends and they have also chosen their dresses here.
