Limousine Etc.

We booked our limousine for our wedding with this company 3 weeks in advance. We only required the service for one hour - from the church to the reception - a total of ten miles. We paid for an entire hour and requested a stretch SUV. We signed the contract, gave them complete payment as well as contact numbers for the bride and groom and best man should there be an issue.

The day of the wedding arrives, and at the appropriate time the groom is told that our "ride" is there. He walks out front, then back inside. There is no limo outside. What is outside is a bus. One that looks likes what retirement homes take residents to bingo parlors in. We were shocked. The driver was asked if there was enough time to go back and retreive another vehicle, and he replied "no, this is all that was available."

Even though the sky had cleared, and the wedding party was ready to leave there are no photos of us leaving the church, or arriving at the reception - who wants to remember getting out of a bus on their wedding day?

The fact that we had not heard from this company the day before, or the day of the wedding to inform us as to the change speaks highly of them as a company. We had no choice but to arrive at our reception in bus.

I would not recommend this company to anyone - especially couples who are looking forward to memorable photo's. There are no guarantees that you will get them with this company. If I could give less than one star I would.
