Lina is an amazing person to work with. Made things very simple and easy. You can tell that she cares about the individual(couple) when she meets with them. People do yourself a favor and knock off one headache and book lina fast!!

Lina has the voice of an angel. She's also filled with joy which makes her a pleasure to work with.

we just had our wedding last saturday and had the pleasure of having Lina provide us with the music and after our wedding Everyone were talking about how wonderful she sounded and what talent she truly is... we all belive she could win American Idol ! Me and my now husband fell inlove with her and her talent after our first incounter and would recomand her to any bride who wants to bring some magic and romance into her wedding !!

Lina was great! She was our entertainment during our cocktail hour and everyone enjoyed her music! She also was soo kind as to play an acoustic version our first dance for my husband and myself to dance to. It was a special moment we will forever be grateful for!!!

When I first met Lina, we instantly clicked and throughout the process she felt like a friend to me. Lina has a great voice. She always took the time to go through lots of songs with me and we talked at length about the details of the ceremony. I didn't want the traditional wedding music and she really listened to me and offered suggestions that would fit what I was looking for. She did an amazing job with the ceremony and cocktail hour. Lina is a kind and beautiful person with a big heart. I am so grateful to have met her. I would highly recommend her for any wedding!!

We recently had Lina perform at our August 2012 wedding in Rancho Palos Verdes. She did a phenomenal job, really giving our ceremony and cocktail hour the ambiance we hoped for. She went above and beyond leading the hymn 'Jerusalem' during our ceremony at the request of the English groom. We were bummed that we didn't get to hear more of the cocktail hour music, but the songs we did hear were wonderful! We would recommend Lina to our closest friends and would use her again if the opportunity arises. Thank you Lina for a wonderful job done!!

Lina was so sweet and SO HELPFUL with the ceremony music. Two weeks before our wedding, we had "musical differences" with the choir that was supposed to sing at our wedding. Needless to say, we were scrambling for a cantor and pianist at the last minute.

I found Lina's company on wedding wire, and although she was already booked on our wedding date, she helped us find the perfect pianist and cantor for our wedding! Sonny and Jesus played/sang beautifully and we had so many great compliments about Jesus' amazing voice.

I was looking to hire someone for my wedding (7-27-12) and I was so lucky to stumble across Lina. We hit it off right away via emails and we fell in love her upon are first meeting!! She has an amazing voice and is so very talented!!

We didn't want traditional music at our wedding and she came up with some beautiful songs and suggestions. At the wedding, she was on time, and very organized. She also help take control of the ceremony and kept it on track.

I would highly recommend her to everyone. I wish I had an upcoming event to hire her again!!!!!

Lina has an absolutely beautiful voice, she is so talented! Lina sang at the church during our wedding mass and did any amazing job. After mass, she came to our reception and entertained our guests for another three hours. The variety of songs that she played during cocktail hour and dinner was great and she made everything flow so smoothly. She went above and beyond by holding over a little longer than she was supposed to, as our DJ was not on time. You cannot go wrong with choosing Lina!

I have hired Lina for several First Communion Masses and I absolutely love her music and her proffesionalism. Recently she did a funeral Mass and her repertoire was amazing. Totally reccommend Lina for any type of event.

Lina was a wonderful addition to our wedding ceremony. She sang and played guitar which provided a lovely ambiance that we felt gave our day an added element. She was very proffesional, yet down to earth, and took time to meet with us before hand to go over song selections to make sure we were happy with everything. She was also affordable which was important to us because we were on a tight budget. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a talented musician to give their event a special touch!

Lina is an awesome singer. The first time I heard her was at our church and just knew that she would be the person I would want to sing at my daughter's weddings. I have 4 girls. One got married last Sept. so of course Lina sang at her wedding. She made the ceremony perfect. Her voice is beyond words. We had so many people come up to us after the wedding and tell us how moved they were by her singing and her guitar playing. Now, once again we are having a daughter getting married this Sept. so of course Lina will be there once again making our day perfect. Two more to go Lina. Thank you so much for making it perfect.

We love love love Lina!!!! She is not only a beautiful singer that plays the guitar like a rockstar, has a passion for her music, but is a beautiful person inside and out. From the moment we met, we knew we had to have her in our wedding...and we are happy with our decision. We are even misty-eyed thinking we won't be seeing her anymore...although we are asking her to definitely stay in touch! She sings in church on weekend masses, and she has gotten quite a few people going back to mass, even my husband. Unfortunately, she will now be only at a farther church...sigh:: And to top it off, we had to remind her that we had to pay her...which means, she understands how much weddings can be and she knew she did not want to add a lot to your expenses. My husband and I engaged Lina Hayek for our July wedding. We are so happy we met her before we hired anyone else. We were very impressed with her at the initial interview. My husband is a musician and knows quality. Lina sang a variety of sample songs, her price was very reasonable, she took time to get to know us as a couple, and we loved her personality, so we hired her on the spot.

Lina's voice and guitar playing are beautiful. She sang for our ceremony and cocktail hour. I loved how her guitar provided a classy backdrop for our service. Then as we walked down the aisle as a married couple she sang a sweet and happy tune, which I will never forget.

The cocktail hour music was so fun. Lina learned a song at my request to surprise my hushand. It was a highlight of the evening.

Lina Hayek Music was the perfect fit for my wedding. She was super flexible despite my last minute changes. I had a Catholic ceremony, where there are restrictions on the types of music that can be played, but she found a way to ensure my music selections were appropriately incorporated into the ceremony. In retrospect, she was one of the vendors who made things super easy for me in my planning. She is organized, friendly and sings beautifully. I almost went with playing recorded music instead of having live performers, and I am so glad I decided to go with Lina Hayek Music. I had the priviledge of working with Lina back in the mid-late 90's at St. Dominic Savio church in Bellflower. She is an accomplished guitarist with a great voice and the ability to improvise and keep things moving along. Not only that, but her pleasant and easy going demeanor really helps make working with her easy and fun.
