Lincoln Limousine

We used Lincoln Limo's 15 passanger van as a shuttle from the hotel where a majority of out of town guests were staying to and from the venue.

The Good: They don't normally do shuttle service like this but apparently someone agreed to do it for me that worked in the office and the big boss agreed to honor the agreement.

They were on time both before and after and as far as I know everyone got to and from safely.

The Bad: No one informed me that before they could bring anyone from the hotel to the venue someone would need to be present to give the driver a credit card number and to sign. Since my husband and I were paying for most stuff, it was my credit card they needed. Luckily after I explained to the driver over the phone I could not possibly come to the hotel as I was the one getting married, he brought the first group over, and brought the papers I needed to sign back to me to sign.

I was not pleased but at least they did the job of shuttling people. And mistakes happen. The driver was very pleasant and very punctunal.
