I ordered these items NEW and not in their bargin area:
250 satin chair sashes, 11 round ivory tablecloths, 1 rectangular ivory tablecloth, 75 chair covers, 84 ivory napkins, 20 satin overlays.

The items arrived quickly and way in advance of the event. I counted to make sure everything was there, but left the items in the original boxes in the original plastic bags. We used one overlay to match other items for the wedding.

When we were at the venue setting up, we opened the packages to our horror the brand new napkins had lipstick stains on them, the satin overlays had a layer of dirt, and the rectangular tablecloth had this 3-4 inch orange stain on one side.

That evening after the event, I emailed Linentablecloth and told them of the problem. They wanted me to order new items to use at my event, even though I had told them that the event was over. We emailed back and forth for the next two weeks only to have them reply with emails that were canned and you could tell they were not listening to what the problem was.

Long story short, Linentablecloth has no customer support and I had to do without or use soiled items at the event. Not even sure why they sold me used items to being with!

If you do order from them, make sure to check out your items in advance of your event, just incase you have to reorder from them to get the number of usable items you need.

I had the same problem that customer "Joy" reported on 1/1/11. I tried to use a coupon code and I knew it would only work if I registered for an account, which I did and saw the discount on my order form. I then received a confirmation email with a different amount than my order. I was charged the original amount without the coupon. I called them one hour after customer service opened, and they said the coupon didn't work because I didn't open an account. I explained that I know I did because the coupon/discount would not have worked without me creating the account first and I did see the discount on my final order, but then got a different confirmation. They were not willing to adjust the total. The girl did mention they had some technical problems with that coupon code. I wanted to cancel the order and re-order using the coupon code, but she said the order had already been shipped (I placed the order at 1:00 am, called at 10:00 am, and it already left the warehouse...hard to believe)! I later checked UPS tracking, and the order wasn't picked up from them until later that evening. I wrote an email to their customer service department and they responded by basically saying, "too bad, you didn't create an account and we refuse to believe you." I noticed shortly after my complaint, they removed the coupon code from the website where I found it.

I am not sure what marks to give on some of those because all I really did was place an order online and then unbox my tablecloths. But, nonetheless, it was a great deal. My tent vendor wanted to charge me 12$ apiece to rent tablecloths, so I got them on linentablecloth for 7$ each and now don't have to worry about washing them and returning them, can possibly sell them if I'm not too lazy. The tablecloths themselves were great, felt like great quality and the navy looked perfect at my beach wedding. The website is easy to navigate and has a ton of great tools if you're not sure what size you want. Would def. recommend.

We purchased our aisle runner and two of our tablecloths for the ceremony from linentablecloths.com and I love them! They were the cheapest I could find, however they were still good quality for the price!

I paid extra to get shipment expedited although I had time. Just didn't want anything to go wrong.
When I opened the box I was happy with quality. HOWEVER when I got to the bottom of the box, the LAST tablecloth was ROUND when the others were square and it was a different material.
It was quite obvious the packer knew, since the different one was "hidden" in the bottom of the box and was in a different packaging---just crammed into a "ziplock-like" bag.
The website advertises 7 days a week customer service. NOT TRUE....NONE ON WEEKENDS.
The telephone service says to leave a message that will be addressed immediately BUT THERE IS NO MESSAGE ALLOWED!!!!
I sent an email and will update this review to let you know how they handle this situation. I am leery since seeing several reviews blasting their customer service.

I bought all my napkins, table runners, chair covers, overlays, tablecloths and chair sashes from Linen Tablecloth and they really made our wedding perfect. I placed 4 separate orders, and every order came quickly and was correct. The linens are beautiful and i have since loaned them to friends for their weddings, and they wash easily and have held up. I would definitely recommend buying from them! I used a coupon on 2 of my orders, and used my reward points on one and never had any issues at all. I ordered all my tableclothes from them for my wedding. I ordered a total of 28 black stain table overlays and were very pleased with what I received for the price. I however did figure out that getting them steamed was a waste of my money but a cool iron when on the table worked best. The order came quickly an because I ordered over 50 dollars, it was free shipping!

These people are amazing! If you are a DIY bride.... this is the BEST place to find good deals on chair sashes, linens, napkins and other special items! They have all colors and all materials.Tip: Join their Facebook page and you will be in the loop for even MORE amazing deals! Cheap stuff... AMAZING quality!

Their tablecloths are cheap, but their customer service is awful. Don't even try to use a coupon code (that is available from THEM, not from some random site) without creating an account at least one day before you place the order. I needed to have an account in order for the coupon to work, so I created one and then placed the order. Even though I saw the discount all the way through the check-out page, I was charged full price. Customer service did NOTHING--I even talked to two different people. They told me if I refused the package, I'd be charged both regular and returned shipping plus a 20% restocking fee! They refused my credit my coupon and were very unpleasant to speak to.

I ordered 13 round tablecloths & 5 rectangle tablecloths, all of which were plastic. The round ones fit perfectly, but the rectangle ones were a bit small. I'm not sure if I measured correctly when I ordered them, but either way, I recommend this website. I got what I paid for.

I can't remember how I found out about linentablecloth.com, but I am so glad that I did. I bought hot pink satin table runners for my wedding reception. The package shipped really fast, and I was very pleased with the quality. The edges of the runners were hemmed. The prices were unbeatable compared to renting linens. My maid of honor is getting married next month, and she ordered her overlays & chair covers and sashes from linentablecloth.com! And if you befriend them on facebook, they will give you coupon codes. Plus I believe that there is free shipping on orders over $50! :)

I ordered from linentablecloth.com for a fundraiser for the American Cancer Society. I called and inquired about a discount since the items were for a fundraiser and was told that if I faxed in some information about our event I would receive 10% off. I explained that I needed the items quickly and was told to go ahead and place the order and they would apply the 10% off. To date, I have not received the discount promised, nor have I received a return phone call after numerous voice mails and emails sent to the company. I would not recommend ordering from this company!

I was very excited about Linen Tablecloth... at first.Rental prices are so high that I was able to purchase them from this vendor for almost the same cost of renting them. They arrived quickly in perfect condition. I unpacked and counted them, we were 4 chair covers short. I called, they answered right away, were very helpful and immediately shipped me the missing covers. I took several of each item (tablecloths and chair covers) to the venue, made sure they fit the chairs and tables and was very pleased.Fast forward to the wedding day. Everything was going well until the wedding coordinator found a chair cover that wouldn't fit over the chair. At first we thought it was an anomaly, but we soon found more. In the end we had nearly 20 chair covers that were significantly smaller than the rest. They absolutely would not go onto the chairs no matter what we did.As a result of that, I would not recommend using this vendor. The price is great. The linens were good quality, but clearly they don't do quality checks on their work before they send them out. There is no reason some of the chair covers should fit easily and others not be able to fit over the top of the same chair.

They consistently had the lowest prices available, to the point that it was often cheaper than renting, even without considering the possible resale. They had good quality linens available in a good selection of colors and sizes, and shipping was prompt.

I saw the rental prices of the local event companies and kind of cried at first. Then I researched a little more and found I could buy all the supplies for our wedding for cheaper than we could rent them, and then we ended up selling them to our venue - zero cost upgrade!linentablecloth.com provided us with the banquet chair covers for our reception, and they ended up being nicer than the local renter's ones. They arrived quickly, were easy to order from, and were high quality and packed well. And looking back at the pictures, the chair covers really helped to transform the room from a banquet hall to a beautiful, magical party.
