Lisa Proctor Airbrush Makeup Artist

I absolutely ADORE Lisa. I hired her as my makeup artist - and she was worth every penny!! Lisa is very talented, she did my makeup, my maid of honor's makeup and the mothers'. Everyone looked amazing. Lisa is a warm and sweet person - I really loved that she was a part of making my wedding day so special.

She did a wonderful job. I would highly recommened her for anyone. She is very good at what she does.

Lisa Proctor did my hair and makeup for my wedding on 10/10/09, and I absolutely loved her! She did an amazing job! I was very nervous about having someone do my hair and makeup for my wedding because I did not want to look too "done up" or not like myself. She listened to what I wanted and did everything perfectly! She made me look amazing, but still look like me, and I still don't know how she did it!! She is magical! I would definitely recommend her for your wedding day, or any occassion where you need to look your best!

My fiancee is extremely picky when it comes to her makeup - she is the kind of girl who is putting on lipstick before we even leave the dinner table if we're out at a restaurant. Our photographer encouraged us to use a makeup artist so that we wouldn't look washed out in our photographs. He recommended Lisa and I'm so glad we did. I even let her put some powder on me since I was 'shiny' during pictures, and I think it made a difference. Either way, my wife was really happy with how she looked and we loved working with Lisa.

Lisa Proctor is an outstanding stylist. She can do both hair and makeup. The brides I've referred to her have had nothing but great things to say about her work and how easy she is to work with. Lisa is wonderful at taking into consideration what the bride wants, but also keeps in mind how the makeup should look in order to look good for the photographs. Lisa is warm, friendly and professional and I would recommend her to any bride.

My wife used Lisa for several things having to do with our wedding. First, she brought her out to our engagement photo shoot to do her makeup. It turned out that Lisa was also great in giving us direction and contributing in ideas of how to pose without making us look too posed (if that makes sense!). Lisa also did my wife, her bridesmaids and our mother's makeup for the wedding. All of the ladies looked beautiful - especially my wife!

I don't think I can say enough good things about Lisa. I was very hesitant to use a makeup artist since I typically don't wear a lot of makeup on a daily basis and really wanted to look like myself on my wedding day - not ridiculously made up. Lisa understood that and did an incredible job of making me look like me, only better. She explained that because of all the pictures that would be taken, I needed to be wearing a lot more makeup than I'm used to, but she still made me look natural. We did a run through a few weeks before the wedding, and seeing what she did beforehand took away my nerves about how I'd look on my big day. She arrived early on the day of and made me feel at ease about walking down the aisle. If you want someone who is truly going to take into consideration how you want to look on your wedding day, I would wholeheartedly recommend Lisa.

There are so many great things to say about Lisa that it is hard to know where to begin. Her eye for color is amazing and she uses that talent to capture the perfect look for you. Even more impressive is her ability to listen to the customer and utilize her technique to create your desired look. I really could go on and on about her technical skills. I've known Lisa since June 2008 and finally had the opportunity to collaborate with her on a shoot. She came to me with this amazingly creative idea that she had in her head and asked if I'd be interested in modeling it.

Lisa is wonderful at communicating her ideas and also making sure I was comfortable and confident enough with the concept to make it successful.
